Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sensitivitas biaya operasional last-mile delivery terhadap volume pengiriman dan return rate pada PT XYZ Ekspedisi di Bandung Timur, dengan proporsi transaksi Cash on Delivery (COD) mencapai 90%. Penelitian menggunakan 60 observasi data operasional harian selama November–Desember 2025 yang diperoleh dari catatan internal perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori diterapkan dengan mengombinasikan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) sebagai kerangka kualitatif untuk memetakan struktur penyebab kegagalan pengiriman dan regresi log-linear berganda dengan teknik mean centering sebagai instrumen kuantitatif utama. Model log-linear dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan distribusi data yang mengandung skewness dan potensi heteroskedastisitas, serta relevansi pendekatan elastisitas dalam analisis sensitivitas biaya logistik. Secara fungsional, menghasilkan efek biaya yang bersifat nonlinear dan multipelatif (accelerating effect), terutama dipengaruhi oleh return rate. Hasil estimasi menghasilkan R² = 0.902, dengan koefisien elastisitas volume β₁ = 0.931 (near-unitary elasticity) dan koefisien semi-elastisitas return rate β₂ = 15.973. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa model memenuhi seluruh kriteria BLUE. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa, dalam konteks variabel yang diamati dan spesifikasi model yang digunakan, return rate memiliki pengaruh yang relatif lebih besar terhadap biaya operasional dibandingkan dengan volume pengiriman. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian return rate berpotensi menjadi salah satu fokus strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasional pada sistem distribusi berbasis COD.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the evolution and effectiveness of authentic assessment practices in vocational education, with a particular focus on automotive engineering programs from 2015 to 2024. Using the PRISMA protocol, we analyzed 17 studies to identify critical success factors, challenges in implementation, and the impact of authentic assessment on both technical competencies and soft skills development. Our analysis reveals three key findings: (1) institutions that adopted comprehensive, authentic assessment frameworks achieved significant improvements in both technical competencies (35% increase) and soft skills development (28% increase); (2) successful implementation was strongly correlated with three critical factors: structured stakeholder engagement (85% effectiveness), technology integration (78% success rate), and robust quality assurance mechanisms (92% implementation rate); and (3) assessment practices evolved from basic frameworks to sophisticated, technology-integrated systems, with implementation success rates improving from 45% to 90% over the studied period. These findings provide practical guidance for vocational institutions by presenting a comprehensive framework that integrates technological innovation with pedagogical best practices while aligning closely with industry needs. The study emphasizes the importance of authentic assessment in preparing students for modern workplace demands, especially in integrating both technical and soft skills. This research advances the theoretical understanding of authentic assessment in vocational education, highlighting its role in enhancing student outcomes and fostering industry alignment.

Abstract

Competition in the shipping industry encourages companies to improve service quality through quality assurance systems to enhance customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. This study aims to identify the relationship between quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and corporate reputation at PT XYZ. A quantitative approach with a causal design was adopted. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey of active customers selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data were obtained from descriptive statistics, correlations, and multiple linear regressions. This study is expected to produce findings that quality assurance contributes positively to customer satisfaction and corporate reputation, while also providing a basis for improving service quality.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri e-commerce meningkatkan volume pengiriman dan kompleksitas operasional jasa kurir, khususnya pada layanan last-mile delivery. Kondisi tersebut menuntut ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan beban kerja aktual agar kualitas layanan tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja kurir menggunakan metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) pada PT XYZ Cabang Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi operasional perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan Available Working Time (AWT), faktor kelonggaran (allowance), standar beban kerja, dan rasio WISN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio WISN berada di bawah satu pada kondisi operasional normal maupun periode puncak, yang mengindikasikan terjadinya overload tenaga kerja. Selain itu, perbedaan karakteristik wilayah pengantaran memengaruhi intensitas beban kerja kurir. Metode WISN mampu memberikan estimasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang lebih objektif dan realistis sebagai dasar perencanaan sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan logistik.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in measuring QR Code-based object-oriented programming learning multimedia in supporting vocational school students' learning on problem-based object-oriented programming (PBO) material. The TAM model variables used consist of Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of User (PEU), and User Acceptance of IT (UA-IT). The research respondents consisted of 35 students of SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. The research stages consisted of familiarizing respondents with the use of multimedia, distributing TAM questionnaires, and testing the TAM model using SmartPLS software. The research results show that the average value of the user response questionnaire for QR Code-based PBO learning multimedia is 84.95% in the "Very Good" category. Based on the analysis of the relationship between TAM variables using PLS, it is known that the perceived ease of user variable has a positive influence on the acceptance of QR Code-based PBO learning multimedia, the perceived usage variable has a positive influence on the acceptance of QR Code-based PBO learning multimedia, and the variable perceived ease of use and perceived use. together they have a positive influence on the acceptance of QR Code-based PBO learning multimedia. This research is expected to provide an explanation regarding the use of TAM analysis in learning multimedia

