Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan bagian yang terpenting dalam kehidupan kita, termasuk dalam organisasi. Seluruh konflik yang terjadi dalam organisasi dapat diselesaikan dengan pemilihan pola komunikasi yang baik. Komunikasi yang terjalin antara atasan dan bawahan merupakan komunikasi antarpersonal yang dapat membuat suasana organisasi menjadi hangat dan harmonis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah pola komunikasi dalam organisasi agar dapat meningkatkan solidaritas yang tinggi diantara atasan dan bawahan pada khususnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPTD SMP N 2 Lima Puluh Pesisir Kabupaten Batu Bara dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi struktur lingkaran yang mendahulukan komunikasi antara anggota secara keseluruhan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap yang lainnya. Pemecahan masalah integratif, konflik antar kelompok diubah menjadi situasi pemecahan masalah bersama dan dapat diselesaikan melalui teknik-teknik pemecahan masalah. Secara bersama, pihak-pihak yang bertentangan mencoba untuk memecahkan masalah yang timbul diantara mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang internalisasi nilai pendidikan Islam masa khulafaur rasyidin dalam menguatkan  arah pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konsep, dan dinalisis dengan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan Islam pada masa khulafaur rasyidin sangat memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat melalui bagaimana kepemimpinan berbasis nilai-nilai islam, pendidikan holistik, pengembangan kepribadian yang Islami, pengajaran nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam komunitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran dan pandangan baru dalam mengembangkan sistem pendidikan yang berwawasan di zaman saat ini

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global pandemic in the 21st century. Various efforts to control its spread have been made. Isolation or regional quarantine is one of the efforts made by almost all countries in the world. Indonesia modified the lockdown by implementing 'Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB)'. Before and during the implementation of PSBB, there have been many pros and cons in the community. By using the SIR model and Euler method, the impact before and after the implementation of PSBB in Pekanbaru city is compared. Based on daily data of Covid-19 cases in Pekanbaru city, it is obtained that the value of the basic reproduction number before and after the implementation of PSBB are  and  respectivel.  This condition confirms that either without or by implementing PSBB, Pekanbaru city will be free from Covid-19. Simulation of Covid-19 cases before and after PSBB graphically also shows a situation that will be free from disease. However, without implementing PSBB, the number of infected will jump drastically after some time even though it will eventually decrease, while by implementing PSBB there is no spike. Thus, the implementation of PSBB can be an alternative to control Covid-19. Keywords: Basic reproduction number, Covid-19, PSBB, SIR model, Euler methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the influence of BPI activeness and worship discipline on learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education lessons. The survey method was used in this study. The number of samples studied was 30 students of the Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Kampar. The results of the research obtained are as follows: BPI activeness and worship discipline have a significant influence on PAI learning achievement. The test results obtained that the value of F = 6.821 and Sig. 0.004 < 0.05. There is no significant effect of BPI activeness on PAI Learning Achievement. The results showed that tilapia t = 0.615 and Sig. = 0.544 > 0.05. There is a significant influence of Worship Discipline on PAI Learning Achievement. The test results obtained the results that the value of t = 2.596 and Sig. 0.015 < 0.05.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu variabel dalam ekonomi yang memperlambat pembangunan. Dengan adanya kemiskinan pembangunanmenjadi lambat. Faktor yang menyebabkan kemiskinan terjadi diantaranya adalah jumlah penduduk,indeks pembanguanan manusia dan pengangguran. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh jumlah penduduk,indeks pembangunan terhadap kemiskinan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam penentuan kebijakan dan strategi dalam mengatasi kemiskinan diprovinsi Sumatra Utara. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang diolah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang variabel yang diteliti yaitu data sekunder oleh BPS (Badan Pusat Statistika). Sedangkan analisis regresi linear berganda. Merupakan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yang telah diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk,indeks pembangunan dan pengangguran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatra Utara tahun 2003-2022.

