Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of female leadership from a gender perspective at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) schools in Bandar Lampung City, focusing on their effectiveness, challenges, and contributions to advancing educational institutions. Gender stereotypes often shape perceptions of women's leadership abilities, particularly in religious-based educational environments. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, employing data collection methods such as in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that women are capable of performing leadership roles effectively, especially in building effective communication, motivating educators, and creating an inclusive work environment. However, they also face various obstacles, such as gender stereotypes, societal expectations, and limitations in making strategic decisions. Despite these challenges, support from gender equality policies and school collaboration helps them overcome these issues. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that female leadership in MIN schools in Bandar Lampung City holds significant potential for improving the quality of education, with recommendations for strengthening gender equality policies and providing leadership training for women. This research contributes to demonstrating their effectiveness in creating an inclusive work environment, effective communication, and motivation for educators, despite facing gender stereotypes. The study recommends gender equality policies and leadership training to support women's roles in religious-based education. Keywords: Leadership, Women, Gender Perspective Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan perempuan dari perspektif gender di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) se-Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan fokus pada efektivitas, tantangan, dan kontribusi mereka dalam memajukkan institusi pendidikan. Stereotip gender yang kerap memenuhi pandangan terhadap kemampuan perempuan dalam memimpin, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan berbasis agama. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan mampu menjalankan peran kepemimpinan dengan baik, terutama dalam membangun komunikasi efektif, memotivasi tenaga pendidik, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Namun, mereka juga menghadapi bebagai hambatan seperti stereotip gender, ekspektasi masyarakat, dan keterbatasan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Meski demikian, dukungan dari kebijakan kesetaraan gender dan kolaborasi sekolah membantu mereka mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan di MIN se-Kota Bandar Lampung memiliki potensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dengan rekomendasi untuk penguatan kebijakan kesetaraan gender dan penyediaan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi menunjukkan efektivitas mereka dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif, komunikasi efektif, dan motivasi tenaga pendidik, meskipun menghadapi stereotip gender. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan kesetaraan gender dan pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk mendukung peran perempuan dalam pendidikan berbasis agama. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education management in developing countries with multicultural backgrounds, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia and India. Inclusive education, which emphasizes providing equal opportunities for all learners without exception, including those who have special needs or come from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, is faced with various challenges in these developing countries. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by analyzing 35 relevant articles obtained from various sources, such as Scopus, Taylor & Francis, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. This study identified various obstacles in the implementation of inclusive education, such as access gaps, infrastructure limitations, lack of teacher training, social stigma, and language and curriculum barriers. However, there are great opportunities to improve the effectiveness of inclusive education through policy strengthening, technology utilization, synergy between government and society, and more flexible curriculum reforms. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on inclusive education in developing countries and offers strategic recommendations to improve the sustainability and equity of access to inclusive education in countries with complex cultural and ethnic diversity. Keywords: Inclusive Education Management; Developing Countries; Multiculturalism Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan inklusif di negara-negara berkembang dengan latar belakang multikultural, khususnya di Indonesia, Malaysia, dan India. Pendidikan inklusif, yang menekankan pada pemberian kesempatan yang setara bagi seluruh peserta didik tanpa terkecuali, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus atau berasal dari latar belakang sosial dan budaya yang beragam, dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan di negara-negara berkembang ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan menganalisis 35 artikel relevan yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti Scopus, Taylor & Francis, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif, seperti kesenjangan akses, keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan guru, stigma sosial, serta hambatan bahasa dan kurikulum. Meskipun demikian, terdapat peluang besar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan inklusif melalui penguatan kebijakan, pemanfaatan teknologi, sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, serta reformasi kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai pendidikan inklusif di negara berkembang dan menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan serta kesetaraan akses pendidikan yang inklusif di negara-negara dengan keragaman budaya dan etnis yang kompleks. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing principals’ decision-making in improving teacher performance at SMK Bina Latih Karya Bandar Lampung. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that principals’ decision-making is influenced by personal factors, school culture, and the availability of information. These three factors contribute significantly to the improvement of teacher performance, particularly in terms of professionalism, discipline, and the quality of instruction. This study contributes to the development of educational management studies, especially in relation to contextual and participatory decision-making.

Abstract

Effective implementation of the School Health Effort Program (UKS) is essential for promoting students’ health and fostering a healthy school environment. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the School/Madrasah Health Effort Program through health education, health services, and the development of a healthy school environment. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving key informants such as the principal, UKS teachers, and students. The collected data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the UKS program has been implemented through three main components. Health education is conducted through health counseling and the cultivation of clean and healthy lifestyle habits among students. Health services are provided through the utilization of the school health unit room and collaboration with local health institutions. In addition, the development of a healthy school environment is supported through classroom cleaning duties and routine school cleanliness activities. These findings imply that strengthening collaboration among school stakeholders and continuous health education can enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of school health programs.

Abstract

Management training and development source Power human (HR) has role important in increase performance employee at an organization. This research aims to analyze human resource training and development management based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in increasing employee performance. Research This use approach qualitative with technique data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research results show that implementation of the ADDIE model has implemented in a way systematic through stages analysis needs, program design, development material, implementation training, as well as evaluation. The training program implemented has in accordance with need employees, but improvement performance Not yet completely optimal because influenced by factors implementation, limitations mean infrastructure, as well as burden Work employees. Although thus, training still give contribution to improvement competence, efficiency work and quality service. With Thus, the ADDIE model can become effective framework in management human resource training and development, although still required strengthening at the stage implementation and evaluation for reach more optimal and sustainable results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of administrative services in correspondence and records management and the role of information technology in supporting administrative effectiveness using a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model; the findings indicate that correspondence and records management have been implemented systematically through processes of document receipt, recording, numbering, disposition, distribution, storage, security, classification, maintenance, retrieval, and retention, supported by a digital service system that enhances effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and security, although challenges such as increasing document volumes, limited storage capacity, and incomplete digitization remain; therefore, the study implies that strengthening digital administrative systems and accelerating records digitization are essential for improving the quality, accessibility, sustainability, and efficiency of administrative services.
