Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada Organisasi Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kowangan dalam penyelenggaraan kejuaraan olahraga tradisional tingkat SMP se-Kabupaten Temanggung. Olahraga tradisional tidak hanya menjadi bagian penting dalam warisan budaya, tetapi juga merupakan sarana efektif untuk mengembangkan karakter dan keterampilan siswa SMP.  Kegiatan ini mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kejuaraan olahraga tradisional. Tim pengabdian memfasilitasi Organisasi Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kowangan dalam menyusun rencana kegiatan, memilih tempat, dan menyusun aturan main yang adil. Selain itu, pendampingan dilakukan melalui workshop untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial panitia kejuaraan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan respon yang positif dari peserta dan jajaran Pengurus Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Temanggung. Secara internal, ketua PCPM menyatakan bahwa banyak manfaat yang diperoleh sepanjang kegiatan pendampingan ini. Selanjutnya, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh PCPM dalam kegiatan ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melaksanakan agenda-agenda kerja yang akan datang. Pendampingan yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi peningkatan kapasitas organisasi PCPM Kowangan. Kegiatan ini dikatakan baru yang pertama kali diikuti oleh PCPM Kowangan. Ke depan diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengoptimalkan agenda kerja yang belum terlaksana agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui perencanaan yang matang dan kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal dengan skim kerja sama sponsorship seperti yang telah dilaksanakan pada kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Effective and accurate employee performance assessment is an important aspect in human resource management in companies, including at PT BPRS Tanggamus. However, the manual assessment system used so far is considered inefficient, time-consuming, and often less objective, causing problems in determining employee performance fairly and transparently. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Employee Performance Assessment System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The SAW method is used to calculate performance rankings based on several assessment criteria, while VIKOR helps in handling conflicts between criteria and producing optimal compromise solutions. This study uses a mobile system development approach integrated with a multi-criteria method, which was tested at PT BPRS Tanggamus. The results of the study show that the SAW and VIKOR-based system is able to improve accuracy, objectivity, and speed in performance assessment compared to the manual method. The mobile system also provides flexibility to management and employees in accessing assessment results anytime and anywhere, as well as increasing the transparency of the assessment process. This study recommends further development to add more complex performance analytics features, as well as improving the user interface to make the system easier to use in the future.

Abstract

Jabiri's philosophical thought has had a very broad influence both at the global and national levels. The concept of reason is formed and active and the episteme trilogy allows a critical reading of Islamic law. It helps distinguish between the transcendent and absolute normative values ​​of Islam and the contextual historical and methodological side of Islam. Using Jabiri's thinking, this study will formulate a critique of the Islamization of Psychology movement that has been developing for a long time. The problem is that the Islamization of psychology works by consolidating the bayani episteme and making the bayani psychology dominant. This creates a theoretical dead end in Islamic psychology because it is bound by the text and context of the holy book, thereby ignoring the dynamics of modern science. It is also shown that other Islamic epistemes can give different forms to the Islamization of Science with the development that has been carried out by several Muslim scholars on a limited basis as an example. The implication is that Islamic psychology must present an alternative epistemological structure that overcomes old limitations before being followed by an Islamic psychology that is able to provide benefits throughout the ages.

Abstract

Schools are one of the places for the next generation of the nation to get and train numeracy literacy skills. However, some schools are constrained by supporting facilities to support the formation of students' literacy and numeracy skills, especially physical libraries. Online libraries are a solution to this problem but some teachers have difficulty in using online library applications. This online library socialisation and training aims to introduce and help teachers to understand how the online library application works and how to implement it in student activities in the teaching and learning process. This activity is one of the programmes carried out by the Campus Teaching Batch 4 Year 2022 team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The implementation of socialisation and training activities as well as online library monitoring was held at SMP Ma'arif 13 Tempurejo, Jember Regency on 23 August 2022 to 23 September 2022. The implementation method used planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. After the implementation of the online library socialisation and training programme, 80% of the teachers have implemented and understood how this digital-based library application works, and 26% of the teachers have implemented the library application. Therefore, the implementation of socialisation and training of online library in SMP Ma'arif 13. ABSTRAK Sekolah salah satu tempat bagi generasi penerus bangsa untuk mendapatkan dan melatih kemampuan literasi numerasi. Namun, beberapa sekolah terkendala fasilitas penunjang untuk mendukung terbentuknya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa khususnya perpustakaan secara fisik. Perpustakaan online merupakan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut tetapi beberapa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan aplikasi perpustakaan online. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan perpustakaan online ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan serta membantu guru untuk memahami cara kerja aplikasi perpustakaan online dan cara mengimplementasikannya di dalam kegiatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini satu program yang dijalankan oleh tim Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 4 Tahun 2022 Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta monitoring perpustakaan online diadakan di SMP Ma’arif 13 Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2022 hingga 23 September 2022. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan menggunakan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Setelah pelaksanaan program sosialisasi dan pelatihan perpustakaan online dilakukan dapat dihasilkan sebanyak 80% guru sudah mengimplementasikan dan memahami cara kerja aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis digital ini, serta 26% para guru telah menerapkan aplikasi perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan perpustakaan online di SMP Ma’arif 13 Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember sudah sesuai hasil yang diharapkan dan dapat menjadi langkah baru dalam membantu sekolah memperbaiki kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa.

