Abstract

Researchers want to understand the effect of investment on employment in Gresik Regency; and also the effect of the minimum wage on employment in Gresik Regency; and how the influence of investment and minimum wage together on employment in Gresik Regency. The research method used is quantitative. As well as for the population it is the entire development of investment, minimum wage and labor force in Gresik Regency in 2018-2022. And for the sample, the researcher used the total sampling technique. As for the data obtained by documentation techniques and literature study. After that, multiple regression analysis can be carried out using this analysis, the researcher gets the same results for the X1 investment variable, which has an influence on the Y variable on labor absorption, and for the X2 variable, and the minimum wage X2 also has an influence on the Y variable on labor absorption

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat ketidakhadiran dan kerja sama kerja diperusahaan PT. Europack Surabaya, sebuah perusahaan produksi plastik. Sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan suatu industri didalam kemajuan jaman. Manusia adalah roda industri, kekayaan ketrampilan dan kreativitas setiap individu, mendukung perkembangan industry melalui teknologi dan data. Setiap perusahaan mempunyai permasalahan internal mengenai sumber daya manusia, salah satunya yaitu mengenai kekerja samaan karyawan yang ditandai dengan tingkat absensi. Hal tersebut terjadipada PT Europack yang berdasarkan observasi ditemukan permasalahan internal terkait dengan tingkat absensi. Permasalahan internal ini harus segera diatasi sebab akan memiliki dampak yang luas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Responden yang dihunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak lima responden. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat absensi karyawan diantaranya yaitu jumlah gaji, sifat kepemimpinan, dan hukuman denda. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi karyawan yaitu kepemimpinan, pemberian reward, dan punishment. Serta kerjasama tim merupakan hal yang penting untuk dijalankan sebuah perusahaan, Pada perusahaan Europack, karyawan merasa semakin banyak beban kerjanya jika ada karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja. Sehingga hal tersebut mengganggu sistem kerja yang umumnya dilakukan secara tim. Kata kunci : Kerja sama Kerja, Absensi, Sumber Daya Manusia Abstract This research aims to analyze factors that can influence the level of absenteeism and work cooperation in the company PT. Europack Surabaya, a plastic production company. Human resources are needed by an industry in modern times. Humans are the wheels of industry, with an abundance of abilities and creativity that individuals possess will support industrial progress through technology and data. Every company has internal problems regarding human resources, one of which is regarding employee cooperation which is characterized by the level of absenteeism. This happened to PT Europack, where based on observations, internal problems were found related to the level of absenteeism. This internal problem must be resolved immediately because it will have a broad impact. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection using interviews. The respondents used in this research were five respondents. The research results found that factors that influence the level of employee absenteeism include the amount of salary, leadership characteristics, and fines. Factors that influence employee motivation are leadership, giving rewards and punishment. And teamwork is an important thing for a company to run. At the Europack company, employees feel that their workload increases if an employee is absent from work. So this disrupts the work system which is generally carried out as a team. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pada kepuasan konsumen properti pada PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia. Penjualan properti pada PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia menunjukkan adanya keputusan pembelian konsumen pada properti sehingga dapat dirumuskan pada penelitian ini bahwa bagaimana kepuasan konsumen terjadi ditengah persaingan perusahaan real estate terjadi yang berdasarkan pada faktor citra merek dan kualitas produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara citra merek dengan kepuasan konsumen dan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen properti pada PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia. Dua hipotesis diformulasikan dan diuji dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen Abstract This research is motivated by several factors that influence property consumer satisfaction at PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia. Property sales at PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia show that there are consumer purchasing decisions for property so that it can be formulated in this research that how consumer satisfaction occurs amidst competition from real estate companies is based on brand image and product quality factors. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between brand image and consumer satisfaction and between product quality and consumer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques. The respondents in this research were property consumers at PT Berkat Jaya Abadi Indonesia. