Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the role of ushul al-tafsir (the fundamental principles of Qur’anic exegesis) in shaping an interdisciplinary interpretative framework that is responsive to the challenges and needs of the modern era. Its main objective is to demonstrate how ushul al-tafsir can serve as a strong methodological foundation for integrating various disciplines in the interpretation of the Qur’an. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods. Data were obtained from classical and contemporary literature on ushul al-tafsir as well as modern interdisciplinary tafsir works. The analysis is conducted descriptively and analytically to identify the relevance and contribution of ushul al-tafsir to the development of crossdisciplinary interpretative methods, including social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences. The study finds that ushul al-tafsir provides a solid normative-methodological framework for addressing epistemological developments in tafsir. Ushul al-tafsir functions as a filter and guide in integrating contemporary sciences into the interpretative process without losing the authenticity of the Qur’anic message. By maintaining the classical fundamental principles of tafsir while remaining open to other scientific approaches, ushul al-tafsir can bridge the revealed text and the socio-modern context. This opens opportunities for the emergence of interpretations that are more contextual, solution-oriented, and adaptive to the developments of the times without deviating from the scientific integrity of Islamic knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate trends in research related to mangrove ecosystem services and their industrial applications, which are vital for supporting sustainable development aligned with SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 15 (Life on Land). Through a bibliometric analysis of publications from 2015 to 2025, the study seeks to map the evolution of research, focusing on carbon absorption, coastal protection, and mangrove-based industrial biotechnology. The analysis reveals a marked increase in interest regarding the use of mangroves for climate change mitigation and sustainable industry development. It underscores the necessity for interdisciplinary collaboration to effectively bridge academic research with industrial applications, thereby maximizing the benefits of mangroves. Ultimately, while mangroves possess significant potential to support sustainable development goals, an integrated approach is essential to ensure their sustainable industrial application.

Abstract

High downtime in production machines is one of the main obstacles that hinder the achievement of production targets in the manufacturing industry. PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia, particularly in the plant dryer section, experiences significant downtime issues on the dryer machine, which impacts the failure to meet the corn seed yield targets. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the dryer machine and identify the root causes of downtime in order to propose appropriate corrective actions. The method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurement, which consists of three main components: availability, performance, and quality. The results of the study show that the average OEE value is 48%, far below the world-class standard of 85%. The average values for availability, performance, and quality are 66%, 75%, and 97%, respectively. The main causes of the low OEE value are high downtime due to material waiting times, machine overheating, and operator handling errors. Based on these findings, proposed improvements include operator training, rescheduling preventive maintenance, temperature sensor repairs, and adjustments to the drying process information system.

Abstract

CV. ABC is a wood-processing manufacturing company with one of its main products being turning components. The primary issue faced by the company is waste caused by frequent product defects due to human error. This study aims to minimize non-value-added activities and identify the root causes of human error in the turning production process. The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method is used to map the process flow from raw materials to finished products. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using WAM, WRM, and WAQ. The results identified the three highest types of waste: defect (27.979%), overproduction (15.471%), and inventory (12.363%). Waste prioritization was carried out using VALSAT, with PAM and QFM selected as the most influential tools. Fishbone analysis revealed lack of focus and attention to detail as the main causes of human error. Improvements were proposed through skill enhancement training, occupational health and safety (OHS) implementation, and regular checklist usage. As a result, processing time was reduced from 2,384.2 minutes to 2,247.4 minutes, as illustrated in the Future State VSM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan analisis siswa kelas XI serta agar siswa dapat berfikir kritis pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes uraian analisis yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan awal dan hasil pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran PBL pada pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan tindakan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap pengamatan atau observasi dan tahap refleksi. Diawali dengan pra siklus, siklus 1, siklus 2, dan siklus 3. Data hasil Analisis ini digali dari hasil evaluasi akhir pembelajaran.Data hasil proses kinerja siswa diperoleh dari tahap pengamatan saat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian : (1) pada tindakan awal yakni pra-siklus, hasil tes analisis siswa adalah 25% yang tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 69; (2) siklus I, hasil tes analisis siswa meningkat sebesar 37% dengan nilai rata-rata 75; (3) pada siklus II, hasi tes analasis siswa 62% dengan nilai rata-rata 76; (4) pada siklus ke III ini terdapat dua pertemuan. Pada pertemuan pertama hasil tes analisis siswa menghasilkan 75% dengan nilai rata-rata 78, dan pada pertemuan ke dua menghasilkan 87% dengan nilai rata-rata 88. Kesimpulannya dilihat dari setiap siklus, nilai tes analisis siswa terus meningkat. Siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan menganalisis masalah dan memberikan solusi dari setiap permasalahn yang diberika guru. Dalam hal ini Penelitia membuktikan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan analisis siswa.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan untuk mecapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi setiap orang sebagai wujud dalam upaya mengajak serta mendorong masyarakat untuk berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Masyarakat RT 04 dukuh Maris Desa Bocek merupakan suatu tempat dimana masyarakatnya masih kurang memiliki pegetahuan dan informasi sehingga mengenai kesehatan masih menjadi masalah yang cukup besar.  Selain itu pada akhir-akhir ini sedang terjadinya pandemi virus Covid19 yang sanngat membahayakan bagi tubuh, sehingga sangat diperlukan sekali untuk mengedukasi masyarakat melalui penyuluhan mengenai Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) untuk mencegah penularan penyebaran virus Covid19. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran serta kemauan masyarakat untuk melakukan PHBS dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup yang bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini disampaikan dengan tema Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yaitu cara mencuci tangan yang benar sesuai standar WHO dan cara memakai masker yang benar sesuai dengan standar WHO. Selain itu juga dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pembuatan tempat cuci tangan dan pembagian masker dan handsanitizer kepada masyarakat RT 04. Hal ini diharapkan agar masyarakat selalu menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan, sehingga dapat mengurangi penyebaran serta terhindar dari virus Covid-19.

