Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh literasi keuangan, terlalu percaya diri, bias penghindaran penyesalan, dan toleransi risiko terhadap keputusan investasi saham pada anak muda di Kota Batam. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 104 responden yang merupakan anak muda yang mempunyai investasi dalam bentuk saham. Data diperolah menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Teknik Sampling yakni convenience sampling. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan literasi keuangan dan terlalu percaya diri berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan investasi saham pada anak muda di Kota Batam. Sedangkan variabel bias penghindaran penyesalan dan toleransi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham.

Abstract

Firm performance is a ratio used to evaluate a company's growth and future potential by collecting information related to the company's earnings to help assess whether there is a possibility of changes in the company's economy. Based on the characteristics of the problem, this study includes comparative historical and causal research. In this study, the object studied, namely the LQ45 index. This study used purposive sampling as a data collection method. This descriptive statistical data was tested using secondary data with the object of research of companies included in the LQ45 index list and having financial statements for five consecutive years from 2017-2021. Companies listed in the LQ45 index for five consecutive years from 2017-2021 are 27 companies and this data meets the criteria for conducting research. For companies that are not included in the criteria to be sampled, there are as many as 18 companies. So, the final sample number of companies taken is 27 companies with a total data of 135 companies. This study examines the effect of Capital Structure on Firm Performance in LQ45 companies with a total of 45 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 – 2021 that meet the criteria of having annual financial statements for five consecutive years. words: Firm performance; LQ45 index; Annual Financial Report

Abstract

The purpose of this community dedication that was done by executor to Kaca Cipta Mandiri is increasing their customer by 10% and about 10% of minimum income by giving a solution and idea for the problems faced by the owner of business. The main problem faced by the owner is lack of knowledge incessantly by using social media and implement the digital marketing. Usually, the workshop only provides goods by direct selling and worth of mouth strategy so that the business hasn’t growing rapidly and public still don’t have any knowledge about the workshop. Data collection of practical work is using 2 methods, that is survey and interview to find out the business’s background and problems that the business is facing. And using observation method that was useful for concluding the problems and proving ideas using digital marketing using one of promotion mix, that is direct marketing. The media used are Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue, and Linktree Website. The result of implementing digital marketing is the availability of social media accounts such as Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue and Linktree Website under Kaca Cipta Mandiri’s business name. The implement done created selling record for up to 5% and selling income for about 5% based on inquires over whatsapp business and suggestion for the next student creativity program is the usage of digital marketing that is currently being implemented can be added with more the latest various marketing systems.

Abstract

The percentage of e-money users in Indonesia is still low, not comparable to several neighboring countries. Even though the Indonesian government has made regulations regarding e-money security, in terms of digital payments it is still low. This research analyzes the determining factors for the use of e-money for millennials. This research was conducted in Batam City, which is considered representative of Indonesia. The sample size was 400 millennial respondents, using SPSS version 29.0, it was concluded that perceived usefulness, performance expectancy, social influence and trust had a significant positive effect on intention to use e-money. Meanwhile, perceived use and effort expectancy do not have a significant effect. This condition actually indicates that the existence of government regulations regarding payment security has the most significant impact in encouraging the use of e-money.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology makes all human activities more effective and efficient from various fields, especially in the financial sector. One proof of the progress in the application of technological innovation in the financial industry is the cashless payment method. One method of non-cash payment is Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Bank Indonesia intensively conducts socialization related to QRIS, so that QRIS is increasingly known to the wider public and attracts a larger market. This study aims to analyze the factors of perceived security, perceived behavioural control, and social influence on the behavioural intention of Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) in gen-Z in Batam City. This study used non-probability samples with purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sampling method that considers certain features to obtain a goal. In this study also using analytical methods carried out in two stages, namely external model analysis and inner model analysis. Outside model evaluation assesses the validity and reliability of indicators of each variable, whereas inner model analysis investigates research hypotheses. For data analysis we use SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that perceived behavioral control significantly affected behavioral intention, peceived security had a significant effect on behavioral intention, and social influence did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention.

Abstract

The development of sophisticated technology has a very broad effect on various fields, one of which is the financial sector. Fintech can change a person's behavioral intentions in making decisions. There are several objectives from the research results which show factors that have an influence on consumer intention variables in adopting e-wallets in Batam City. Several factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived enjoyment are considered to have an influence on the behavioral intention variable in adopting e-wallet. The sample in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear analysis method with the SPSS application. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between performance expectancy and effort expectancy and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, the perceived enjoyment variable does not have a significant relationship with behavioral intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Financial Literacy dan Financial Attitude berdampak pada Financial Behavior yang dimoderasi oleh Self Control. Data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Target sampel dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kota Batam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 220. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan financial attitude berpengaruh positif terhadap financial behavior. Sedangkan self control tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial behavior.

Abstract

Internet use is also increasingly widespread in various fields, including finance which is increasingly common. Financial literacy is very important for everyone, especially people who carry out investment activities because apart from increasing knowledge about finances or investments, it can also protect us from fraud. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence generation Z's investment decisions and the importance of financial literacy in doing business. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. The data analysis methods used are empirical, descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression tests. Generation Z as investors have different investment characteristics and behavior. Herding bias, disposition effect, overconfidence, and financial literacy play an important role in shaping investors' investment decisions.

Abstract

The era of globalization which offers a lot of instant food. Unknowingly, excessive sugar consumption in the long term can trigger many health problems such as obesity and diabetes mellitus. Chocolate in jar” is a dessert tha tbeen developed with a sweet taste using clear jar packaging but still safe for consumption. A practical culinary dish with attractive visuals and also a premium chocolate taste and contains gluten free and sugar free which we combine with rice crispy. Product It’s also inspired and covers 2 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Goals are built on the important principle of leaving no one behind, and emphasizing a holistic approach to achieve sustainable development for all.

Abstract

The economic level of a country can be identified by looking at its economic growth. Economic growth in each period will not be consistent all the time, but will experience periodic fluctuations.The aim of this research is to examine the connection between exports, imports, inflation, the amount of money in circulation and economic growth through the exchange rate in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with secondary data. The data used consists of information regarding exports, imports, inflation, money supply, exchange rates and Indonesia's economic growth. In terms of data collection time, this type of data study uses time series data collected from the years 2018-2022 with SPSS 21. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, direct influence shows that exports & imports do not have a significant effect on economic growth, while inflation & money supply has a significant positive effect on economic growth. Apart from that, the indirect effect shows that exports through the exchange rate have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, money supply through the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while imports & inflation through the exchange rate have no significant effect on economic growth.
