ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecerdasan emosional adalah menghafal Al-Qur'an, yang merupakan bagian dari komunikasi transendental. Pembentukan pribadi santri tentu tidak lepas dari adanya pengaruh pendidikan agama dalam hal ini pendidikan Al-Qur'an yang diterpkan di dalam dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh menghafal Al-Qur'an dengan kecerdasan emosional santri di Madrasah Ulumul Qur'an (MUQ), Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 289 orang santri, dengan sampel yang diteliti 74 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa realitas menghafal Al-Qur'an santri MUQ sebesar dengan kualifikasi positif. Realitas kecerdasan emosional santri MUQ sebesar dengan kualifikasi positif. Hasil penelitian untuk hubungan kedua variabel, hasil perhitungan regresi linear membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan sebesar 0,415 (cukup dan berarti) antara menghafal Al-Qur'an sebagai komunikasi transendental terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri MUQ, Aceh Besar. Menghafal Al-Qur'an sebagai komunikasi transendental juga memberikan efek sebesar 19,20% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain diluar proses menghafal Al-Qur'an. Kata Kunci : Menghafal, Al-Qur'an, Komunikasi, Transendental, Kecerdasan, Emosional ABSTRACT This research is based on the idea that one of the factors that influence emotional intelligence is memorizing the Qur'an, which is part of transcendental communication. The personal formation of santri is certainly inseparable from the influence of religious education in this case the Al-Qur'an education which is applied inside him. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an effect of memorizing the Qur'an with the emotional intelligence of students in the Ulumul Qur'an Madrasah (MUQ), Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population amounted to 289 santri, with samples studied 74 people. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the reality of memorizing the Qur'an of the MUQ students is as big as a positive qualification. The reality of MUQ santri's emotional intelligence is as big as positive qualifications. The results of the study for the relationship of the two variables, the results of linear regression calculations prove that there is a relationship of 0.415 (sufficient and meaningful) between memorizing the Qur'an as transcendental communication on the emotional intelligence of MUQ students, Aceh Besar. Memorizing the Qur'an as transcendental communication also has an effect of 19.20% while the rest is influenced by other factors beyond the process of memorizing the Qur'an. This article aimed on finding the validity and realibility of the instrument for the students’ anxiety in learning mathematics. The method used in this research was quantitative research in survey type. The population and the sample of this research was 138 students MAS Raudhatun Najah Langsa. Techniques for collecting the data was non-test, in the type of questionnaires that has been analyzed by using Principal Components Analysis (PCA). After analyzed 31 items, 21 items showed the validity and realibilitty. The result showed that KMO-MSA values indicated that all instrument is valid and reliable. It can be used as an instrument for looking the students’ anxiety in learning especially in learning math.

The main principle of operation of Islamic banks is based on Islamic shariah laws which are derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Islamic banks have a role as an intermediary (intermediary) between economic units that have excess funds (surplus units), with units other underfunded (deficit units) through banks such excess may be distributed to the parties that need thus providing menfaat to both sides. In Islamic banking, the relationship between the bank and its customers instead of the debtor to the creditor relationship, but a partnership (partner ship) between funders (Sohibulmaal) and manager (mudharib). Therefore, the profit rate of Islamic banks do not only affect the level of good results for shareholders but also affect the results that can be given to customers deposit funds. This partnership is a typical part of the process mechanisms for Islamic banks. Prinsip utama operasi bank syariah ini didasarkan pada syariah Islam yaitu hukum-hukum yang bersumber dari alqur‟an dan sunnah rasul. Bank syariah mempunyai peran sebagai lembaga perantara (intermediary) antara unit-unit ekonomi yang mengalami kelebihan dana (surplus units), dengan unit-unit yang lain yang mengalami kekurangan dana (devisit units) melalui bank kelebihan tersebut dapat disalurkan kepada pihak-pihak yang memerlukan sehingga memberikan menfaat kepada kedua belah pihak. Dalam Bank syariah, hubungan antara bank dengan nasabahnya bukan hubungan debitur dengan kreditur, melainkan hubungan kemitraan (patner ship) antara penyandang dana (sohibul maal) dengan pengelola (mudharib). Oleh karena itu tingkat laba bank syariah tidak saja berpengaruh terhadap tingkat baik hasil untuk para pemegang saham tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap bagi hasil yang dapat diberikan kepada nasabah penyimpanan dana. Hubungan kemitraan ini merupakan bagian yang khas dari proses berjalannya mekanisme bank syariah.