Abstract

Increasing production efficiency is an important factor in maintaining company competitiveness, especially in the small and medium industry sector. One approach that can be applied to achieve this efficiency is the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke), which focuses on establishing an orderly, clean, and disciplined work culture. This study aims to analyze the application of the 5S method as an effort to increase the efficiency of the roster mold production process at UD Abxyz. This activity was carried out in the form of Field Work Practice (PKL) as an implementation of industrial theory into the real world of work. The methods used included direct observation, interviews, analysis of 5S implementation, and evaluation before and after the implementation of improvements. Data were collected using a checklist audit sheet and analyzed descriptively to measure changes in work efficiency and regularity. The results showed that the implementation of the 5S method was able to increase work efficiency and productivity. The 5S condition assessment score increased from 22.22% (poor category) to 60% (sufficient category) after implementation.

Abstract

Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah, a manufacturing company, produces bottled drinking water (AMDK). One of the main machines used in the production process is the 600 ml bottle filling machine, which plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth production. However, in actual use, this machine often experiences problems that reduce production efficiency. The most common problems include delays in raw material deliveries, which cause downtime or interruptions in the production process, as well as breakdowns of certain machine components. Decreased productivity and increased production costs are the consequences of this scenario. Using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, which consists of three main indicators—availability, performance, and quality—this study aims to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the 600 ml bottle filling machine. Research data was obtained over a period of six consecutive weeks through direct recording of machine operating hours, the number of products produced, defective products, and downtime. The results of data processing indicate that the average OEE value of the filling machine is 78%. This value is still below the world-class OEE standard of 85%. The main factor influencing the low OEE value is the high level of downtime, which significantly impacts the decline in availability, where the average availability value obtained is only 80%. This study concludes that the company needs to implement a scheduled preventive maintenance strategy, increase the reliability of raw material supplies, and optimize operator skills to improve machine effectiveness and approach world-class standards.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses perubahan tingkah laku seseorang melalui pengajaran dan pelatihan sehingga menjadi lebih dewasa. Seorang guru atau learning designer perlu menguasai 2-5 model desain pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dikenal beberapa desain pembelajaran yang salah-satunya bersifat instruksional. Dalam hal ini perlu diketahui tentang model generik dari suatu sistem desain pembelajaran, salah satunya model generik ADDIE. Model tersebut akan dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Peneliti melakukan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian studi kasus di MTs Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. Pada tulisan ini peneliti menemukan bahwa ADDIE ini merupakan model generik yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengembangan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak model ADDIE yang dilakukan oleh guru Aqidah Akhlak MTs Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. ADDIE sendiri merupakan akronim dari Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation yang dapat diterapkan secara prosedural, siklikal dan integratif. Pendekatan yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan ADDIE prosedural yang menuntut guru untuk melakukan langkah-langkah sesuai dengan urutan. Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak dapat diketahui progres dan pembelajaran dapat tervalidasi dengan baik karena adanya langkah-langkah yang tersusun.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to provide information about several ways students communicate to build knowledge in citizen science projects (CSP). As the term “citizen science” applies to science that involves people who are not professional scientist  to attract wider public participation in scientific research, leading to the overall advancement of scientific knowledge. Quantitative descriptive research was conducted by implementing as well as observing CSP activities in class and completing surveys to 36 students who had participated in CSP. The findings of this research show that most students (83%) received passing grades above 70 score, the minimum passing criteria. The percentage of completion of learning outcomes falls into the very effective category (n>80%). This means that CSP learning is able to build knowledge through the communication activities trained in it. On average, students responded strongly agree-agree (87.3%) that the communication carried out in CSP builds their knowledge. There are five CSP activities that involve communication between students, schools’ community, teacher and expert scientist. The five main activities of CSP, namely (1) focus group discussion (FGD) with scientists, (2) conducting projects, (3) presenting project results to scientists, (4) reporting project results, (5) and finally publishing project results project.
