Abstract

This study aims to examine religiosity, spirituality, and paternalistic leadership's direct influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) or through job satisfaction variables in the Creative Industry sector in Indonesia. This research can be categorized as explanatory research. This research was conducted in Indonesia's creative industry, divided into 16 business fields with a total sample of 406 employees. This study found that religiosity, spirituality, and paternalistic leadership positively and significantly affect OCB. However, suppose through the moderating variable of job satisfaction, the correlation coefficient is smaller than the direct correlation coefficient. In that case, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not an appropriate moderating variable for the variable religiosity, spirituality, and paternalistic leadership towards OCB. From this study, we can conclude that religiosity, spirituality, paternalistic leadership, and job satisfaction in employees and organizational leaders need to be improved because they are proven to affect OCB directly. Thus, it will also affect individual and organizational performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact that having a business plan and engaging in digital marketing have had on the resiliency of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in East Jakarta following the pandemic. The population that is the focus of this study is comprised of East Jakarta's 240,512 small and medium-sized businesses. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from these 140 participants to create the sample for this investigation. Processing of data utilizing the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) tool version 4, which includes the Estimation Test, Evaluation Test, and Mediation Test of the SEM-PLS Model. In light of the results of the hypothesis test, one can reach the following conclusion: the Business Plan variable representing MSME resilience has an influence that is both positive and significant. The influence of digital marketing on the resilience of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises is positive but insignificant. Meanwhile, the impact of the business strategy on the resiliency of MSMEs is positive but not statistically significant when the intervening variable is digital marketing.

Abstract

This study examines how export stimuli, export knowledge, product standards, and marketing strategies shape the export performance of Indonesian MSMEs. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews with 12 MSME owners and managers were thematically analyzed. Findings reveal that unsolicited buyer inquiries and government-led trade missions often trigger market entry, while regulatory knowledge and cultural awareness sustain operations. The significance of this study lies in its dual contribution. Practically, it provides actionable insights for MSME owners, trade associations, and policymakers to design more effective export promotion policies that integrate market access with continuous capacity building. Academically, it advances business and economic studies by offering a qualitative, context-specific understanding of how internal capabilities and external factors interact to influence MSME export performance, a perspective often overlooked in quantitative research.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of BI Rate, bank credit, and economic growth on the Financial System Stability Index (FSSI) in Indonesia during the 2015–2025 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method on time series data. The results show that the BI Rate has a positive but not significant effect on FSSI (probability 0.3804 > 0.05), indicating that changes in the policy interest rate do not directly determine financial system stability due to the monetary transmission lag. Bank credit has a negative and significant effect on FSSI (probability 0.0002 < 0.05), reflecting that credit distribution during the research period still functions as a driver of financial intermediation that supports economic activity, thereby reducing pressure on the financial system. Economic growth has a positive but not significant effect on FSSI (probability 0.8064 > 0.05), suggesting that economic growth has not been a primary factor explaining changes in financial system stability. Simultaneously, BI Rate, bank credit, and economic growth significantly affect FSSI (F-statistic 6.263185; probability 0.001377). The R² value of 0.319607 indicates that these three variables explain 31.96% of FSSI variations, while the remaining 68.04% is influenced by other factors outside the model, such as inflation, exchange rates, credit risk, liquidity, and global economic pressures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the usage decision of the digital wallet DANA among workers in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed, involving 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on usage decision, both partially and simultaneously. Financial literacy was identified as the most dominant variable influencing usage decision, followed by perceived ease of use and perceived risk. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed that the three independent variables jointly explained 66,5% of the variation in usage decision, while the remaining 33,5% were explained by other factors outside the model, such as perceived usefulness, trust, or social influence. These findings support the Human Capital Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), suggesting that the decision to use DANA among workers in DKI Jakarta is driven not only by financial literacy but also by ease of use and manageable risk perception. This study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in the context of digital payment systems and provides practical insights for digital wallet providers and regulators in designing more effective strategies to encourage sustainable usage.

One of them is the strategy of expanding marketing with promotions through events that have a very positive impact on the progress of the business run by Halaman Belakang and Sisi Kiri. The increasing number of coffee shops at this time has a positive effect on the development of the local economy at Bogor City, at this time coffee shops are one of the SMEs that are currently hype and absorb a lot of the workforce in the Bogor City. Abstract

Export is one of the international trades that can increase the country's economy and foreign exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign investment and international prices on the export volume of apparel (convection) from Indonesian textiles with the Export VAT Restitution Policy as a Dummy Variable for 2005-2019. This research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is a simple regression method with the OLS model. The results of the study highlight that the foreign investment variable and international prices had a significant effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel, but the export VAT restitution policy had no effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel because other policies were needed to support these policies in order to increase exports.
