Abstract

One of the impacts of waste management is the presence of side-residual landfill waste that causes pollution potential of pollutants results in the form of decaying garbage leachate. This contamination occurs around the landfill Kebon Kongok impacting environmental degradation around the landfill area. To determine the extent to which and how the subsurface conditions around the landfill Kebon Kongok it will do the mapping and modeling using 3-dimensional (3D) geoelectrical method. The study was conducted on 3 pieces of lines are trending relative Southwest-Northeast. Each track has a length of 150m and retrieval of data using a dipole – dipole configuration-with spacing of 10m length. Resistivity measurements carried out with resistivitimeter GL-4100 GSound type and processed with software Res3Dinv. From the analysis it can be concluded that the entire study area has been contaminated by leachate polution, especially in the surface layer to a depth of 13.9 meters.

Abstract

The geoelectric method is a very effective method for subsurface aquifers (water reserves). This method is based on the injection of an electric current from the surface to the earth's body with a certain electrode configuration. The geoelectric method used in this study uses a Schlumberger electrode configuration. Surveys with this method are proven to be able to map the height of the water table at a point in the survey area. In this study, the geoelectric method has been proven to be able to map the potential for water flow discharge in aquifers. From the results of the calculation of the potential for water discharge using the Darcy equation, it is found that the discharge value is around 22.11 liters per second.

Abstract

The Bengkaung area, Batulayar District, West Lombok is suspected to be very vulnerable to the risk of earthquake hazards. However, in this area no scientific research, either geological or geophysical, has ever been carried out regarding this hazard. How are the physical characteristics of the lithology and structure in the area to the risk of earthquake disaster? The purpose of this study was to determine the physical characteristics of the lithology and subsurface structures that were validated by the level of damage. The method used is the geoelectric method and local building damage data. The results of the 2D geoelectric anomaly modeling show the characteristics of the subsurface lithological layers in the form of sand, sandstone, clay, andesite lava faults, fresh andesite lava, and granite. The fault was detected in the center of the study area in a north-south direction. Earthquake hazard analysis shows that the cause of the high risk of earthquake hazard in Bengkaung Village is the presence of faults and cohesive lithology. The highest potential risk is in the southern part of Bengkaung Village. The southern area of ​​Bengkaung Village is dominated by clay that has cohesive properties, especially on the surface. The western and northern parts of Bengkaung Village have medium and low vulnerability to earthquake hazards. The last two areas are dominated by non-cohesive soils in the form of sandy soils and lapilli pumice

Abstract

Final year students are required to have the ability to innovate, be creative, have personality, and develop independence in seeking and finding knowledge through realities and field dynamics such as ability requirements, real problems, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, as well as performance demands and achievement targets. In order for students' hard skills and soft skills to be formed strongly, it is felt necessary to provide additional skills, especially those that support the completion of the Final Project. Workshops on the use of the Originlab are quite urgent in research so as to speed up the completion of the Final Project (Thesis) for students interested in Materials. This software is commonly used to prepare XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis and other spectra that are quite important in materials. In this explanation, a brief description of the XRD data preparation steps is described, starting from data input to quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Data analysis was carried out including determining the value of particle size, FWHM, crystal structure and lattice strain. Workshop participants totaled 20 students and were held for 7 days, from 7 to 15 May 2023 with details of 2 days offline, 1 day online via G-Meet and 4 days of mentoring.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the community regarding halal medicine in Ciomas District. This research uses an observational descriptive approach model. The purposive sampling method was used to collect samples from the Muslim population of Ciomas District. To collect data, use a questionnaire. According to research results, 81% of residents of Ciomas District know about halal medicine. The public's perception of the halalness of medicines in Ciomas District has a score of 57%, and the attitude of the people of Ciomas District towards the halalness of medicines is higher with a score of 54%. So overall it can be concluded that the level of knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of the people of Ciomas District are in the very good category. Gender, age, education and occupation are components that influence people's knowledge, attitudes and perceptions about halal medicine in Ciomas District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman mahasiswa Farmasi Angkatan 2021 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Salsabila Serang dalam pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode digunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring kepada 127 mahasiswa melalui Google Form dan melakukan wawancara mendalam pada beberapa responden. Untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dan nilai rata-rata, data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Selanjutnya, data dikategorikan menjadi rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa aspek belajar mengajar dalam pembelajaran daring dikategorikan sebagai "Sedang" dengan nilai rata-rata 3,38, mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan dalam membantu mahasiswa memahami teori dan keterampilan yang diberikan secara daring. Sementara itu, kemampuan dosen dalam pembelajaran daring dikategorikan "Tinggi" dengan nilai rata-rata 4,02, dan sarana serta prasarana untuk pembelajaran daring juga dikategorikan "Tinggi" dengan nilai rata-rata 3,96. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman mahasiswa farmasi dalam pembelajaran daring dan aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya di masa depan, serta dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan saat membuat kebijakan dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa farmasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip yang dapat membentuk karakter siswa dari buku cerita rakyat, menilai sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip positif yang ditemukan dalam buku cerita tersebut dapat memengaruhi pembentukan karakter, dan melihat bagaimana sekolah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip karakter pada anak-anak mereka. Kemajuan teknologi baru-baru ini dapat mempengaruhi nilai hidup siswa dan mengurangi keinginan mereka untuk membaca buku cerita rakyat. Peneliti menemukan bahwa buku "Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat 33 Provinsi" memiliki banyak nilai positif, yang berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat membentuk karakter siswa. Nilai karakter ditanamkan pada siswa dalam tiga cara: sebelum pelajaran dimulai, saat pelajaran berlangsung, dan di luar pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, sumber data yang mendukung penelitian harus dibaca dan dipahami secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moral positif dari cerita rakyat dapat membantu membangun karakter anak. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa melestarikan dan memanfaatkan kekayaan cerita rakyat Indonesia sangat penting untuk membangun karakter generasi muda di tengah arus modernisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik di SDIT Insan Atqiya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas V, siswa kelas V, serta orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik yaitu menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran untuk memotivasi siswa, menjelaskan kompetensi dasar dan tujuan pembelajaran, memberikan stimulus, menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran yang menarik, melakukan tanya jawab, meerespons pertanyaan siswa, mengadakan evaluasi, dan menyimpulkan materi pelajaran. Faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi belajar siswa yang tinggi, metode pembelajaran yang tepat, dan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah guru yang terkadang monoton dalam mengajar. Diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan dari guru dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk terus meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

