Abstract

Doing business is one way to earn sustenance. As in a hadith Rasulullah PBUH states that ninety percent of sustenance lies in business, while the remaining ten percent is livestock. The point is that doing business will open nine doors to get wealth, while another door of sustenance is opened by breeding this shows how important business is in meeting the needs of human life, from the material side. Because ninety percent of the income obtained comes from business. A successful business cannot be separated from several things, one of which must be done based on trust, related to ethics, and related to profit. In practice, doing business according to Islamic law has been carried out by the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for Muslims, so that if a businessman does business according to the teachings of the Prophet, it is the same as carrying out the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Feel disadvantaged when doing business. This study aims to determine the correct implementation of business based on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and examine the messages conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad on the aspect of muamalah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with secondary data or library research. Islamic business behavior that is free of usury (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling) is considered better because of the value requirements. Therefore, extracting the values of Islamic economic philosophy through the business behavior of Muhammad SAW is expected to be a solution for today's business behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and constraints that affect the application of Islamic inheritance law among Muslims. This research is a qualitative research, using the methods of descriptive approach, sociology, normative theology and historical. Research shows that the implementation of Islamic inheritance law is more dominantly done in the family due to various factors. The special portion provided for the heirs is owned by the parents and is in absolute control. The application of the law for the division of property is always done by distributing it to the heirs by family without looking at the provisions of God's law. Problems in the application of Islamic inheritance law include the thickness of customary law and the low understanding of Islamic inheritance law (Ilmu Faraidh). Here the da'wah to teach the Science of Faraidh and various sciences of jurisprudence that began to understand the science of Faraidh became a must done by the community. And there is a need for systematic strengthening of da'wah so that knowledge is understood in a kaffah manner so that the application of maqashid syariah becomes more comprehensive.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: Ilmu waris (faraidh) merupakan separuh ilmu sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam hadits Nabi, namun implementasinya dalam masyarakat modern sering menghadapi tantangan kompleks, salah satunya adalah kedudukan ahli waris pengganti.

Abstract

This article delves into the intricate relationship between religion and patriotism, focusing on Islam's influence on the affection for one's homeland. It explores how Islamic teachings and beliefs have historically shaped and continue to shape the concept of patriotism among Muslims worldwide. Within Muslim-majority nations, the integration of Sharia, promotion of religious freedom, and commitment to social justice define the contours of Islamic patriotism. Moreover, the concept of Ummah coexists harmoniously with a deep-rooted sense of responsibility towards the local homeland, fostering a collective spirit of belonging and shared societal welfare. In the context of Muslim minorities residing in non-Muslim-majority countries, the study reveals a delicate balance between religious identity and active citizenship. These communities exhibit resilience and positive engagement, contributing significantly to the social fabric of their host nations while upholding Islamic principles of compassion, tolerance, and mutual respect. The research also highlights the global dimension of Islamic patriotism, emphasizing pan-Islamic solidarity and cooperation among Muslim communities worldwide. By employing a multidisciplinary approach, this study utilizes three primary research methods: literature review, ethnographic research, and the analysis of social discourse. Throughout the article, the interplay of faith and love for the homeland is explored, demonstrating the adaptability of Islamic principles to diverse social landscapes and the enduring pursuit of social harmony, justice, and unity. This comprehensive analysis contributes valuable insights into the complex interrelationship between Islam and patriotism, transcending geographical boundaries and inspiring a shared commitment to the principles of compassion and coexistence.

Abstract

Digital technologies have transformed Islamic communication by expanding da’wah beyond localised religious preaching into transnational digital spaces where religious narratives intersect with global cultural and political perceptions. While existing studies have examined digital da’wah primarily as a pedagogical, sociological, or media phenomenon, its potential role as a source of attraction-based influence remains underexplored. This study addresses this gap by conceptualising digital da’wah as a form of Islamic soft power operating within contemporary digital environments. Using a qualitative literature review and conceptual synthesis, the article integrates soft power theory with scholarship on digital Islamic communication, religious moderation, and platform governance. The analysis develops a conceptual model that illustrates how platform dynamics mediate digital da’wah narratives, as interpreted through audience reception and translated into soft power outcomes such as cultural attractiveness, moral legitimacy, and narrative influence. The findings demonstrate that moderation-oriented digital da’wah, when supported by ethical credibility and algorithmic visibility, contributes to shaping global perceptions of Islam through non-coercive means. This study advances theoretical discussions by positioning digital religious communication as a legitimate domain of soft power analysis and offers a framework for examining religion’s role in global symbolic politics.
