Abstract

This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental research design in the form of One Group pretest-posttest. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the guided inquiry learning model by teaching material properties of objects in class V SD Inpres Pare'-pare', in terms of the achievement of mastery of learning outcomes; student activity in participating in learning; and students' responses to the use of inquiry learning models. This study uses two observed variables, namely the independent variable (X) in this study is the learning model, namely the guided inquiry learning model and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is the result of learning science in grade V SD Inpres Pare'-Pare'. The population of this study were fifth grade students of SD Inpres Pare'-Pare'. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, by making the population a sample of 20 students. The research instruments used were learning achievement tests, activity sheets, and response sheets, while the data collection techniques in this study used learning achievement tests, documentation and observation. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical data analysis, activity data analysis and student response data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average posttest result is 94. As for the percentage of student activity after the use of the guided inquiry learning model is 82% and for the positive response of students to the use of the guided inquiry learning model is 96%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the results of research on the use of effective guided inquiry learning models are used in learning science material on the properties of objects in class V SD Inpres Pare'-Pare', Bajeng District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek hukum dalam penyelesaian sengketa medis terkait penggunaan obat generic. Fokus utama penelitian adalah tanggung jawab hukum tenaga medis, rumah sakit, dan perusahaan farmasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan standar profesi, khususnya dalam pemilihan obat. Meskipun obat generik lebih ekonomis, permasalahan muncul ketika obat tersebut tidak memberikan hasil yang diharapkan atau menimbulkan efek samping, sehingga menimbulkan sengketa hukum antara pasien dan penyedia layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini juga membahas perlindungan hukum bagi pasien berdasarkan Undang-undang Kesehatan dan Undang-Undang Praktik Kedokteran, serta mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa melalui jalur litigasi dan non-litigasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa keterbukaan informasi dan pemenuhan standar pelayanan medis sangat penting dalam menghindari sengketa hukum di sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran dan tanggung jawab Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) dalam mengawasi etika profesi kedokteran di Indonesia. Dalam menjaga standar etika kedokteran, IDI berperan sebagai pengawas dan penegak kode etik guna memastikan bahwa para profesional medis mematuhi prinsip-prinsip moral dalam praktik mereka. Artikel ini juga membahas mekanisme penegakan kode etik yang diterapkan oleh IDI serta sejumlah kasus pelanggaran etika yang pernah ditangani. Studi ini menggunakan  metode  penelitian normatif dengan model deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi peran IDI dalam menangani kasus-kasus pelanggaran etika kedokteran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IDI memiliki wewenang yang signifikan dalam melaksanakan pengawasan etika profesi kedokteran, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam penegakan etika akibat kompleksitas kasus dan berbagai faktor eksternal lainnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara masyarakat melakukan transaksi keuangan, termasuk di Indonesia. Munculnya aset kripto dan layanan fintech memberikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga memicu berbagai masalah baru, seperti tindak pidana ekonomi modern seperti kejahatan kripto, penipuan investasi digital, dan keberadaan fintech ilegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hukum pidana di Indonesia terhadap kejahatan keuangan modern yang berbasis teknologi digital serta meninjau bentuk tanggung jawab hukum terhadap pelaku dan penyelenggara platform ilegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka hukum nasional seperti KUHP, UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, serta UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang belum secara jelas mengatur kegiatan berbasis aset digital dan blockchain. Akibatnya, penerapan hukum terhadap kejahatan kripto dan fintech ilegal menghadapi kekurangan dalam segi norma, teknis, dan yurisdiksi lintas negara. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya aturan khusus mengenai kejahatan keuangan berbasis aset digital serta peningkatan kerja sama antar lembaga untuk memperkuat penerapan hukum pidana di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Reboan Agung at the Ahlus Shafa Wal Wafa Islamic Boarding School is a recitation tradition that is carried out regularly every Wednesday and Thursday evenings. This activity began in 2002 from a simple recitation led by KH. Mohammad Nizam As-Shofa, who at that time was only followed by a few people, especially his family members. Over time, this study developed into a large spiritual community and served as an important place to instill the values of Sufism and Islamic spirituality to the students and their congregation. This research aims to analyze the role of Majlis Reboan Agung in supporting the spirituality of the congregation within the Ahlus Shafa Wal Wafa Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results show that Majlis Reboan Agung has a very important role in supporting the spirituality of the congregation. Many congregants felt calm, motivated, and experienced positive changes such as increased patience, sincerity, surrender, enthusiasm, and determination in facing life's trials. They apply these values in their daily lives, which have an impact on ego control, self-understanding, and better relationships with other people. These findings show that Reboan Agung functions as an effective means for cultivating spirituality, not only increasing religious knowledge, but also forming character, strengthening ukhuwah, and growing the congregation's commitment to consistently practicing Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the General Elections Commission (KPU) of Palangka Raya City in supporting the strengthening of democracy and public participation at the local level. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through documentary studies on regulations, internal policies of KPU, PPID service reports, and public information request data, enriched with observations of the information service mechanisms both offline and online. The results show that, normatively and structurally, the PPID of Palangka Raya City KPU has carried out its functions in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 14 of 2008 and KPU Regulation No. 22 of 2023. The information service procedures, response time limits, and the use of the E-PPID system reflect the institutional commitment to the principle of transparency. However, the level of utilization of public information services is still relatively low and dominated by the academic community, particularly students. Additionally, there have been no recorded requests for information from disabled groups, despite the provision of disability-friendly facilities. These findings indicate a gap between administrative information openness and substantive public participation. This study concludes that strengthening the role of PPID in the future should be directed toward public communication strategies, political education, and inclusive approaches so that information openness does not stop at regulatory compliance but can make a tangible contribution to the consolidation of a participatory and just local democracy.