Sampah secara umum dihasilkan dari kegiatan manusia sehari-hari. Dari berbagai jenis sampah, sampah plastik merupakan sampah non-organik yang paling banyak dihasilkan, tidak dapat diurai secara alamiah, dan memiliki dampak bagi kesehatan maupun lingkungan. Kabupaten Lombok Timur, memproduksi sampah terbanyak setiap harinya di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Usaha mengurangi sampah perlu didukung oleh kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengurangi sampah dan memilah sampah sehingga dapat mengurangi beban pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, terlebih setelah pemerintah propinsi NTB menggaungkan program Net Zerowaste Emission Tahun 2050. SMA N 2 Selong merupakan salah satu sekolah di wilayah Selong Lombok Timur yang diharapkan mampu menjadi pionir dalam edukasi pengembangan kesadaran diri sehingga memiliki peran yang sangat stategis untuk mengedukasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan sampah perlu dilakukan edukasi pemilahan sampah plastik di lingkungan sekolah. Bahkan perlu diperkenalkan manfaat mendaur ulang sampah karena hal ini akan menunjukkan animo generasi muda dalam mewujudkan program zero waste di lingkungan SMA N 2 Selong, dan nantinya diharapkan pada generasi muda di seluruh wilayah Lombok Timur. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas X, XI dan XII sejumlah 54 siswa terpilih dan hampie seluruh guru SMA N 2 Selong dengan respon Sangat Memuaskan.

Abstract

The increase in energy needs must be balanced by environmentally friendly technological innovations. Chitosan polymer is one of the technological innovations of energy materials that are being developed by many developed countries. This research aimed to identify the potential of oyster pearl shell waste as a source of electrolyte polymers. The study was conducted experimentally by synthesizing chitosan nanoparticles from chitosan using the ionic gelation method. Chitosan is obtained through the isolation method from Pinctada maxima oyster pearl shell waste. The isolation method is carried out by three processes: deproteination, demineralization, and deacetylation. Several characterizations were carried out to analyze the material from the synthesis, including a proximate test, FTIR analysis, and PSA analysis. Isolated chitosan was identified to have a deacetylation degree that reached 88.63% with the formation of OH and NH2 functional groups. In general, the proximate tets data has shown that the obtained chitosan already meets the Indonesian standard SNI 7949:2013. PSA analysis resulted in differences in size distribution, PDI, and zeta potential between chitosan and chitosan nanoparticles. The results were obtained by the average distribution of chitosan particle size of 52.043 μm and chitosan nanoparticle size of 2.3365 μm—the analysis of the potential zeta of chitosan -3.9 mV and chitosan nanoparticle -21,6 mV. Thus, changes in the size of the chitosan material affect its potential PDI and zeta values. The change of these two values is a good indicator of the initial data and the potential of the material as an energy material. Therefore, chitosan polymer is an electrolyte material that can be used as a candidate for environmentally friendly renewable energy materials
