Abstract

Ilmu tentang anatomi tubuh manusia pertama kali dipelajari di sekolah dasar saat kelas 4 dalam mata pelajaran IPA (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam). Organ-organ anatomi tubuh manusia divisualisasikan dengan metode pembelajaran menggunakan media gambar dari buku, atau alat peraga. Media tersebut kurang bagus untuk menunjang pembelajaran anatomi tubuh manusia. Buku terbuat dari kertas yang rentan sobek dan alat peraga yang besar juga mudah pecah karena terbuat dari bahan keras yang mudah pecah. Itulah faktor kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam mempelajari anatomi tubuh manusia. Aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality untuk mengenal anatomi tubuh manusia merupakan solusi bagi guru dan siswa untuk membuat suatu media belajar yang inovatif dan interaktif. Langkah pertama untuk membuat aplikasi tesebut adalah merancang design aplikasi yang akan dibangun berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan yang ada. Tampilan yang dirancang haruslah user-friendly agar semua kalangan mudah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, khususnya pengguna di bidang pendidikan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembangunan model objek dan sistem aplikasi agar menjadi suatu aplikasi augmented reality yang utuh. Aplikasi ini didukung teknologi augmented reality dan dirancang menggunakan metode Waterfall untuk membangun sistem aplikasinya yang dimulai dengan analisis, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan pengujian, implementasi. Setelah melewati tahapan tersebut, aplikasi yang sudah selesai dibuat tersebut diharapkan dapat menampilkan objek anatomi tubuh manusia dari sistem pernafasan, sistem pencernaan dan kerangka tubuh berbentuk objek virtual 3D yang menarik secara real-time dengan baik untuk membantu kelancaran pembelajaran anatomi tubuh manusia di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Ketahanan akademik mahasiswa menjadi aspek penting yang perlu dikembangkan untuk menghadapi tekanan akademik yang semakin kompleks. Mahasiswa dituntut untuk mampu mengelola diri, merancang strategi belajar, serta mempertahankan motivasi di tengah tantangan akademik yang dinamis. Salah satu faktor yang diyakini memiliki kontribusi terhadap ketahanan akademik adalah kemampuan Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), yakni kemampuan belajar secara mandiri yang mencakup aspek kognitif, metakognitif, dan regulasi emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh SRL terhadap Academic hardiness mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling UIN Ar-Raniry. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Sampel berjumlah 144 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen berupa angket dengan skala Likert empat poin yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antara SRL dan Academic hardiness bersifat linear. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan (r = 0,726; p < 0,001), dan hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa SRL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Academic hardiness dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,7% (p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan SRL dalam mendukung ketahanan akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar lembaga pendidikan tinggi mengintegrasikan pelatihan SRL dalam kurikulum guna memperkuat ketahanan psikologis mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at CV. XYZ, a food supply company in Tangerang. The research applied a quantitative method with 24 employees as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires tested for validity (r-count > r-table 0.444) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.70). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The classical assumption test showed that the data were normally distributed and free from heteroscedasticity. The regression equation obtained was Y=10.542+0.552XY = 10.542 + 0.552XY=10.542+0.552X, indicating that an increase in compensation improves employee performance. The hypothesis test showed a t-value of 3.409 > t-table 2.074 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, proving that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.371, meaning 37.1% of performance variation is explained by compensation, while 62.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki signifikan bagi seorang anak. Berbagai sekolah sering dijumpai adanya indikasi tindakan bullying seperti mengejek teman, mengucilkan teman, dan mengolok teman, dan lain-lain. Peran guru BK/konselor dihrapkan dapat memberikan bimbingan dan solusi bagi siswa yang terlibat bullying dengan cara megoptimalkan jenis-jenis layanan yang dibutuhkan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru BK dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di UPTD SMPN 1 Kec. Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data ini melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian upaya guru BK dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying dengan menggunakan layanan bimbingan klasikal teknik sosiodrama, terdapat beberapa tahap diantaranya, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan sosiodrama, tahap diskusi dan pemecahan masalah, dan tahap evaluasi. Faktor pendukung: keaktifan siswa, penampilan permasalahan secara visual, rasa simpati dan empati, sarana dan prasarana, faktor penghambat: teknik dianggap sebagai hiburan oleh siswa, suasana kelas yang kurang kondusif dan alokasi waktu

