Abstract

UP2K Product Marketing Strategy through the Implementation of Digital Marketing aims to help and determine the impact of digital marketing on UP2K product sales, by comparing UP2K which uses digital media as a means of promotion and product sales. with UP2K who have not used digital media as marketing, and to find out how to implement digital marketing. Marketing efforts to UP2K in Bangun Seranten Village, Muara Tabir District, Tebo Regency to increase sales volume and also increase profits for UP2K entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The problems faced by Teluk Pandak Kecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoKecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoUMKM are related to entrepreneurial abilities that need to be developed in entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is important to carry out Community Service (PKM) to solve this problem. The target (specifically) of this service is to provide solutions through socialization and creation of village websites and village UMKM. The aim of this program is to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial skills to UMKM entrepreneurs, to educate them on taking advantage of existing opportunities with the use of digital technology which is developing rapidly at this time in order to be able to improve welfare, not only in terms of material things, but the welfare of a creative, innovative mindset, and independent. The results of this program include, among others, that these UMKM can form an even larger network by utilizing technology and other digital technology Village Websites which are increasingly developing in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, era of society 5.0. In the future, training via this website should be able to provide rapid progress for UMKM, especially in Teluk Pandak Kecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoKecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoHamlet, Tanah Sepengkal District, and the products produced will be more diverse and sought after by various groups.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining explanations and information regarding the influence of brand credibility on the equity of the brand itself. Apart from that, there is the influence of endorser credibility which has a correlation with brand equity. The influence of brand credibility on brand equity and also the influence of brand credibility on the brand equity of Samsung users in Jakarta. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area, presenting around 170 respondents. The method used in this research is a deep purposive sampling method presentation of data and the process of collecting it. Apart from that, path analysis techniques were also carried out in this research. The results of this research show that the credibility of the endorser has a positive influence and also plays a significant role in the credibility of the brand. Brand credibility has quite an important role as a partial mediation by providing influence between endorser credibility and also the equity of the Samsung brand. Samsung must increase the credibility of positive endorsers in order to create strong brand equity.

Abstract

Effective village governance is an important foundation for sustainable development at the local level. However, many villages in Indonesia, including Sungai Arang Hamlet in Jambi, still face challenges in terms of governance, which can be seen from weak administrative systems, lack of transparency, and low capacity of village officials. This research uses a participatory community service approach which involves a series of activities, including: (1) Identifying village problems and needs through focus group discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews; (2) Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for various aspects of village administration; (3) Training and capacity building for village officials regarding SOP implementation; (4) Assistance and monitoring of SOP implementation; and (5) Evaluation of program impact. The research results show a significant improvement in village governance after program implementation. The developed SOPs have helped improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, increase transparency and accountability, and strengthen public participation in decision-making. In addition, the capacity of village officials has also increased, reflected in a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities, as well as a better ability to carry out administrative tasks. In conclusion, this community service program has made a positive contribution in strengthening village governance in Sungai Arang Hamlet. Developing SOPs and increasing the capacity of village officials has proven effective in improving the quality of public services, transparency, and accountability. This research recommends that this community service model can be replicated in other villages that have similar problems.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HR) has grown rapidly in recent years. AI has the potential to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of HR processes. PT Semen Baturaja Persero (SMBR) is one of the largest cement companies in Indonesia. SMBR has applied AI to various HR processes, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and compensation and benefits. This research aims to analyze the use of AI in HR management at SMBR. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders in SMBR. The research results show that AI has provided significant benefits for SMBR in HR management. AI has helped SMBR to improve the efficiency of HR processes, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance appraisal; improving the effectiveness of HR processes, such as recruitment and selection, and performance appraisal; improve the accuracy of HR processes, such as recruitment and selection, and performance appraisal. AI has great potential to improve HR management in SMBR.

