Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents transformative potential for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in educational administration. However, successful integration necessitates a strategic approach to managing the human element, including evolving roles, requisite skills, and organizational change. This study addressed the gap in targeted frameworks for optimizing human-AI collaboration within the specific context of educational administration in Muara Bungo, Jambi, Indonesia. A mixed-methods, quasi-experimental pre-post design was employed. Data were collected from 50 educational administrative staff in Muara Bungo using surveys assessing AI perceptions, skill readiness, and job satisfaction, alongside semi-structured interviews exploring experiences with role changes and change management. A bespoke Human Resource Development (HRD) framework, encompassing structured role redefinition workshops, targeted AI literacy and collaboration skill training modules, and a multi-faceted change management communication plan, was developed and implemented over six months. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests, while qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. Post-intervention, quantitative analysis revealed statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in participants' perceived usefulness of AI (t(49)=5.82), confidence in collaborating with AI tools (t(49)=6.15), and reported efficiency in administrative tasks (t(49)=4.98). Qualitative findings indicated that the HRD framework facilitated a clearer understanding of new roles, reduced initial anxiety towards AI, and highlighted the importance of ongoing support and transparent communication during the transition. In conclusion, the study demonstrated that a context-specific HRD framework integrating role redefinition, skill development, and change management can significantly enhance human-AI collaboration in educational administration. The findings underscore the necessity of proactive HRD interventions to equip staff, manage transitions effectively, and harness the synergistic potential of humans and AI in improving administrative functions within educational institutions in regions like Muara Bungo.

Abstract

Abstract Marketing strategy is a way to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods and services. Marketing strategy can be considered as one of the foundations for creating an overall business plan. In a global economy however, they often face challenges in maintaining their products in an increasingly tight market. In this article, we analyze various effective marketing strategies for UMKM to overcome increasingly fierce competition and maintain their competitive advantage. The objectives of this activity include finding out what marketing strategies can be used to increase competitiveness and maintain their products in the face of increasingly fierce competition, as well as knowing the obstacles so that they can provide the right solutions to handle them. Apart from that, the aim of this activity is to encourage community innovation and creativity. Type and Research Approach, namely qualitative. A qualitative approach is an understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social and human phenomenon. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. This research was carried out in Bangun Harjo Village, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency. Abstract

Effective village governance is an important foundation for sustainable development at the local level. However, many villages in Indonesia, including Sungai Arang Hamlet in Jambi, still face challenges in terms of governance, which can be seen from weak administrative systems, lack of transparency, and low capacity of village officials. This research uses a participatory community service approach which involves a series of activities, including: (1) Identifying village problems and needs through focus group discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews; (2) Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for various aspects of village administration; (3) Training and capacity building for village officials regarding SOP implementation; (4) Assistance and monitoring of SOP implementation; and (5) Evaluation of program impact. The research results show a significant improvement in village governance after program implementation. The developed SOPs have helped improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, increase transparency and accountability, and strengthen public participation in decision-making. In addition, the capacity of village officials has also increased, reflected in a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities, as well as a better ability to carry out administrative tasks. In conclusion, this community service program has made a positive contribution in strengthening village governance in Sungai Arang Hamlet. Developing SOPs and increasing the capacity of village officials has proven effective in improving the quality of public service s, transparency, and accountability. This research recommends that this community service model can be replicated in other villages that have similar problems.

Abstract

Micro-entrepreneurs in rural Indonesia often face challenges in accessing financial services and developing sustainable business practices. This community service initiative aimed to empower micro-entrepreneurs in Lubuk Beringin, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia, by promoting financial inclusion and rural development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews to assess the needs and challenges of micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the findings, a comprehensive program was designed and implemented, encompassing financial literacy training, business development workshops, and access to microcredit facilities. The program resulted in increased financial literacy, improved business skills, and enhanced access to financial resources among the participants. Data indicates a 20% increase in average monthly income and a 15% rise in business savings among participating micro-entrepreneurs six months after program completion. Additionally, the program fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the participants. This initiative demonstrates the vital role of public administration in empowering micro-entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and rural development strategies. By providing access to financial knowledge, skills, and resources, public administration can contribute to sustainable economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Abstract

This community service initiative explores the synergistic relationship between village funds and social capital in empowering communities in Rantau Duku, Jambi, Indonesia. Recognizing the potential of village funds as a catalyst for development and the vital role of social capital in facilitating collective action, this project aimed to enhance community capacity to effectively utilize these resources for local development. This project employed a participatory action research (PAR) approach, involving community members in all stages of the initiative. The intervention included capacity-building workshops on village fund management, participatory planning, and conflict resolution, along with facilitating community dialogues to strengthen social cohesion and trust. The project resulted in increased community participation in village development planning and budgeting processes, improved transparency and accountability in village fund management, and enhanced social cohesion among community members. Several community-led initiatives were successfully implemented, including infrastructure improvements, economic empowerment programs, and social welfare programs. In conclusion, this initiative demonstrates the transformative potential of combining village funds with strong social capital to empower communities. By fostering community ownership and participation, and strengthening social cohesion, this approach can effectively cont ribute to sustainable and equitable development in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skincare either partially or simultaneously. by using the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained are the effect of the halal label on the purchase decision to buy MS Glow Skincare at the MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo based on the partial test results obtained that the halal label variable has an effect on purchasing decisions. If the halal label is getting better, the decision to buy MS Glow Skincare will also increase at the MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo. The effect of price on purchasing decisions to buy MS Glow Skincare at MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo based on the results of the partial test obtained that the price variable has an effect on purchasing decisions. If the price is getting better, the decision to buy MS Glow Skincare Reseller will also increase at the Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo The magnitude of the effect of halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions of MS Glow Skincare Resellers at the Maya Store Agen Muara Bungo based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained by 86.3%, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other dimensions outside the study.