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu konsumen plastik terbesar, khususnya untuk kemasan minuman, yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Tutup botol, yang terbuat dari High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), sering dibuang dan kurang dimanfaatkan dalam upaya daur ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi tutup botol HDPE daur ulang sebagai bahan baku filamen cetak 3D yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental selama enam bulan di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Tutup botol HDPE disortir, disterilkan, digiling, dan dikombinasikan dengan resin HDPE dalam empat formulasi (tutup botol 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%). Bahan tersebut diproses melalui ekstrusi dan diuji karakteristik termal menggunakan metode DSC dan TGA. Filamen yang dihasilkan diukur untuk konsistensi diameter dan diuji melalui uji coba pencetakan 3D yang sebenarnya. Formulasi tutup botol 75% menunjukkan karakteristik yang paling optimal, menghasilkan filamen dengan diameter dan panjang yang konsisten (1,75–2,5 mm), memenuhi standar industri. Uji termal menunjukkan peningkatan titik leleh dan penyerapan energi yang lebih tinggi karena peningkatan kristalinitas. Meskipun kebutuhan energi lebih tinggi, filamen yang dihasilkan terbukti layak untuk aplikasi pencetakan 3D. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa tutup botol HDPE memiliki potensi yang kuat sebagai bahan alternatif untuk filamen pencetakan 3D, mempromosikan praktik ekonomi sirkular. Penelitian di masa depan harus fokus pada pengoptimalan efisiensi energi, pengujian sifat mekanik, dan produksi yang dapat diskalakan untuk aplikasi industri yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The aim of the author in conducting this research is to find out that study room facilities play a role in efforts to increase students' learning motivation, as well as provide valuable input to the school, especially XI IPS SMA Negeri 16 Bone, that student study room facilities can influence students' enthusiasm and motivation for learning. , and to gain practical experience with scientific research fields that can be contributed to the world of education in particular. The variables in this research consist of dependent variables (free variables) and independent variables (dependent variables). The influence of learning facilities is the independent variable with the symbol X. Learning motivation is the dependent variable with the symbol Y. This research is ex post facto research which is correlational in nature. The method in this research is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is Class The total number of students is determined using the Regression Test formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, learning space facilities at school, and student learning motivation. Research data analysis uses simple linear regression. Based on the calculation results of this research using a simple regression test, it shows that: there is a positive and significant influence of learning facilities on student learning motivation in economics subjects for class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 16 Bone, proven by looking at the simple regression data analysis. This is proven when the value with a value of 30, the value obtained is Y = 137.24, which is greater than the F table value = 3.94. Meanwhile, when predicting 16 Bone.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                  This research will examine the implementation of halal certification legal policies for Micro and Small Business actors in Indonesia. Currently, to be able to compete in the national market and global market, the need for halal guarantees for Micro and Small Business products is very much needed, especially in Indonesia, which is a Muslim-majority country, of course. Product standards must be based on Islamic law, the law also requires that all products located in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia must obtain a halal certificate. This research uses a normative juridical method with a descriptive approach to analyze various literature, regulations and government policies related to Halal Certification for micro and small businesses. The research results show that with clear regulations and mechanisms in place, it is hoped that the implementation of this halal certification policy can provide legal certainty, security and comfort for consumers in using halal products, as well as encourage improvements in product quality and halalness for business actors, including micro and small businesses.

This article reviews Stock Price Determination and Financial Distress: Financial Performance Analysis and Sales Growth, A Study of Financial Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. Abstract

Research and Development (R&D) Borg Gall approach to develop VR learning media that aligns with the curriculum and the needs of vocational school students. Through R&D stages such as needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation, VR content is designed to provide deep and relevant learning experiences related to the workplace. Adequate technological infrastructure is also considered to support VR implementation in the vocational school learning environment. Furthermore, teacher training is conducted to ensure effective VR utilization in the learning process. Continuous evaluation is carried out to measure the effectiveness and feasibility of VR learning media usage in vocational school. This research aims to provide practical guidelines for the development and implementation of VR-based learning media in vocational school, focusing on student engagement and improving learning quality.