The price of freshwater is still determined by PDAM, owned by local government, as a producer. It indicates that PDAM as a monopolist. It can be explained that freshwater is public goods so must be distributed equitably among the people. Thereby there is price discrimination of freshwater for costumer based on the willingness to pay (WTP). The price based on WTP can be defined as the costumer ability for paying the rate of freshwater using by household. This research are aimed to analyze WTP by utility concept on demand of freshwater used by household and determine the rate of WTP as a proxy of freshwater price paid by household. The result shows that the people have the kindness to pay costs for using freshwater trough PDAM. The rate of WTP for using freshwater is about Rp395,41/m3 and the total WTP of one household is Rp9252,59/month excluded from administered cost. Keywords: willingnes to pay, utility, proxy

The purpose of this article is to analysis influence inflation and exchange rate US Dollar to interest rate (BI Rate). “The Taylor Rule”, according to which the nominal interest rate should respond more than one for one to inflation.Independent in this article are inflation and exhange rate of US Dollar. Dependent is interest rate (BI Rate). Technique sampling used with listed in Indonesian Finacial Statistic of Bank Indonesia. Sample of research are consist of 24 sample. Data technique analysis used in this article is double linear regression analysis and assumption classic test.The result of this article indicates that by parsial analysis inflation does a significant positive effect to interest rate (BI Rate). This study shows that the Effect of Resilience and Perceived Organizational Support related to Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees at Harian Serambi Indonesia. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to resilience, perceived organizational support and work performance through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census). This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the HML that resilience has an effect on employee performance. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to explain how the judge's legal considerations in decision number 70/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pyk who provide a living for the wife indicated by nusyuz and to explain how the judge's legal considerations in the decision are reviewed from the PKDRT Law and Islamic Law. This research is a field research. The primary data source is information from the chairman of the panel of judges who decided the case, and the decision. Secondary data sources are obtained from library materials by searching for data or information in the form of written objects such as books, regulatory documents related to research. This study found, firstly, the nusyuz status of the wife according to the judge's opinion had no cause. The act of nusyuz in question is that the wife leaves the joint residence without the husband's permission in the condition that the household is still fine, and the husband does not state and prove that his wife is nusyuz. Then the wife in this case sued the husband back so that he was given a living while the husband agreed with his ability so that the judge stated there was no reason not to give the husband a living obligation to his wife. However, if viewed from the perspective of material law, namely KHI, the respondent is categorized as a wife who is nusyuz and her husband's livelihood is hindered either when she is nusyuz or divorced due to the nusyuz. Second, regarding the point of view of the PKDRT Law regarding indications of neglect from the wife based on her obligations according to Article 34 paragraph (2) of the Marriage Law, she cannot carry out her obligations under the law so that she is categorized as neglect based on Article 9 paragraph (1) of the PKDRT Law. Meanwhile, based on the judge's statement, the husband is the perpetrator of neglect after being analyzed based on his obligations in Article 34 paragraph (1) cannot completely violate the article, because the husband based on his ability is still carrying out his obligations to provide a living for his wife and children. Third, from the point of view of Islamic law regarding nusyuz. The scholars agree that the attitude of a wife who leaves the joint residence without the husband's permission is included in the act of nusyuz and the act of nusyuz resulting in the obstruction of a living from the husband to his wife.

This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and motivation on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediation. Data obtained through a survey of 134 employees of KC Aceh Diponegoro Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that transformational leadership style, motivation and self-efficacy directly affect employee performance. The results of the study also found that transformational leadership style also influenced the mediator variables, namely self-efficacy on the influence of transformational leadership style variables and motivation on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze and see how the effect of tax planning on earnings management in raw materials and minerals sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2020 period. The sampling thecnique was carried out by selected purposive sampling 15 companies for 2 years and the namber of samples is 23 companies. The source of data in study is secondary data downloaded throught the official website of the IDX. This type of research is descriptive analysis method and the type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Processing data using SPSS and performing several stages of analysis, namely descriptive statiscal test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, determination test. T test and F test. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously tax planning has no significant effect on earnings management in metal and mineral sub-sector manufacturing companies that produce raw material listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana nilai-nilai moral yang terdapat di dalam naskah drama Tinggal Tanggal karya Indah Mustika Santhi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah adalah naskah drama Tinggal Tanggal karya Indah Mustika Santhi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan analisis. Sedangkan uji validitas data dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah uji. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan nilai moral yang terdapat di dalam naskah drama berjudul Tinggal Tanggal yang ditulis oleh Indah Mustika Santhi, yaitu nilai moral manusia yang berhubungan dengan diri sendiri dan nilai moral manusia yang berhubungan dengan orang lain. Nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri meliputi rasa tenang, lambat/telat, marah, malas, peduli lingkungan, disiplin, dan amanah. Nilai moral manusia yang berhubungan dengan orang lain meliputi rasa penasaran, pelecehan, naik pitam, pelit, peduli, angkuh (dingin), sindiran, sinis, takabur, dan tidak adil. Sedangkan nilai moral manusia yang berhubungan dengan Tuhan tidak ditemukan. Dalam hal ini terdapat nilai moral yang baik dan tidak baik. Dengan dominan ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya nilai moral yang tidak baik.Kata kunci: Nilai Moral, Naskah Drama
