Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the Pancasila Education teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. (2) Knowing the inhibiting factors of Pancasila Education teachers in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. To achieve the research objectives, it uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data source. The research data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing techniques.The results showed (1) The inhibiting factors of Civics teachers in overcoming the delinquency of students due to the lack of understanding of students so that they turn to acts of recognition and the social environment factors of students who follow the behavior of their peers caused by the lack of supervision and guidance from parents and internal conflicts in the family system can also trigger delinquent behavior of students, so that the delinquency that occurs is included in the category of ordinary delinquency and delinquency that leads to offenses, such as skipping school, active smoking, drinking alcohol, wild racing, and brawls between students. (2) The Civics teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar uses preventive, repressive and curative strategies, these three aspects include prevention, rule enforcement, and behavior improvement. In the application of the teaching and learning process has been maximized, as well as the application of Civics subjects and the involvement of other teachers has been implemented, but there is still a lack of interaction between students and parents which results in delinquency due to social environmental factors.

Abstract

The Influence of Facebook Social Media on the Disciplinary Character of Class X Students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Thesis. Study program Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Civics Law Department Makassar State University Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Supervisor Bakhtiar and supervisor II Andi Aco Agus. This research aims to: 1). Knowing the use of Facebook of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 2). Knowing the character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 3). To find out whether there is a significant influence between the use of Facebook on the character formation of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. The research method used in this research is method quantitative with two variables, namely social media Facebook as a variable free (independent variable) and discipline character as the dependent variable (dependent variable). With data collection techniques using questionnaires and instruments used in this research. In data analysis techniques, researchers use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The sample was 76 students from a population of 76 students, the sampling technique used Total Sampling. Based on the results of research and data analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the results of collecting research data from 76 students who were given questionnaires were then tested using a simple linear regression formula, obtained a = 46.584, b = 0.026 so that Y = 46.58+0.026 X . The use of social media Facebook influences the discipline character of students. Using the product moment correlation test with a significance level of 5%, the results obtained show that the calculated r value is greater than the table r value. Because r calculated > r table = 0.831 < 0.227 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the use of social media Facebook on the discipline character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Furthermore, the results of calculating the contribution of variable This means that the student's discipline character value is 0.69% determined by the social media Facebook. The remaining 0.31% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

Krisis akhlak yang menimpa kalangan peserta didik terlihat dari banyaknya perilaku menyimpang  dari  ajaran  agama,  seperti penyalahgunaan  narkoba,  miras,  seks  bebas  hingga  tawuran mendorong   berbagai   pihak   mempertanyakan   efektivitas pelaksanaan   pendidikan,   khususnya Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri di Pesantren Pondok Madinah Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai karakter yang dibentuk pada santri putri yaitu religius, mandiri dan disiplin. (2) Proses pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri dilakukan melalui tiga metode, yaitu ceramah, pembiasaan dan keteladanan. (3) Faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu kesadaran pada diri santri putri yang muncul karena dorongan untuk membanggakan orang tua dengan menjadi santri yang berakhlak mulia, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu peran pembina, pengaruh teman sebaya, peran orang tua serta pengaruh teknologi.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out with the aim of fostering environmental awareness and strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation among residents through the Bersih Lorong (Clean Alley) activity. The program is grounded in the perspective of Civic and Pancasila Education (PPKn), which emphasizes the importance of shared responsibility, solidarity, and active citizen participation in community life. The background of this initiative stems from the poorly maintained condition of the alley environment, which required a collective effort to create a clean, healthy, and comfortable living space. The implementation methods included the socialization of relevant PPKn values, community empowerment in planning activities, and joint community work to clean the alley. Active participation of residents served as an indicator of success, as the community not only engaged in cleaning activities but also demonstrated stronger environmental concern and solidarity. The results of the program showed an increased awareness of the importance of maintaining a clean environment, the creation of a cleaner alley condition, and the development of a more internalized habit of mutual cooperation in daily life. Therefore, this activity not only had a physical impact on the environment but also strengthened the character values of the community in line with the goals of civic education. Abstract