Abstract

The problem that occured in Dwi Karya Bakti Hamlet was that PKK activities and programs were not active in the village. The challenge undertaken by the service team was to reactivate the activities and programs that had been prepared by the PKK Dusun Dwi Karya Bakti. For this reason, the social service team approached the head of the committee and looked for problems and solutions to these problems. From these observations, the service team received information that the community, especially the member of PKK needed a facilitator or mentor to develop the PKK so that the PKK could be active again. The target of this activity focused on empowering the members of PKK in Dwi Karya Bakti. The aimed of carrying out this community service activity was to increase household income, entrepreneurial for the members of PKK, and improved the social life of the residents of Dwi Karyabakti. The methods used in this activity were educational methods and mentoring methods. Educational methods include training and mentoring methods included direct practice in making Dendeng Daun Pepaya. The implementation of the social service activities that have been carried out has a positive impact on the community, namely the members of PKK who were the targets of these service activities. The members of PKK Dwi Karya Bakti have started to have motivation to improve their abilities and creativity in developing UMKM.

Abstract

Dari 37 provinsi di Indonesia, Jambi mencatat inflasi yang paling tinggi, yakni mencapai 8,55 persen. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi melaporkan ada dua daerah yang menjadi penyumbang inflasi tertinggi nasional. Keduanya ialah Kota Jambi dan Kabupaten Bungo. Inflasi terjadi karena masalah ketersediaan barang kebutuhan dan harganya di pasaran yang sedang naik. Fakta pembentuk inflasi yang mempengaruhi tingkat inflasi di Kabupaten Bungo diantaranya penyumbang yang terbesar dari makanan itu ialah cabai. Permasalahan pokok dalam pengembangan agribisnis cabai adalah belum terwujudnya ragam, kualitas, kesinambungan pasokan, dan kuantitas yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar, khususnya untuk tujuan pasar modern (supermarket/hypermarket), dan industri pengolahan, konsumen institusi (hotel, restoran, rumah sakit. Permasalahan tersebut salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya koordinasi antar pelaku agribisnis. Hal ini menyebabkan struktur kelembagaan agribisnis komoditas cabai menjadi rapuh dan keterkaitan manajemen rantai pasok menjadi lemah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengidentifikasi struktur rantai pasok komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo; 2) menganalisis kelembagaan petani cabai di Kabupaten Bungo; 3) merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Terdapat enam struktur rantai pasok dalam pendistribusian cabai di Kabupaten Bungo Rantai pasok yang paling dominan digunakan adalah struktur rantai 3 yang terdiri dari petani, pengumpul, dan pasar induk; (2) Sektor utama dalam kelembagaan terdiri dari public sector, voluntary sector, dan private sector. Pelaku yang terlibat dalam public sector adalah Dinas TPH, Agroklinik Hortikultura, dan STA. Pelaku yang terlibat dalam voluntary sector adalah Kelompok tani/ Gapoktan dan Koperasi, sedangkan pelaku yang terlibat dalam private sector adalah lembaga keuangan formal, lembaga keuangan informal, pemasok saprodi, industri pengolahan, dan pasar; (3) Analisis SWOT menghasilkan 15 alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing komoditas cabai di Kabupaten Bungo

Abstract

Literasi keuangan erat kaitannya dengan pengelolaan keuangan, dan semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan, semakin baik pula keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi merupakan penerapan konsep pengelolaan keuangan pada tingkat individu. Manajemen keuangan (Financial Management), termasuk perencanaan, pengelolaan dan pengelolaan kegiatan keuangan, sangat penting untuk mencapai kemakmuran finansial sehingga dapat berkelanjutan. Gen Z adalah generasi yang lahir antara akhir dekade 1990 hingga 2010. Sedangkan Generasi millennial dilahirkan pada tahun 2000. Usia mereka saat ini berkisar 11-28 tahun, dengan status berkisar dari pelajar SMP hingga pekerja muda. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta analisis jalur dengan tiga variabel dan dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Diperoleh nilai Perilaku Keuangan (X) thitung sebesar 5.801. Selanjutnya menentukan tTabel. Tabel distribusi t dicari pada a/2 = 0,05 = 0.025 dengan derajat bebas N-k-1 yaitu 100 – 2 – 1 = 97, maka diperoleh tTabel 1.985. Karena thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 5.801 > 1.985 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Perilaku Keuangan terhadap Financial Sustainbility. Diperoleh nilai variabel Financial Management (Y) thitung sebesar 6.299. Selanjutnya menentukan tTabel. Tabel distribusi t dicari pada a/2 = 0,05 = 0.025 dengan derajat bebas N-k-1 yaitu 100 – 2 – 1 = 97, maka diperoleh tTabel 1.985. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining explanations and information regarding the influence of brand credibility on the equity of the brand itself. Apart from that, there is the influence of endorser credibility which has a correlation with brand equity. The influence of brand credibility on brand equity and also the influence of brand credibility on the brand equity of Samsung users in Jakarta. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area, presenting around 170 respondents. The method used in this research is a deep purposive sampling method presentation of data and the process of collecting it. Apart from that, path analysis techniques were also carried out in this research. The results of this research show that the credibility of the endorser has a positive influence and also plays a significant role in the credibility of the brand. Brand credibility has quite an important role as a partial mediation by providing influence between endorser credibility and also the equity of the Samsung brand. Samsung must increase the credibility of positive endorsers in order to create strong brand equity.