Abstract

The global shift towards sustainability has led to a growing interest in green business practices. This study aims to investigate the influence of green business practices on consumer behavior in the context of Jambi, Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 350 consumers in Jambi. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed a positive correlation between green business practices and consumer behavior. Specifically, factors such as eco-labeling, green product offerings, and corporate social responsibility initiatives were found to significantly influence consumer purchase intentions and brand loyalty. In conclusion, this study contributes to the understanding of the relationship between green business practices and consumer behavior in an emerging market context. The results highlight the importance of adopting sustainable practices for businesses seeking to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers in Jambi.

Abstract

Micro-entrepreneurs in rural Indonesia often face challenges in accessing financial services and developing sustainable business practices. This community service initiative aimed to empower micro-entrepreneurs in Lubuk Beringin, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia, by promoting financial inclusion and rural development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews to assess the needs and challenges of micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the findings, a comprehensive program was designed and implemented, encompassing financial literacy training, business development workshops, and access to microcredit facilities. The program resulted in increased financial literacy, improved business skills, and enhanced access to financial resources among the participants. Data indicates a 20% increase in average monthly income and a 15% rise in business savings among participating micro-entrepreneurs six months after program completion. Additionally, the program fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the participants. This initiative demonstrates the vital role of public administration in empowering micro-entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and rural development strategies. By providing access to financial knowledge, skills, and resources, public administration can contribute to sustainable economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Abstract

This community service initiative explores the synergistic relationship between village funds and social capital in empowering communities in Rantau Duku, Jambi, Indonesia. Recognizing the potential of village funds as a catalyst for development and the vital role of social capital in facilitating collective action, this project aimed to enhance community capacity to effectively utilize these resources for local development. This project employed a participatory action research (PAR) approach, involving community members in all stages of the initiative. The intervention included capacity-building workshops on village fund management, participatory planning, and conflict resolution, along with facilitating community dialogues to strengthen social cohesion and trust. The project resulted in increased community participation in village development planning and budgeting processes, improved transparency and accountability in village fund management, and enhanced social cohesion among community members. Several community-led initiatives were successfully implemented, including infrastructure improvements, economic empowerment programs, and social welfare programs. In conclusion, this initiative demonstrates the transformative potential of combining village funds with strong social capital to empower communities. By fostering community ownership and participation, and strengthening social cohesion, this approach can effectively contribute to sustainable and equitable development in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

Financial literacy is closely linked to financial management, with increased financial literacy contributing to better personal financial management skills. Personal financial management involves the application of financial principles in individual financial management. Effective financial management, including planning and overseeing financial activities, is crucial for achieving financial stability and economic sustainability. Previous studies indicate that many individuals, particularly Generation Z and Millennials, neglect financial planning and long-term well-being. Without proper financial management, they often face financial difficulties, such as income loss and insufficient emergency funds, which can negatively impact their quality of life. This study involved 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employed to analyze the relationships between the inner and outer models.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi terus berevolusi dalam pengembangan usaha, dengan demikian para pelaku usaha perlu untuk meningkatkan dan memanfaatkan metode pemasaran yang tepat agar produk yang dijual laku dipasaran, Mengingat peran penting dari teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan bisnis, menuntut pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan literasi digitalnya minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin anyaman tradisional di desa Beringin Sanggul memberikan motivasi untuk dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dimana produk yang dihasilkan termasuk dalam produk yang unik dan langka ditemukan dipasaran, sasaran penjualan selain dari penggunaan produk tersebut sesuai dengan manfaat sebelumnya, namun beberapa tempat yang menggunakan konsep klasik digunakan sebagai hiasan dalam ruangan yang berkesan estetik. berdasarkan hal tersebut pengabdian kepada masyakarat ini dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi tentang pemasaran digital, dimana metode yang diterapkan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaksanaan pengenalan digital marketing dalam upaya meningkatkan penghasilan sekaligus melestarikan kerajinan anyaman yang pada saat sekarang sulit ditemukan. Target luaran yang dapat diharapkan adalah terpublikasi melalui jurnal, serta kemampuan dalam memanfaat media online untuk memasarkan produk.
