Abstrak --Voice of customer tentang perawatan komponen di dalam kabin terhambat dan pengoperasian panel kontrol kurang nyaman karena desain Lighting Tower yang kurang ergonomi. Akses untuk melakukan perawatan terhalang oleh dinding dan pintu kabin kemudian letak panel kontrol yang menghalangi deep stick bahkan letak panel kontrol membuat operator perlu membungkuk saat pengoperasian Lighting Tower. Voice of customer yang ada di analisis dengan metode why why analysis untuk mengetahui akar masalah yang terjadi. Kemudian dilakukan perbaikan berupa perancangan desain akses operator berdasarkan prinsip ergonomi pada unit Modular Lighting Tower terkait masalah akses perawatan yang ada di dalam kabin dan akses pengoperasian panel kontrol. Hasil dari perbaikan tersebut adalah perawatan dan pengoperasian yang ergonomis dengan kegiatan perawatan tidak terhambat oleh dinding atau pintu kabin dan pengoperasian panel kontrol operator tidak perlu membungkuk. Kata Kunci : Kabin, Lighting Tower, Perawatan, Pengoperasian, Ergonomi. Abstract - The customer's voice regarding maintenance of the components inside the cabin is hampered and the control panel continues to be uncomfortable due to the lack of ergonomics in the Lighting Tower design. Access to maintenance is obstructed by the walls and cabin doors and then the control panel, which is even more than the operator control panel, needs to bend while doing the Lighting Tower. The customer's voice is processed by the method of why the analysis is to find out the root of the problem. Then improvements are made to the design of the operator's access design based on ergonomic principles on the Modular Lighting Tower unit that is related to the control panel. The results of the treatment are maintenance and ergonomic operation with maintenance not hampered by cabin walls or doors and the operator control panel door does not need to bend Key Words : Cabin, Lighting Tower, Maintenance, Operation, Ergonomics.

The objectives of this study is to find out relationship between the leadership style and the Entrapreneurial attitude of the employees. The study was conducted at Gramedia group publishing houses with 60 respondents selected randomly from editorial departements of the companies within the corporate. In accordance with local conditions and pratices in the corporate concerned, the Group makes contributions to various operated policy schemes which cover the majority of employees. The data was analyzed using simple regression analysis, Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The research concluded that there are positive correlations between leadership style and entrapreneurial attitude of the employees. Therefore the leadership style is very important factor in increasing the entapreneurial attitude of the employees. In the 2019 general election, the Indonesian people simultaneously elected the President and Vice President and legislative members. The Indonesian people are waiting for who will lead the next five years, especially for the President and Vice President with figures Joko Widodo - Ma'ruf Amin and challenger Prabowo Subianto - Sandiagan Uno. This study aims to determine the perceptions of first-time voters in the two-figure Presidential election in 2019. This study uses a quantitative descriptive study, data obtained from the sample of the study population were analyzed according to the statistical methods used. Descriptive research in this study is intended to get the perception of novice voters at SMAN 5 Surakarta of the presidential candidates in the 2019 general election. There are several things that can affect perceptions about the figure of the President, namely leadership, anti-corruption, welfare, nationalism and change for a more Indonesian state good. All factors are obtained through social media owned by novice voters. Beginner voters in SMAN 5 Surakarta are in the category of critical voters because with knowledge of social media and issues in the media are able to assess whether the prospective leader is eligible to be elected in the general election.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of whether the acquirer conduct earnings management prior to the implementation of mergers and acquisitions. Also aims to determine changes in the acquirer's financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions. Earnings management by firms is to proxy discretionary accrual (DA). Then for the measurement of company performance measured by financial ratios include total asset turn over, net provit margin,and return on asset. The analysis was done by using independent sample t-test and paired sample test. The results shows that there is an indication of earnings management done by taking over companies before mergers and acquisitions by utilizing income increasing accruals. Furthermore, the company's financial performance as measured by total asset turnover ratio has increased after the merger and acquisition, while net profit margin and return on assets has decreased after the mergers and acquisitions.