Abstract

Mental health is an essential aspect of human life that is deeply connected to one’s spiritual and faith condition. In the Islamic creed (ʿaqīdah) perspective, mental well-being is not merely defined by emotional stability or positive thinking but by one’s ability to maintain faith, surrender to Allah, and face life’s trials with patience and gratitude. Islam teaches that the source of inner peace (ṭuma’ninah) lies in closeness to Allah through remembrance (dhikr), prayer, and belief in divine destiny (qadha and qadar). Hence, a strong foundation of faith is crucial in maintaining a balanced psychological state for Muslims. In addition to patience and gratitude, the concept of ikhtiar (effort) also plays a vital role in overcoming anxiety. A Muslim is taught to make sincere efforts while trusting in Allah’s will, thereby achieving harmony between physical endeavor and spiritual strength. By internalizing the values of patience, gratitude, and effort, individuals can develop strong mental resilience, manage stress wisely, and find meaningful purpose in life’s challenges. This study highlights the significant role of Islamic teachings in fostering holistic mental health rooted in spiritual tranquility.

Abstract

Classroom management is an important aspect of creating a conducive learning environment and supporting the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the permissive approach and the cookbook approach in classroom management based on the results of an interview with a teacher. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with interviews used as the primary data collection technique. The findings indicate that the teacher does not fully implement either the permissive approach or the cookbook approach. The teacher provides students with freedom within limits that support the learning process while still enforcing agreed-upon classroom rules. In addition, the teacher does not rely on rigid procedures but instead adapts classroom management strategies to students' characteristics and the situations encountered in the classroom. The study reveals that the teacher tends to adopt an adaptive classroom management approach by combining firmness, empathy, and flexibility, thereby creating an orderly, comfortable, and effective learning environment that supports the achievement of educational objectives.

Abstract

This article discuusses the impementation of the PAIKEM approach at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. The probem raised in this research is what is the process of impementing the PAIKEM approach in improving the earning achievement of Islamic reigious education among student at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura, and what are the obstaces and soutions in inmpeementing the PAIKEM approach in improving the earning achievement of Islamic reigious education among students at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. The research method in this thesis is quaitative research using a quaitative descriptive approach. This research uses data coection techniques trough, observation, then conducting interviews, and documentation which is amayzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verivication method. The resuts of this research show that the process of impementing an active, innovative, environmenta, creative, effective and interesting earning approach (PAIKEM) has basiccay been used by islamic reigious education teachers at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. It can be seen from the earning steps used, namey:preparation, earning, activities, refection and discussion, evaotion, and reinforcement and reciprocity. In teaching activities combined with various teaching methods and media so that earning achieviement is achieved we. However, there are sti obstaces encountered when impementing the PAIKEM approach in earning Islamic reigious education are: quaity of teaching staff, readiness of students in receiving essons, teachers who are not optima in using the PAIKEM approach, ack of integrated vision and mission of parents and schoos, passive students. For every obstace that occurs in impamenting the PAIKEM approach, of course there is a soution that must be impemented by Islamic reigious education teachers, namey: a teacher must abe to refect and organize essons we, make the earning process fun and interesting, professiona training and deveopment, good communication reationships between the students parents and the schoo, and must be abe to know more about the students. The impication of the resuts of this research is that teachers can maximize the impementation of the PAIKEM approach so that students are not passive during earning activitie. Apart from that, it can be a consideration for teachers in improving earning achievement and optimizing earning.
