Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of motivation, discipline,satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. ANUGERAH PUTRASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. The research was conducted by usingexplanatory method with quantitative method on PT. ANUGERAH PUTERASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. Data collection was done by distributingquestionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 57 productionemployees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results ofresearch show that the description of the research results showed that employeejob satisfaction influence on employee performance, work discipline employeesaffect employee performance, employee motivation has no effect on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sedeng, in learning mathematics the material is area and circumference of flat shapes. Based on the results of pre-cycle activities, out of 19 students, only 7 students completed. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics by applying the Make a Match type cooperative learning model to the material area and circumference of a flat shape. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and tests. The results of the study show that the application of the Make a Match cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the average value of students, in the pre-cycle of 68.6 with a 37% mastery percentage increased in the first cycle to 75.5 with 68% completeness percentage. However, this percentage has not yet reached an indicator of research success so that it is continued in cycle II to increase to 87.8 with a completeness percentage of 79%. So it can be concluded that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in both cycles.

Abstract

The results of the evaluation of the State Organization of the Republic of Indonesia and the Accountability System of Government Agencies (SAKIP), the strengthening of Bureaucratic Reform by the Kemenpan-RB in the field of social welfare, the social performance of the Dinsosnakertrans of Yogyakarta City for 3 consecutive years is very volatile and has never reached the target of 100 points. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is a direct effect of the quality of work life on the performance of Dinsosnakertrans employees, and to determine the indirect effect of the quality of work life on employee performance through organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative method. The sample size is calculated using the Non-probability technique (saturated sample), and a sample of 68 employees is obtained. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, which aims to describe the demographic data of the respondents, and quantitative analysis using Simple Regression Analysis to see the direct effect, and Path Analysis for the mediated indirect effect. The results show that QWL directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. QWL indirectly has no significant effect on employee performance variables through organizational commitment. QWL indirectly, has no significant effect on employee performance variables through employee satisfaction .Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment, Quality Work Life

Abstract

PT Lelangon merupakan perusahaan nasional dalam desain manufaktur dan pemasangan Crane. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan pemindahan barang di PT Lelangon masih menggunakan tenaga manusia sehingga kurang efisien dalam penggunaan waktu. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat prototype lengan robot yang dapat menggantikan peran manusia dalam pemindahan barang di PT Lelangon. Menggunakan 4 Motor servo yang diletakkan di setiap sudut lengan robot. Lengan robot ini akan dikendalikan dengan 2 joystick. Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai mikrokontroler. Sensor inframerah (Infrared) sebagai sensor pendeteksi barang yang dipindahkan sehingga menampilkan perhitungan barang pada LCD. RFID digunakan untuk mengetahui data operator crane pemindah barang. RTC digunakan untuk mengetahui waktu pemindahan barang dan Mikro SD digunakan untuk menyimpan data pemindahan barang. Data yang tersimpan kemudian dikirim melalui sms gateway menggunakan modul sim800L ke manajer sehingga memudahkan manajer untuk mengecek pekerjaan pemindahan barang. Akurasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk memindahkan panel sebanyak 10 buah menggunakan tenaga manusia membutuhkan waktu sekitar 60 menit sedangkan saat menggunakan lengan robot memindahkan barang dengan jumlah yang sama hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar 25 menit.Kata Kunci : Motor Servo, Joystick, Arduino Mega 2560, Sensor Inframerah, RFID, RTC, Mikro SD, SIM800L.

Abstract

Irregular waste management in Indonesia occurs because most of the waste generated does not undergo a good management process, resulting in environmental problems or problems. This happens in Cikopomayak Village, where the community in processing waste uses the burning method with the aim of reducing the amount of waste that causes air pollution. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of community knowledge about the impact of burning waste and community behavior in waste management. The method used in the research is descriptive method, qualitative approach. By using data collection techniques in the form of survey techniques, observation, documentation and data analysis. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The research location was conducted in Cikopomayak Village, Jasinga District, Bogor Regency, the research was conducted from February to April 2024. The research sample obtained was 78 respondents from 356 heads of families who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of the study showed that the knowledge of the Cikopomayak Village community fell into the poor category, which was 54% higher than the community who had a good level of knowledge, which was 46% and the Cikopomayak Village community also had poor waste management behavior, which was 62% much higher than the community who had good waste management behavior, which was 38%. Poor knowledge and behavior are influenced by the low level of public awareness and understanding of the environment.