Abstract

Real work lecture (KUKERTA) is a form of community service carried out by students in overcoming village problems that are still unresolved. This service is in the form of socialization to provide information about the dangers of drugs. The rise of drug abuse among teenagers is our main reason for socializing in one of the educational institutions in Sawah Baru Village, namely SMP Negeri 1 Kampa. Teenagers who are still unstable in making decisions are the right targets to become drug users. High curiosity is also one of the factors that teenagers fall into this crime. So that anti-drug socialization must always be promoted to the community, especially teenagers as the next generation of the nation. The purpose of this anti-drug socialization is to provide understanding, direction, and warnings related to drugs that can threaten the lives of both individuals and social.

Abstract

postpartum period is the period a woman goes through, starting after giving birth to the products of conception (baby and placenta) and ending up to 6 weeks after giving birth. During the postpartum period, the reproductive organs will slowly experience changes to the state before pregnancy. This change in the reproductive organs is called involution. Postpartum care is needed during this period because it is a critical period for both mother and baby. It is estimated that 60% of maternal deaths due to pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of postpartum deaths occur within the first 24 hours. Postpartum care is carried out to reduce maternal mortality because the postpartum period is a critical period that needs monitoring. Results: care for NY "S" with post partum physiology 3 days ago with complaints that the stomach still felt bloated and little milk came out and during these 3 days no potential problems were found such as signs of mastitis, blocked breast milk, breast abscess, and breast cancer . However, the breast milk comes out a little because there is no stimulation by the way the baby breastfeeds on the mother, the uterine contractions are good and the lochia is appropriate. Conclusion: From the case study after examining and analyzing data on mothers and mothers 3 days postpartum at PMB NY Bd. Riyanti in 2024, the postpartum period is proceeding normally, vital signs are within normal limits and documentation and actions have been carried out on NY "S" with the result that no gaps were found between the theory and the cases obtained.

Abstract

The effect of prices and discounts on purchasing decisions for shopee products on Generation Z in Depok City, the method used in this research is quantitative and the data collection technique is documentation study, besides that the data processing uses the SPSS version 25 application. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This research was conducted in April-June 2024. Respondents in this study were Generation Z Depok City who purchased facial care products at Shopee, totaling 400 people. And distributing questionnaires with each variable, namely variable X1 price, X2 discount, and Y purchase decision. Quantitative analysis consists of data quality testing (Validity and Reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (T Test and F Test), and determination coefficient test. The results of this study are in line with research conducted by Devi Marta Dwi L., Theresia Pradiani, and Ike Kusdyah Rachmawati, in 2021. It can be said that the price and discount variables together have a significant effect on the variable purchasing decisions for facial care products at Shopee for Generation Z in Depok City.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of constructivist and traditional approaches in teaching Arabic to beginners. The constructivist approach, grounded in active learning and real-world application, emphasizes learner engagement and collaborative learning. The traditional approach, however, focuses on structured grammar-based instruction, providing learners with a foundational understanding of language rules. Abstract

Elderly persons with poor self-efficacy are likely to be depressed or give up quickly, are dissatisfied with their circumstances, and have a reduced ability to act. This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and elderly anxiety level in diabetes mellitus at Mitra Medika Hospital Tanjung Mulia Medan. The correlational design was used in the study, with analytic observations made using a cross-sectional design. The purposive sampling methodology obtained 88 respondents, who were tested using the chi square method. The instrument used three categories of data: primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data, Based on the statistical results in the pearson chi-square section, the value of a simp.Sig was 0.003. Because the þ value (0.003) < α (0.05), it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and elderly anxiety level in diabetes mellitus at Mitra Medika Hospital Tanjung Mulia Medan. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and diabetes mellitus at Mitra Medika Hospital Tanjung Mulia Medan. It is suggested that this research be used as input and knowledge for self-efficacy and anxiety levels, since diabetes mellitus is critical for preventing DM wounds.