Abstract

Pelaksanaan KTSP di sekolah masih mengalami hambatan pada unsur guru. Implementasi KTSP masih diwarnai minimnya sosialisasi dan kompetensi guru. Timbul pertanyaan bagaimana mungkin KTSP berhasil diterapkan di sekolah jika para guru masih belum memahami konsep, substansi, dan mekanisme pelaksanaan KTSP. Jika masalah ini dibiarkan maka akan sia-sia apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan penentu kebijakan pendidikan, sehingga dalam konteks ini perlu dipahami bahwa pentingnya kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru. Permasalahan di atas, diteliti melalui evaluasi implementasi KTSP pada aspek kompetensi wawasan kependidikan, akademik, dan pengembangan profesi menggunakan model perbandingan antara standar evaluasi dengan hasil observasi (standard vs observ). Subjek penelitian adalah guru Mata Diklat Teknik Gambar Mesin di SMKN 2 Bandung. Instrument penelitian berupa: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang perangkatnya di jadment oleh ahlinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi wawasan kependidikan dibandingkan dengan rambu-rambu tuntutan kurikulum yang terdapat pada dokumen KTSP di SMK, diperoleh ketercapaian 50,97 %, kompetensi akademik keilmuan dan keterampilan diperoleh ketercapaian 58,3 %, sedangkan kompetensi pengembangan profesi diperoleh ketercapaian 38,07 %.

Abstract

The rapid integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in educational systems has generated unprecedented opportunities for personalized learning and operational efficiency. However, it has also exposed deep-rooted concerns regarding algorithmic bias and educational equity. Employing the PRISMA 2020 protocol, this systematic literature review synthesizes evidence from 46 peer-reviewed studies (2021–2026) selected from an initial pool of 102 Scopus-indexed records to examine the sources and manifestations of algorithmic bias, its differential impact on marginalized students, and the adequacy of existing AI governance frameworks in education. Findings show that bias operates through interlocking channels—biased training data, opaque model architectures, and inequitable institutional deployment—that disproportionately disadvantage students from low-income, racially minoritized, and geographically remote backgrounds, while existing governance frameworks remain largely generic and fail to address education's distinctive pedagogical and institutional dynamics. To address this gap, the study's principal contribution is the Educational AI Governance Framework (EAGF), a novel five-layer model—spanning technical accountability, institutional policy, pedagogical integration, participatory governance, and regulatory alignment—grounded in the FAIR principles (Fairness, Accountability, Inclusivity, and Responsiveness) and aligned with UNESCO, OECD, and EU AI governance standards. Unlike prior general-purpose AI ethics frameworks, the EAGF integrates these dimensions into a single coherent architecture, offering both a theoretical advance in intersectionality-aware AI governance and a practical roadmap for policymakers, educational institutions, EdTech developers, and vocational education and training (VET) systems seeking to operationalize equitable AI governance.

Abstract

The growing trend of healthy lifestyles and increasing awareness of health conditions such as celiac disease have driven global demand for gluten-free food products. Al Muawanah Cooperative in Tasikmalaya has great potential in utilizing local resources such as cassava, bananas, and breadfruit to create market opportunities. This article aims to design a Technopreneurship-based business model for producing gluten-free flour among cooperative members. The Technopreneurship approach is integrated throughout the value chain, from production using standardized, simple equipment to digital marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms to effective cooperative management. The implementation method consists of three main stages: preparation (feasibility study and training), implementation (production and marketing), and evaluation. The results of the discussion indicate that this model not only has the potential to increase members’ incomes through the sale of high-value-added products but also to empower them with digital and entrepreneurial skills relevant to the modern economy. It is concluded that adopting a Technopreneurship concept in gluten-free flour processing is a feasible and sustainable strategy to enhance the cooperative's competitiveness and economic independence.

Abstract

Digital transformation in vocational education requires a reconceptualization of teacher competencies, but a comprehensive understanding of digital creativity literacy competencies is still limited. This study aims to analyze the conceptualization of digital creativity literacy competencies in the context of vocational education, identify the main dimensions that shape them, and explore effective development models to improve these competencies in vocational teachers. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted on 12 recent publications (2023-2025) from the Scopus database using the PRISMA approach with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the analysis reveal the evolution of the concept from a technocentric understanding to a multidimensional construct that integrates technical, creative, and pedagogical aspects. Seven competency dimensions were identified, including technical/operational (92%), creative/production (100%), pedagogical (100%), critical/evaluative (83%), social/collaborative (75%), ethical/responsibility (67%), and cultural/contextual (58%), which vary significantly between vocational fields (engineering, business, health). Four competency development models were identified (Spiral, Ecosystem, Modular, Project-based), with practice-based and contextual approaches proving to be the most effective. The study contributes by providing a comprehensive framework to inform education policy, the development of vocational teacher education curricula, and differential professional improvement programs according to the specific context of the vocational field.

Abstract

This study aims to explore student interest, satisfaction, effectiveness, and the supporting factors and challenges of mobile learning in higher education. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA strategy, it analyzes articles published between 2015-2025 from Scopus, Science Direct, Taylor and Francis, and Eric. The keywords included “mobile learning”, “m-learning”, “android-based”, and “higher education”. Out of 1,919 articles found, 42 met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for analysis. Findings reveal that student interest in mobile learning grows with technological advancements. Students are generally satisfied with the user-friendly interface, and most find m-learning effective for education. Key success factors include engaging and relevant content design. However, challenges such as data security, privacy, and integration into formal curricula persist. Further research is needed to examine the availability of supportive technology in educational institutions to enhance mobile learning experiences.