The decline in the number of XL subscribers every year must be influenced by the many cellular operators that have sprung up, causing increased competition among cellular operators in attracting consumers to use their products. Creating customer loyalty can start with mobile advertising to tell the product. Good advertising will create, maintain satisfaction, and make loyal consumers. This study aims to determine the Effect of Mobile Advertising on Consumer Loyalty on XL Prepaid Cards (Survey of Users in Karawang). The population in this study were XL prepaid card users in Karawang. The sample set is 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis of mobile advertising with a value of 1.191 with a significant value of 0.00 and a t value of 12.623, it can be concluded that mobile advertising has an influence on consumer loyalty of XL prepaid card users in Karawang.

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah secara resmi memberikan ijin bagi diselenggarakannya pendidikan sekolah rumah atau homeschooling bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang menginginkannya. Dan legalitas kegiatan pendidikan ini ada di bawah payung Derektorat Jendral Non-Formal dan Informal. Penyelenggara pendidikan sekolah rumah adalah keluarga-keluarga yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Salah satu sisi kelebihan dari sekolah rumah adalah pada fleksibilitas waktu belajar, dimana guru (yang adalah orangtua siswa) dan siswa dapat mengambil waktu belajar sesuai dengan situasi mereka, dan proses belajar-mengajarnya dapat dilakukan berulang-ulang sesuai kebutuhan siswa, sampai siswa dapat menguasai materi yang dipelajarinya. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menerapkan sistem e-learning pada komunitas sekolah rumah di daerah Tangerang. Dengan adanya teknologi e-learning maka para penyelenggara sekolah rumah dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mendukung proses belajar-mengajar dan berbagi sumberdaya pembelajaran. Dengan demikian e-learning akan dapat meningkatkan mutu, efisiensi serta efektivitas pembelajaran para penyelenggara dan peserta sekolah rumah. Untuk menerapkan sistem e-learning yang efektif, perlu dilakukan metode pengembangan sistem, yaitu mulai dari analisis karakteristik penyelenggara dan peserta sekolah rumah beserta kebutuhannya, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, serta evaluasi dari penerapan sistem e-learning tersebut. Sebanyak 30 anggota PKK desa Gantiwarno KabupatenKaranganyar hadir dalam pelatihan pembuatan kue berbahandasar modern dan tradisional. Diharap dengan pelatihanpembuatan kue berbahan dasar modern dan tradisional,penguasaan ketrampilan anggota PKK Desa Gantiwarno dapatlebih meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam menyiapkan menuuntuk keluarga sehingga menu dapat bervariasi, tetapi tetapmenggunakan bahan baku yang melimpah dari Desa GantiwarnoKabupaten Karangayar. Bagi ibu-ibu anggota PKK memilikikempatan yang ingin menyalurkan hobi mereka dan untuk dapatpula meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui usaha membuatkuliner berbahan dasar modern dan tradisional yang dapat dijualdi daerah wisata Tawangmangu ataupun Ngargoyoso. Pelatihanini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan makanan yang berkualitasdan layak untuk dijadikan ragam pilihan makanan untuk keluargamaupun alternatif menambah kegiatan produktif anggota PKKdesa Gantiwarno dengan tidak meninggalkan kekhasan daerah,sehingga masyarakat, khususnya dibantu anak muda dapat ikutmerasakan, melestarikan, memviralkan dan bangga denganmakanan khas unggulan daerahnya.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with motor vehicle spare parts and diesel products. In a company, layout planning is an important part that must be considered. This is due to an unfavorable layout that will hinder the flow of materials, production, information and labor so that it will increase production costs. Constraints faced by PT. XYZ is that there is no update regarding the layout of the existing facilities. So that the state of the company directly and the depiction of the company in the form of a layout is not the same. So this study aims to determine the facilities that have not been included in the overall company layout drawing, changes to the facility layout, and the best facility layout for PT.XYZ. From the data processing, there are 3 rooms that were studied using the ALDEP method, production 1, production 2 and die maker/work shop . Die maker as the beginning of the start of data processing makes the space with the smallest calculation score of -15055. The value obtained is not perfect, but the score is the score closest to the positive value or the number 0 (zero). So it was chosen as the best layout among the other rooms studied.

This reseqrch examined effect of Organizational commitment, Leadership, motivation and work empowerrnent on performance. Data was collected from supervisor/managerat hotel in Yogtakarta. Complete data were obtained for 100 karyawan dyads. Every item research wqs measured by yalidity and reliability test. The hypathesis was analyzed by multiple regression technique.