Abstrak:  Kebhinekaan merupakan nilai fundamental dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia. Namun, tantangan intoleransi, diskriminasi, dan radikalisme yang berkembang dalam masyarakat menuntut adanya penguatan pendidikan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan sejak dini, khususnya melalui jalur pendidikan formal. Artikel ini memaparkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) SMP dan SMA di Kota Parepare dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis nilai kebhinekaan melalui pendekatan Kurikulum Sekolah Damai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi pembelajaran, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep kebhinekaan dalam berbagai skala, baik personal, sekolah, nasional, maupun global. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mampu membangun kesadaran reflektif guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai toleransi, anti-diskriminasi, dan perdamaian dalam pembelajaran PKn. Simulasi data pre-post-test memperlihatkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman peserta setelah pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dalam penguatan kapasitas guru agar mampu menjadi agen perdamaian di lingkungan sekolah.Kata kunci: Kebhinekaan; Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan; Sekolah Damai; Guru PKn; Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat; Pendidikan Multikultural.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan sikap anti-perundungan siswa di lingkungan sekolah sebagai upaya mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang humanis. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah SMP Telkom Makassar, yang menghadapi permasalahan berupa masih ditemukannya perilaku perundungan, baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal, di kalangan siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 16 Oktober 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif melalui diskusi, simulasi peran, dan refleksi nilai. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif yang dirancang untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran moral, empati serta sikap saling menghargai antar siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dan dampak perundungan, diikuti dengan perubahan sikap menuju perilaku yang lebih empati dan inklusif. Selain itu, muncul komitmen bersama di antara siswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, harmonis, dan saling menghormati. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam menumbuhkan empati, tanggung jawab sosial, dan penguatan nilai-nilai humanis di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai humanis yang dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tradisi hukum adat masyarakat Karampuang; peran pemangku adat serta penerapan pendekatan keadilan restoratif dalam penyelesaian sengketa masyarakat adat Karampuang dilihat dari perspektif hukum acara perdata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan normatif-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mappogau sihanua dan maddui merupakan bentuk penghormatan masyarakat adat Karampuang kepada leluhurnya dan upaya menjaga keharmonisan sosial. Pemangku adat berperan tidak hanya sebagai penegak hukum, tetapi juga sebagai mediator yang menjaga nilai sosial, spiritual, dan budaya. Proses musyawarah bertingkat (pettu ana malolo, pettu gella, dan pettu to matoa) memungkinkan seluruh pihak yang bersengketa untuk terlibat aktif, menyampaikan pandangan, sehingga keputusan yang dihasilkan dianggap adil, sah, dan mengikat secara sosial. Penerapan hukum adat yang berorientasi pada keadilan restoratif mampu memperkuat kohesi dan harmoni sosial, serta berkontribusi pada pelestarian identitas budaya masyarakat Karampuang. Di tengah dinamika modernisasi dan perkembangan hukum nasional, praktik penyelesaian sengketa melalui hukum adat tetap relevan sebagai mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang partisipatif dan berkeadilan. Kata Kunci: Hukum Adat, Keadilan Restoratif, Masyarakat Karampuang.AbstractThis paper aims to analyze the customary law traditions of the Karampuang community; the role of customary leaders and the application of the restorative justice approach in resolving disputes within the Karampuang community from the perspective of civil procedural law. This study uses a legal research method with a normative-sociological approach. The results show that the traditions of mappogau sihanua and maddui are a form of respect for their ancestors by the Karampuang community and an effort to maintain social harmony. Customary leaders play a role not only as law enforcers but also as mediators who maintain social, spiritual, and cultural values. The multi-level deliberation process (pettu ana malolo, pettu gella, and pettu to matoa) allows all disputing parties to actively participate and express their views, so that the resulting decision is considered fair, legitimate, and socially binding. The application of customary law oriented towards restorative justice can strengthen social cohesion and harmony, and contribute to the preservation of the cultural identity of the Karampuang community. Amid the dynamics of modernization and developments in national law, the practice of dispute resolution through customary law remains relevant as a participatory and equitable dispute resolution mechanism.Keywords: Customary Law, Restorative Justice, Karampuang Community.

Abstract

Pancasila is very important as a bastion of national character, as the foundation of the state and a way of life. Pancasila serves to preserve the nation's identity so that it is not uprooted from its cultural roots. Pancasila education in higher education institutions is a key instrument in instilling values in the younger generation who will one day lead a nation that is integrated, globally competitive, and rooted in Pancasila, capable of filtering foreign cultures and becoming citizens who love their homeland. The pitfalls of globalization for the nation's character are foreign cultures, individualism, materialism, digital technology, misuse of social media, moral degradation, the free market economy, value orientation, weakening of the spirit of mutual cooperation, tolerance, and nationalism. Strategies to strengthen Pancasila values in the younger generation include innovative learning curricula, project-based learning, real-case discussions, comprehensive studies, lecturer role models, strengthening extracurricular activities, increasing forums that foster a spirit of nationalism, utilizing technology, and creating creative digital content based on Pancasila values

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of internalizing Pancasila values in higher education institutions, the internalization of Pancasila values in shaping students' civic disposition, the challenges and opportunities for internalizing Pancasila values in the era of globalization, and effective strategies for enhancing the internalization of Pancasila among students. The research method used is descriptive research with a literature review (library research). The research activities were carried out by collecting information and data with the help of various available materials. The results of the study show that internalization of values means a process of appreciation so that these values become part of the personality structure and are manifested in concrete actions. The strategy for internalizing Pancasila values in higher education institutions is through a curricular approach, namely through compulsory general courses such as Pancasila Education and Civic Education, which include affective, cognitive, and psychomotor learning outcomes
