Abstract

Ikon Legiun Kavaleri Pura Mangkunegara, yang didirikan tahun 1808 atas perintah penguasa Prancis Napoleon Bonaparte, merupakan ingatan sejarah Surakarta yang penting. Mangkunegara II memiliki visi untuk masa depan dan mampu menerapkan konsep modern pada zamannya: militer ala Eropa sekaligus terkuat di dunia. Legiun Mangkunegaran berasal dari perjuangan Raden Mas Said dan pengikutnya yang kecewa dengan pemerintahan dan ketidakadilan Paku Buwono II. Generasi muda semakin tidak tahu sejarah Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran. Semua orang harus tahu tentang sejarah ini, terutama siswa sekolah dasar. Mereka akan menjadi pedoman bagi mereka untuk memahami sejarah negara mereka sekarang dan di masa depan. Agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dan menarik, diperlukan media dan kondisi yang sesuai. Melalui kombinasi tembang dolanan dan ilustrasi, media alternatif mengandung informasi dan pesan yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya pelestarian sejarah. Tujuan penelitian dalam merancang karya tembang dolanan dan ilustrasi anak yang berisi materi seputar Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran. Metode penciptaan karya, yaitu : Discovery, Interpretation, Ideation, Experimentation, Evolution, dan Implementation. Melalui media ini diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada generasi muda mengenai Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran untuk mengenalkan dan melestarikan sejarah.

Abstract

The food people consume and how the food is consumed are essential determinants of health.Consumption of healthy food is an intriguing topic with contradictory findings in various cases. It provides an indirect overview of the diversity and interest in the study of healthy food products throughout both pandemic and endemic periods. Using regression analysis, this study examined the influence of price, quality, and availability on the purchase intention of healthy food products of 100 students. The results revealed that price, quality, and availability influenced the intention to purchase healthy food products. Limitations and suggestions for further studies are offered for consideration.

Abstract

Kajian ini memiliki maksud guna menganalisa dampak Resonansi Merek serta Kepercayaan Merek Pada loyalitas Merek Pada Pengguna Produk Fashion Merek Uniqlo Di Kota Surakarta. Studi ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatannya. Untuk pemilihan sampel, dipergunakan metode non-probability sampling serta dengan memakai pendekatan purposive sampling. Adapun di studi ini, metode yang dipergunakan ialah metode penyebaran kuisioner ataupun survey melalui layanan google form. Target sampel studi ini ialah masyarakat di wilayah Surakarta, dengan total jumlah responden sebanyak 200 orang. Kajian ini menerapkan tehnik analisa data dengan memakai metode PLS, yang dioperasikan melalui perangkat lunak SMARTPLS. Temuan studi mengindikasikan jika pengaruh resonansi merek dan kepercayaan merek pada loyalitas merek terbukti kebenarannya.

Abstract

In business, expansion is an action taken to widen one's business or extend influence. One strategy for expansion is through acquisition. This strategy was employed by Siam Cement Group (SCG) from Thailand, which officially acquired 55% of the shares of PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa. Based on this, an analysis is needed to determine whether there are differences in financial performance. The method used is quantitative, utilizing six financial ratios as indicators: ROA, ROE, NPM, TATO, CR, and DER. Data was collected from PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa's financial reports during the period before acquisition from the first quarter of 2015 to the third quarter of 2019, as well as the period after acquisition from the fourth quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2023. The analysis method involves normality testing and non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The final analysis indicates that the ROA, ROE, NPM, and CR ratios experienced differences after acquisition, while TATO and DER ratios did not show significant differences. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the acquisition strategy carried out by Siam Cement Group (SCG) on PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa is quite effective.

Abstract

This study adopted the Theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and Social cognitive theory (Bandura, 1986) to examine student interest in entrepreneurial activities (entrepreneurial intention). The sample taken is 100 students who have received introductory entrepreneurship or business courses. The results of the study were analyzed using the analysis of the outer model and inner model with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while subjective norms and attitudes had no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education shows a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, and does not significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions, but when self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the two, the analysis shows that entrepreneurial education can significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions. The moderating variable of motivation is proven not to be able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study's objective is to analyze the influence of Promotion, Price, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Amanu in Surakarta. This study's population is the community residing in the city of Surakarta. The study's sample consisted of 100 respondents with the criterion of respondents who had used the services of PT Amanu in the city of Surakarta. This study is quantitative in nature and uses primary data collected via Google Forms distributed surveys. Purposive sampling combined with non-probability sampling is the sample strategy employed in this investigation. Smart-PLS was used to examine the data. According to the study's findings, PT Amanu's customer satisfaction and promotions have a favorable and substantial relationship. At PT Amanu, price has a favorable and noteworthy impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at PT Amanu is positively and significantly impacted by service quality.