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested using regression analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence between brand image on consumer satisfaction and product quality on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis UD Karya Sejati, sebuah perusahaan produsen mebel, melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Dalam industri mebel yang kompetitif, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memahami posisi strategisnya dan mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kerangka SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh UD Karya Sejati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama UD Karya Sejati terletak pada kualitas produk yang tinggi dan inovasi desain yang menarik. Namun, perusahaan juga menghadapi kelemahan seperti keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran dan distribusi. Peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan meliputi meningkatnya permintaan mebel berkualitas di pasar internasional dan perkembangan teknologi yang mendukung efisiensi produksi. Di sisi lain, ancaman yang harus diantisipasi adalah persaingan yang semakin ketat, fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, disusun beberapa strategi pengembangan bisnis yang meliputi peningkatan kapabilitas pemasaran, diversifikasi produk, optimalisasi rantai pasok, dan ekspansi pasar ke luar negeri. Strategi-strategi ini diharapkan dapat membantu UD Karya Sejati untuk memperkuat posisinya di pasar, memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, serta mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis, Industri Mebel, UD Karya Sejati, Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, Ancaman. Abstract This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of UD Karya Sejati, a furniture manufacturing company, using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach. In the competitive furniture industry, it is crucial for companies to understand their strategic position and develop effective strategies to achieve sustainable growth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The collected data were then analyzed using the SWOT framework to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by UD Karya Sejati. The results of the study indicate that the main strengths of UD Karya Sejati lie in the high quality of its products and attractive design innovations. However, the company also faces weaknesses such as limitations in marketing and distribution. Opportunities that can be leveraged include the increasing demand for high-quality furniture in international markets and technological advancements supporting production efficiency. On the other hand, threats that need to be anticipated include intensifying competition, fluctuating raw material prices. Based on the SWOT analysis, several business development strategies are proposed, including enhancing marketing capabilities, product diversification, supply chain optimization, and expanding into foreign markets. These strategies are expected to help UD Karya Sejati strengthen its market position, capitalize on existing opportunities, and address the challenges it faces. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian alat filterasi pada PT Graphic Control Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen PT Graphic Control Surabaya. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan probabilitas sampling melalui rumus slovin sehingga diketahui jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 97 konsumen PT Graphic Control Surabaya. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Data Statistik melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan Koefisien korelasi dan determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui (1) Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. 2. Variabel Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai signifikansinya 0,0000 < 0.05. Harga yang ditawarkan PT Graphic Control Surabaya sesuai dengan kualitas produk dan output yang dihasilkan. 3. Hasil pengujian secara bersama-sama (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian PT Graphic Control Surabaya, hal ini dapat dibuktikan hasil nilai F sebesar 53,509 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. This research is conducted at Boncafe Pentacity Mall Balikpapan in 2024 where the researcher is face to face with the respondents. Respondents in this study are loyal visitors who visit more than once, the number of respondents in this study is set at 50 respondents by using Likert scale sampling technique to assess the variables under study. Data analysis was carried out through a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests to ensure instrument reliability, as well as coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test to test the research hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that: There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction. There is a direct positive effect of Satisfaction on Loyalty. There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty. There is an indirect positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine how price and service quality affect consumer product purchasing decisions. In this study, 70 respondents were interviewed using an online questionnaire to collect data. This research uses quantitative research methods, namely research methods related to numbers that are analyzed using statistics. The data collection method uses population, and the sample is collected through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to correspondents. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Lower prices and better service quality increase purchasing decisions. However, the results also show that the interaction between price and service quality has a greater influence on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the study also shows that price and service quality can affect the buyer's ability to choose the right product and save time and money. Meanwhile, to support this research, researchers distributed questionnaires via google form. The population in this study were STIE IBMT Class of 2020 students, the sample taken was 70 respondents from the population, so the technique used was a simple random sample. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, as indicated by the high value of brand image, customer satisfaction, and trust in the products and services offered. On the other hand, online marketing strategies can influence buyers' ability to choose the right product and save time and money. This research serves as a basis for e-commerce companies to improve effective and efficient online marketing strategies.