Abstract

The performance of an underground station structure subjected to an earthquake can be evaluated by looking at deformation as well as forces and bending moments that occur in the structure. Most design practices adopt simplified approaches, such as the free field deformation method and pseudo-static approaches, which have a high level of uncertainty. Therefore, it is necessary to perform dynamic time-history analysis to verify the results of the simplified approach. Dynamic modeling is considered a more appropriate approach because it better represents seismic shaking in evaluating the seismic response of underground structures. This study performed time-history dynamic analysis by conducting a parametric study. The study was conducted to determine the effect of parameters such as site class, peak base acceleration (PBA) ground-motion intensity, and the type of seismic mechanism on the deformation response. Based on the parametric study, it was found that the stiffer the site class, the smaller the relative deformation of the resulting underground structure. The greater the PBA intensity value, the greater the relative deformation. Relative deformation in the wall structure subjected to a subduction earthquake is more significant compared to that of a shallow crustal earthquake.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi menjadi fokus, terutama bagi generasi muda yang rentan terpengaruh dan mungkin kehilangan rasa nasionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kontribusi kegiatan P5 dalam memperkuat profil siswa Pancasila terhadap semangat nasionalisme. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap seorang guru P5 dan seorang siswa kelas VII yang terlibat dalam kegiatan P5. Dalam kurikulum mandiri, siswa diharuskan membuat proyek, dan salah satunya adalah kegiatan P5. Kegiatan ini disesuaikan dengan tujuh mata pelajaran yang diatur oleh Kemendikbud, dengan hasil proyek berupa game menggunakan Scratch. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan P5 pada kurikulum baru dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan efikasi diri siswa, serta mengklarifikasi minat mereka pada bidang tertentu. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mengajarkan siswa memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk mengembangkan game sederhana yang memiliki nilai jual.

Abstract

The lack of athletic competitions in Jember Regency, causing a decrease in achievement. Therefore, Madrasah Islamic Competition (MIC) cooperates with PASI (Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency to organise competitions, one of which is athletic sports, especially running numbers. Madrasah Islamic Competition (MIC) is a competition event held by MAN 2 Jember to facilitate the talents and potential of junior high school / middle school students throughout Besuki Prefecture. One of the branches contested is the 100 m and 400 m run. Talent screening in this athletic sport is the main focus, with the aim of identifying and developing the potential of young athletes who can represent their schools and regions in larger competitions. This service activity aims to make it easier for PASI (All Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency to choose athletes who are eligible to compete in the PORPROV (Provincial Sports Week). This service method uses several stages including; (1) Preparation Stage, (2) Implementation Stage, (3) Evaluation and Reporting Stage. This service activity aims to facilitate the coaches and administrators of PASI (All Indonesian Athletics Association) Jember Regency in selecting athletic athletes to be prepared for the PORPROV (Provincial Sports Week) event. So that students have the motivation to be selected to join the Jember Regency contingent in facing the event.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan keadaan gagal tumbuh pada balita yang disebabkan karena kekurangan gizi secara kronis atau berkepanjangan dalam waktu yang lama sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Salah satu penyebab stunting yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dan pola asuh yang kurang tepat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya sosialisasi mengenai cara pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan dan ceramah disetai tanya jawab tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting melalui media power point. Peserta yang mengikuti soasialisasi terdiri dari 12 remaja putri, 3 ibu hamil dan 9 ibu dari balita yang mengalami stunting di Dusun Iroyudan Kelurahan Guwosari. Dalam kegiatan ini menghasilkan bahwa semua peserta sudah tersosialisasi mengenai stunting, dampak dari stunting, serta cara pencegahan dan penanganannya.

Abstract

Football attracts the attention of many people because of its level of popularity. Football has spread throughout the world and is played by millions of people from children to adults, including in Indonesia. Football competitions in Indonesia are divided into League 1, League 2 (professional) and League 3 (amateur). Persid Jember is an amateur club member of the PSSI East Java (Jatim) Provincial Association (Asprov) which competes in the 2021 East Java League 3. This research aims to determine the physical condition of Persid Jember players in 2021 based on playing position. Tests and measurements were carried out to collect data on leg muscle power using the Standing Long Jump Test, speed using the 30 meter run, agility using the Illinois Agility Test and aerobic endurance using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Analysis of descriptions with the average of each playing position was carried out in this study. The research results show that there are differences in physical conditions between playing positions, but the most significant is that the goalkeeper position is the lowest among the other positions. This research needs to be developed on larger research subjects considering the limitations of only one club.

Abstract

Establishing inclusive education is essential to achieving equality and fairness, particularly for students with disabilities. The emergence of discrimination has challenged the implementation of social practices in an inclusive school to guarantee the participation of students with disabilities academically and socially. This study empirically examines the social practices of these students within an inclusive school setting through the lens of Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of social practice, focusing on the interplay of habitus, capital, and field. Qualitative methods, employing a case study approach, were utilized. The case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School in Malang, an inclusive school that has developed various innovative programs to optimize the education of students with disabilities. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentary analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) The unique habitus of students with disabilities shaped by family background and life experiences significantly influences their adaptation and self-perception; (2) Students strategically utilize various forms of capital (social, cultural, and symbolic) to navigate and integrate into the school environment; and (3) The school as a field through policies, teacher and principal roles, and social structures plays a critical role in enabling or constraining participation and inclusion. The study concludes that the dynamic interaction between habitus, capital, and field profoundly shapes the ability of students with disabilities to form relationships and construct their identities in inclusive educational contexts. These findings underscore the need for comprehensive policy interventions, teacher professional development, and ongoing institutional support to create truly inclusive environments. Recommendations for future research include exploring the long-term sustainability of such models and their applicability across diverse socio-cultural settings.