Abstract

Fesyen yang merupakan bagian dari industri kreatif semakin menarik perhatian pengusaha muda Indonesia. Potensi besar pengembangannya menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbtasan kapasitas manajemen bisnis, strategi pemasaran digital dan pengembangan produk yang masih kurang, serta masalah legalitas usaha dan jejaring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk penguatan kapasitas wirausaha muda dalam transformasi manajerial dan pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital. Mitra yang menerima pendampingan adalah lima pengusaha muda pengelola Kubic Society Clothing Brand dari Jawa Timur. Hasil kegiatan berupa terbentuknya dokumen pemetaan masalah dan modul pelatihan, terbitnya NIB mitra, meningkatnya promosi online dan interaksi dengan konsumen, diluncurkannya produk baru sebagai hasil dari evaluasi pengembangan produk, dan mitra didampingi untuk mengikuti ekspo sebagai upaya perluasan jejaring.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and discuss the influence of brand resonance and brand trust on brand loyalty among consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. This research uses primary data through explanatory research methods based on surveys using a quantitative approach. The data source in this research is a sample of respondents who are consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. Data analysis uses primary data taken directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. In this research, the sample took 200 respondents. The data analysis stage was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 by looking at the external and internal models. The results of this research are that brand resonance (X1) and brand trust (X2) have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (Y) among consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. These results can be used as a reference for the Indomie company in making policies and carrying out product innovations through an approach to consumers based on brand resonance, brand trust and brand loyalty

Abstract

The New Kemukus religious tourist attraction, located in Sumberlawang District, Sragen, continues to be beautified. Once known for its negative stigma, it has now been transformed into a new tourist icon in Sukowati. The Sragen Regional Government has allocated a development budget and prepared a regional public service agency (BLUD) to manage Mount Kemukus. The New Kemukus area is located in the Bagor Village, Miri, Sragen, an agricultural village with social, cultural, economic, educational, health, and infrastructure conditions that support 18 MSMEs, such as processed food products, clothing, culinary, children's toys, and other businesses. Community empowerment is an economic development concept that encompasses community values to build a new perspective for the community towards themselves and their environment, which is people-centred, participatory, empowering, and sustainable. Several training sessions were conducted to improve products, both in terms of quantity and processing, as well as other managerial aspects. Based on observations, the problems faced by these MSMEs consist of two aspects, such as the lack of promotion and marketing skills through booth display arrangements to improve product marketing. This activity is in accordance with the Master Plan of PPM ISI Surakarta, focusing on the application of art and appropriate technology in PPM for engineering art-based technology applications aimed at applying art to diversify creative products. The mentoring activity method for promoting booth displays and marketing uses the Design Thinking method through the following stages: Define, Research, Ideate, Prototype, Select, Implementation, and Learn. The mandatory outputs of the PKM include a scientific article (submitted) in a Sinta-indexed journal, a presentation of the activity results, a Letter of Application of Science and Technology from the partner, as well as additional outputs in the form of activity publications in the mass media, and an intellectual property (KI) submission in the form of a booth stand design.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untukmeningkatkan motivasiberwirausaha peyek cetul, meningkatkan nilai tambah dari aktivitasekonomi dengan wirausahaserta menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktorfaktorkunci kewirausahaan di kalangan pengrajin peyek cetuldesagadingsantren, kelurahan belangwetan, kabupaten Klaten. Kamimelakukan studi kasus UKMdalam bisnis makanan.dan menganalisisproses bisnis start up UKM serta mendiskusikan proses bisnispengrajin peyek cetul desagadingsantren, kelurahan belangwetan,kabupaten Klaten. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapakarakteristik kewirausahaan. Mereka; Motivasi tinggi untuk sukses,inovatif dan antusias untuk kerja sama. Namun, ada juga beberapamasalah dalam bisnis ini; strategi pemasaran terbatas, kurangnyakemampuan manajemen dan proses bisnis yang tidak standar. Metodestudi kasus yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah embeddedmultiple case study. Desain studi kasus untuk beberapa unit kasusdengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.. Analisis yang dipergunakandalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif yang didapatkan darihasil wawancara mendalam dengan para pegrajin.Analisis kuantitatifjuga dipergunakan untuk menganalisis aspek keuangan dari masingmasingproduk yang menjadi unit analisis dalam studi kasus ini.Kamimenawarkan program bantuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut danhasilnya sedang berlangsung.
