Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how financial literacy impacts online loan financial technology. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology which is a research design to identify, assess and interpret the search results of research reviews systematically. This research originates from six studies spanning several years. The results of the literature study show that consumers still need to understand financial literacy because it will have an impact on how to manage and use financial technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics experienced by fourth-grade elementary school students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study were fourth-grade teachers and all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 09 Maredan which consisted of 24 students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the factors causing student difficulties can be seen from two factors, namely internal factors, and external factors. Internal factors are student interest and enthusiasm in learning, student readiness in the learning process, student intelligence, student body, and mental condition, study habits, student interest in mathematics. While the external factors of students' difficulties in mathematics lessons in grade IV elementary school are: environmental conditions of students, parents' attention to the learning process, relationships with parents and those around them, relationships with teachers and friends at school, media and teaching materials as supporting tools in the school. class during the learning process, the condition of the classroom and school environment, the difficulty of the material in the content of mathematics lessons. The teacher's efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of fourth-grade elementary school students are increasing students' lack of interest and enthusiasm for learning, providing special guidance to students, adding media and teaching materials as supporting tools in the classroom.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang ada membuat proses berdakwah dengan cara yang berbeda yang mana dulu hanya proses ceramah secara tatap muka namun sekarang dilakukan tanpa tatap muka dengan memanfaatkan dunia digital seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, Spotify, soundcloud dan lain-lain. Dengan perkembangan media dakwah yang berkembang pesat maka salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan tarokan Yaitu Desa Kedungsari, ingin mengembangkan media dakwahnya melalui platfom sosial media. Oleh sebab itu Mahasiswa KKN kelompok 20 IAIN Kediri membuat sebuah program pengembangan dakwah melalui podcast dengan tema moderasi beragama. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengembangkan dakwah yang ada di desa kedungsari melalui media sosial menggunakan podcast dengan tema moderasi beragama. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam program tersebut dalah penekatan partisipatif yakni mengajak seluruh komponen masayarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam menjalankannya. Abstract

Kelompok Dasa Wisma bertugas untuk membantu kelancaran tugas pokok dan program PKK Kelurahan. Kegiatannya diarahkan pada peningkatan kesehatan keluarga seperti pembuatan sumur, pembangunan sarana sampah serta kegiatan lain agar lingkungan warga terhindar dari segala bentuk penyakit. Kelompok Dasa Wisma diharapkan mengumpulkan data serta informasi secara akurat, cepat dan tepat dalam laporan. Objek dari artikel ilmiah ini adalah kelompok Dasa Wisma RW 04 Kelurahan Tengah Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Kelompok Dasa Wisma ini berjumlah 51 orang dengan latar belakang pendidikan SD  4 orang, SMP 12 orang, SMA 27 orang, D3 sebanyak 5 orang dan S1 berjumlah 3 orang. Usia kelompok Dasa Wisma yang berasal dari 12 RT dalam wilayah RW 04 Kelurahan Tengah ini berkisar antara 23 tahun sampai 55 tahun. Pentingnya pelatihan pengaplikasian WPS Spreadsheet dilakukan, mengingat pendidikan serta usia yang berbeda dari kelompok Dasa Wisma, agar segala tugas yang diberikan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil dari pelatihan pengaplikasian WPS Spreadsheet ini adalah kelompok Dasa Wisma mampu mengaplikasikan WPS Spreadsheet di smartphone masing-masing. Mulai dari mendownload aplikasi WPS Spreadsheet, menginput data, mengenal lebih banyak fitur WPS Spreadsheet, memindahkan data ke sheet baru, memindahkan data ke file baru, membuat nomor urut secara otomatis, serta menyimpan file.

Abstract

The attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new that is very valuable and useful for oneself and others is a form of entrepreneurship. The Role of entrepreneurship learning, higher education is intended to be able to form students who have an entrepreneurial mentality, in which there is a spirit of never giving up, good at seeing opportunities, brave to take risks, creative and innovative, apart from that, it can produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, and are even able to create jobs. This research aims to determine the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute students who have taken entrepreneurship courses using a sample of 56 students as respondents. The method used is quantitative in the form of a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of a Google Form with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study found that entrepreneurship learning plays a role in fostering student entrepreneurship interest. The research implications emphasize the importance of a holistic entrepreneurial learning approach and practical experience in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This highlights the active role that educational institutions can play in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs and innovate.

Abstract

Mekaar syariah financing is financing to meet the need for increased production both quantitatively and qualitatively. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of Mekaar reguler Sharia financing at PT. Madani National Capital (PNM) Mekaar North Rupit Musi Rawas Branch, supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and verification. Test the validity of the data using Triangulation. Research respondents consisted of: area heads, branch heads, deputy branch heads, FAO, accounts officers. The research results found that PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah North Rupit Musi Rawas Branch conducted a financing analysis in 2 stages. The first analysis is analysis of the financing process, which consists of 4 stages in the form of preparation, identification, analysis and verification, finally monitoring. The second analysis is analysis of customer needs, in this case PNM carries out analysis in the form of Working Capital Turn Over (WCTO), Project Cost, and based on the Cost Budget Plan (RAB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning through letter card games for RA Al-Mustafawiyah students, to describe the improvement of reading skills, to describe the obstacles faced in the implementation of learning. The research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used learning implementation sheets, barriers sheets, and reading ability test results using letter card games. The results of this study indicate an assessment of n gain to assess students' reading ability, there are 15 students in the moderate category of 9 people and an increase in the high reading ability score of 6 people. It can be said that there is a significant increase in students' scores in the posttest scores. As for the obstacles that occur, namely, the lack of interest in reading students, students are less focused when learning takes place, many assignments pile up at home and some students are not taught by their parents because their parents work. All of these problems can be overcome by forming learning through letter card games.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menguji Pelatihan Karyawan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi di Cikupa Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Adapun populasi yang dipergunakan sejumlah Karyawan pada PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi di Cikupa Kota Tangerang, sedangkan analisis data yang dipergunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Adapun Hasil uji t (parsial) diperoleh Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji F (simultan), Pelatihan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

XYZ is a food processing company. One of the snacks made is biscuits. The observation process was carried out at PT. XYZ in the biscuit production packaging process. The problem that arises in the packaging process is lead time. This observation aims to make the path more effective in an effort to increase productivity in the packaging process. Track balance is an effort to minimize imbalance between machine to machine or person to person to get the same time at each station. In this observation, the Ranked Position Weihgt (RPW) method was used to determine the workload allocation for each operator. The data analyzed is lead time which is processed to determine the results of track efficiency, balance delay at each work station. This method prioritizes the longest work element time and will be prioritized first to be placed in another work station that represents the lowest work element. Analysis results using the Ranked Position Weight Method with line efficiency 5.52%, Balance Delay 7.71%, Idle time 4.6%..

Abstract

The research aims to measure students' sustainability literacy after participating in a citizen science project. The subjects of this research were students at one of the state senior high schools (SMAN) in Bandung. The descriptive method with a quantitative approach was used in this research. The research was conducted over four weeks with a total of 12 hours of meetings in two classes with 72 students. Random sampling was used to establish the research sample. Data collection used assessment of students' sustainability literacy questions after they completed citizen science projects. Descriptive analysis was used to conclude the data. The finding shows that most students (93%) received passing grades above the minimum passing criteria (19.5% in sufficient, 55.5% good, and 18% excellent categories). It is shown that CSP-based learning is effective in strengthening the students' sustainability literacy.