Abstract

TPACK merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran tentang penggunaan alat teknologi yang sesuai untuk mengajarkan konten tertentu dengan menerapkan strategi pedagogis yang efektif. Secara khusus, tools berbasis AI bisa digunakan untuk membantu guru dalam mencapai pembelajaran agar lebih efektif, efisien dan memiliki daya tarik. Namun kenyataanya masih banyak guru yang belum memiliki pengetahuan dan memanfaatkan tools berbasis AI. Selain itu, ada kekhawatiran yang muncul tentang etika penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) untuk menelusuri literatur-literatur dari 40 jurnal terindeks Scopus tentang pendekatan pembelajaran TPACK menggunakan tools berbasis AI kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan setidaknya ada tiga manfaat : 1) Virtual Assistant/ ChatGPT; 2) Personalized learning; dan 3) Pembelajaran Adaptif. Sedangkan tantanganya tentang etika, regulasi, pengembangan, dan pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam mengatur kebijakan AI dalam pendidikan. Selain itu, AI belum sepenuhnya dimengerti oleh masyarakat, belum systematis dan kurang ilmiah. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji dampak dan etika penggunaan tools berbasis AI dalam pendekatan pembelajaran TPACK

Abstract

Persoalan wasiat dan kewarisan dalam Islam merupakan suatu persoalan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Walaupun secara otomatis ketika meninggalnya seseorang berlaku hukum kewarisan di mana keluarga yang ditinggalkan merupakan pewaris dari yang meninggal, namun persoalan kewarisan tersebut tidak secara langsung dapat dilaksanakan. Di samping harta yang ditinggalkan oleh seseorang yang meninggal untuk biaya pengurusan jenazah dan hutang yang ditinggalkannya, di sisi lain apabila yang meninggalkan tersebut meninggalkan wasiat terhadap harta yang ditinggalkannya, maka wasiat tersebut harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu baru pembagian harta warisan dapat dilaksanakan. Akan tetapi, persoalan wasiat yang ditinggalkan oleh seseorang yang meninggal tersebut tidak boleh menyalahi ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ada, baik itu yang diatur dalam hukum Islam maupun peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Apabila ketentuan hukum yang telah diatur dalam hukum Islam maupun peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada dilanggar, maka persoalan wasiat dan kewarisan tersebut bisa dianggap batal demi hukum.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) what archives are maintained at the Surakarta City DPRD Secretariat, (2) archive maintenance procedures at the Surakarta City DPRD Secretariat, (3) inhibiting factors in the archive maintenance process at the Surakarta City DPRD Secretariat, (4) efforts to overcome factors inhibiting archive maintenance at the Surakarta City DPRD Secretariat. Sources of research data were obtained from informants (Secretary of the Surakarta City DPRD, Head of General Affairs and Finance, Archivist, documents (SK, PERGUB) and observation results. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and analysis documents. Data validity using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis techniques using interactive models. The results of the research show that: (1) the archives maintained at the Surakarta City DPRD Secretariat include two types, namely dynamic archives (active and inactive) and static archives. (2 ) archive maintenance procedures include two stages, namely, (a) maintenance of the archive storage environment, (b) maintenance of the physical condition of archives. (3) inhibiting factors in archive maintenance include: (a) employee negligence, (b) fumigation has not been carried out , (c) the presence of termites. (4) efforts to overcome factors inhibiting archive maintenance include: (a) providing guidance on archive maintenance, (b) equipping facilities and infrastructure to carry out archive maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the discussion method on students' learning outcomes and activeness in the OTHK subject in class XI MPLB at SMKN 1 Karanganyar. This research is a classroom action research with 36 students as the recipients of the intervention, while the participants of the action are the OTHK teachers of class XI MPLB, and the researcher as the subject who observes the learning process. Data collection techniques used in this study include tests, observations, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the implementation of the discussion method can improve the learning activeness of class XI MPLB students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar, where the activeness score shows an average percentage increase from 50.31% in cycle I to 79.23% in cycle II.; (2) the implementation of the discussion method can improve the academic achievement of class XI MPLB students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar, as evidenced by the comparison of the learning outcomes in cycle I and II, which showed an increase from 82.29 to 93.43. This is due to the improvement in students' understanding of the subject matter, supported by their increased activeness as a form of improving learning quality. Thus, the overall findings of this analysis support the proposed hypotheses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of (1) student’s perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning achievement of students majoring in Office Management in archival subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, (2) discipline learning on the learning achievement of students majoring in Office Management in archival subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta (3) student’s perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence and learning discipline together on the learning achievement of students majoring in Office Management in archival subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection is carried out by the distribution of questionnaires. The results of this study show that 1) There is a significant negative influence between student's perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning achievement in archival subjects of students majoring in office management at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in the 2022/2023 school year (tcount (-2,515) < ttable (1,989)) ; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between disciplines learning on student achievement in archival subjects of students majoring in office management at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year (tcount (2,169) > ttable (1,989)); 3) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between 2 – student's perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence and discipline learning on learning achievement (Fhitung (3.679) > Ftabel (3.108))
