Abstract

This study aims to determine the model of local wisdom-based small business mentoring in increasing community income. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were small business owners, mentors, traditional leaders, and village officials. The informant selection technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Then, data validity was tested using source and method triangulation, as well as member checking. The results of this study are that the local wisdom-based small business mentoring model is not only an alternative approach, but also a strategic solution in building an inclusive and sustainable people's economy. By implementing strategies such as mapping local potential, strengthening social capital, contextual knowledge transfer, and product innovation based on local culture can increase community income, as well as strengthen cultural identity, social solidarity, and community independence.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of English communication skills on employee performance at China Airlines Denpasar Bali. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population of this study was all employees of China Airlines Denpasar Bali, namely 30 people. To determine the sample for this study, a saturated sampling technique was used in which the entire population was sampled in this study. This research data was obtained through a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that: listening ability (X1) has an influence on employee performance which has a t-count value (2.649) > t table value (2.063) and significant level (0.014) < (0.05). Speaking (X2) has an influence on employee performance which has a calculated t-value (2.512) > t-table (2.063) and a significant level (0.019) < (0.05). Reading (X3) has an influence on employee performance which has a calculated t-value (3.280) > t-table (2.063) and a significant level (0.003) < (0.05). Writing (X4) has no effect on employee performance which has a calculated t-value (0.399) > t-table (2.063) and a significant level (0.693) < (0.05). And simultaneously the variables Listening (X1), Speaking (X2), Reading (X3), and Writing (X4) influence employee performance (Y) which has a calculated F value of (4.926 ) > F table (2.759) and significance level (0.005) < (0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are The relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance is very important in the world of work. Because the desire to be able to increase employee engagement, employees who feel motivated tend to be more committed and involved. Engaged employees are more motivated to work hard in helping to achieve organizational goals, which in turn will improve organizational performance. Therefore, to achieve the best results, a balance is needed between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Because the three elements influence each other in creating a productive and successful work environment.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital era, organizational success is largely determined by the ability to manage quality human resources (HR). Competent, adaptive, and innovative HR are key for companies to survive and compete amidst the dynamic business environment. One important factor in creating quality HR is an effective and targeted recruitment and selection process. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all employees or staff at companies/agencies that have implemented a digital-based recruitment and selection system. Data analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS. Based on the results of the study and analysis, it can be concluded that recruitment and selection have a significant influence on the quality of human resources in the digital era. A recruitment and selection process that is designed effectively, systematically, and technology-based can produce a competent, adaptive workforce with abilities in accordance with the demands of the development of the modern workplace.

Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan organisasi perusahaan merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi proses kehidupan masyarakat. Organisasi perusahaan memiliki misi menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik. Untuk dapat merealisasikan peran organisasi perusahaan dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tentunya karyawan dalam organisasi perusahaan tersebut perlu diarahkan, dibina, diberi motivasi, dibimbing dan sebagainya, agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

In an era of rapid technological advancement, digital marketing has emerged as an important strategy for businesses, especially in the e-commerce sector. This research investigates the relationship between digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior in e-commerce businesses. Through a case study approach, this research explores how various digital marketing tools such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email campaigns, and influencer endorsement influence consumer decision-making, purchase intent, and brand loyalty. Data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with e-commerce managers and consumers. The findings reveal that personalized marketing and social media engagement significantly influence consumer trust and purchase behavior. In addition, the study highlights the importance of content quality and responsiveness in shaping consumer satisfaction and retention. This research contributes to the growing literature on digital marketing by providing practical insights for e-commerce businesses aiming to improve their marketing effectiveness and build long-term relationships with customers in a competitive digital landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of offline and online service facilities on community satisfaction in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This study is a quantitative research by taking data through a questionnaire given to 100 respondents (samples) from a population of 788,113 who are occupied by Kutai Kartanegara district, East Kalimantan. The independent variable in this study is offline and online service facilities while the bound variable is the level of community satisfaction. The data obtained was analyzed with SPSS. The results of the study stated that the Offline Service Facility variable (X1) had a partial influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y) because the T value of X1 (7.768) > T table (1.98472) and Online Service Facility (X2) had a partial influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y) because the T value of X2 (5.867) > T table (1.98472). From the results of the F Test, it was obtained that the variables of Offline Service Facilities (X1) and Online Service Facilities (X2) had a simultaneous influence on the variables of Community Satisfaction (Y) because the results of the F value calculated (202.307) > F table (3.09). Meanwhile, from the results of the termination test (R Square), it was explained that the influence of the independent variable on the bound variable was 80.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationships between Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Measurement, Employee Performance, and Organizational Effectiveness. The research employs multiple statistical analyses to assess the validity, reliability, and normality of the variables involved, as well as their impact on organizational outcomes. The results indicate a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between KPI Measurement (X1), Employee Performance (X2), and Organizational Effectiveness (Y), with all variables showing high reliability and normal distribution. Furthermore, the regression analysis reveals that 62.3% of the variation in Organizational Effectiveness is explained by KPI Measurement and Employee Performance. The findings suggest that both KPI Measurement and Employee Performance significantly contribute to improving Organizational Effectiveness, with each having a positive effect. These results emphasize the importance of performance management systems and employee performance in enhancing organizational outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve their effectiveness through better KPI measurements and employee performance strategies.
