Abstract

Abstract (In Bahasa): Pandemi Covid 19 yang telah melanda hampir seluruh dunia bahkan Indonesia dan memaksa kegiatan disektor Pendidikan harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring tidak terkecuali di tingkat Universitas, mahasiswa dan dosen yang selama ini melaksanakan pembelajaran secara tata muka akhir nya beralih pada pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode pembelajaran daring dan apakah memiliki pengaruh pada hasil belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam pada mata kuliah Al-Qur’an Tajwid di Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah. Adapun pendekatan yang penulis gunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain komparatif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa regular Fakultas Agama Islam angkatan tahun ajaran 2021 meliputi kelas KPI,PAI, dan PBS berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji presesntase untuk mengetahui bagimana metode pembelajaran daring dan apakah memiliki pengaruh pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang diperoleh menghasilkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran daring yang menggunakan berbagai media aplikasi daring dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran karena medianya beragam sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengakses dan mengulang kembali pembelajarn kapanpun dibutuhkan, sehingga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan perolehan mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai “A” sebanyak 81 dengan presentase 75.7%, nilai “B” 25 mahasiswa dengan presentase 23.3%, dan yang mendapat nilai “C” dan “D” 0 mahasiswa, sedangkan yang mendapat nilai “E” sebanyak 1 orang dengan presentase 0.93%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh yang “Tinggi” terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan table hasil presentase.

Abstract

Pendidikan humanis merupakan proses pendidikan yang dilakukan dengan kesadaran secara terus-menerus untuk memanusiakan manusia. Upaya inilah yang ditawarkan oleh seorang tokoh dari Brazil yaitu Paulo Freire. Pendidikan humanis didasari oleh persamaan kedudukan manusia dimana keduanya berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan Paulo Freire dan analisis pemikiran pendidikan Paulo Freire dalam perspektif Islam. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research), yang memerlukan referensi cukup banyak seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan literatur-literatur lainnya. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer (data pokok) dan data sekunder (data penunjang atau pendukung data primer). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Selanjutnya, metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Adapun Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analisys). Dalam temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan Paulo Freire mempunyai persamaan ide dengan perspektif Islam secara khusus yaitu menjadikan pendidikan sebagai tempat untuk merefleksikan diri, mengembangkan potensi peserta didik yang membebaskan dan menjadikan peserta didik lebih kritis dalam melihat dunia. Pendidikan humanis dan pendidikan Islam, memiliki relevansi dalam proses pendidikan, sama-sama merumuskan humanisasi dan pembebasan sebagai orientasi pendidikan, serta menempatkan peserta didik dan pendidik sama-sama sebagai subyek dalam proses pembelajaran. Hanya saja pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan pendidikan humanis Paulo Freire, pendidikan lebih mampu mengintegrasikan pendidikan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dan itu tidak dimiliki oleh konsep humanis Paulo Freire

Abstract

This article examines the da'wah strategy applied by KH. Abdullah Syafi'i, through the teaching of the book Aqidatul Mujmalah in his majelis taklim, focused on teaching methods, socio-religious impacts, and their relevance in the context of contemporary da'wah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving participatory observation, in-depth interviews with Ustaz and worshippers, and documentation analysis in the form of teaching recordings and related materials. The results of the study revealed that KH. Abdullah Shafi'i combines teaching classical books with the practice of dhikr and dialogical-interactive methods, creating a da'wah approach that strengthens not only the intellectual but also spiritual aspects of the congregation. The impact can be seen in three main aspects: increasing the understanding of the faith, strengthening faith through internalizing monotheistic values, and community social development through religious and social activities. The relevance of this da'wah strategy is increasingly seen in modern da'wah, where adaptation to digital technology and social media is the key to expanding the reach of Islamic teachings. This article makes theoretical and practical contributions to developing a contextual, adaptive, and effective model of Islamic da'wah. It offers insights for scholars and academics to combine classical traditions with modern innovations in spreading Islamic values. This study recommends a follow-up study on adapting classical da'wah methods to face the challenges of globalization and modernization.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital media has revolutionized the methods of delivering Islamic teachings, particularly in the realm of da’wah. Podcasts, as a versatile and accessible digital medium, have become increasingly popular for disseminating religious knowledge. This research explores the development and utilization of podcasts as a means for conveying Sirah Nabawiyah (the biography of Prophet Muhammad) through the "Basyiroh Podcast" by the Indonesia Siroh Institute. The study employs a qualitative approach, focusing on content development, production challenges, and the effectiveness of podcasting as a da’wah tool. Through an analysis of the production process and audience engagement, the study highlights the integration of educational and entertaining elements in the podcast's format, making it accessible to diverse audiences, including housewives and the younger generation. Findings indicate that the podcast has successfully leveraged the YouTube platform to engage listeners with high-quality content, balancing the complexities of media production with the need for accurate Islamic teachings. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the challenges faced in maintaining content accuracy, technical production standards, and team coordination. The Basyiroh Podcast, by enhancing accessibility and interactivity, contributes significantly to modern da’wah practices. The study concludes with recommendations for further exploring the impact of digital media in da’wah and the potential of podcasts to reach broader audiences in the digital age.

Abstract

This research examines the intellectual contribution of KH Ahmad Sanusi (1888–1950) in Islamic literature of the archipelago, which has received limited academic attention. Many of his manuscripts and historical documents remain forgotten or lost, weakening the continuity of local Islamic intellectual traditions. The study aims to uncover and analyze Sanusi’s surviving works, review their content and context, and situate his role in the historiography of Islam in the archipelago. Employing a literature-based method with Hans-Georg Gadamer’s hermeneutic approach, the research proceeds through the identification of problems, literature study, data collection, classification, content analysis, and conclusions. Data are drawn from Sanusi’s original works in tafsir, fiqh, Sufism, politics, and education, along with relevant secondary sources. Findings show that Sanusi used his writings as scientific contributions as well as instruments of da’wah, education, and intellectual resistance against colonialism. The study concludes that his legacy significantly shaped Islamic literary traditions, and its preservation is crucial to strengthening Islamic identity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pendekatan kolaboratif dalam dakwah dan pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Tinggi As-Syafi’iyah (YAPTA). Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bentuk kolaborasi YAPTA dengan berbagai pihak, seperti pemerintah, organisasi masyarakat, dan Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif YAPTA mampu memperluas jangkauan dakwah serta meningkatkan efektivitas program pengabdian masyarakat, khususnya di lingkungan perkotaan dan kelompok masyarakat kurang mampu. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan kolaborasi ini adalah integrasi antara pendidikan formal dan nilai-nilai keislaman, keterlibatan aktif berbagai pemangku kepentingan, serta adanya inovasi program berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya dan koordinasi antar lembaga. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antarlembaga dan pengembangan model kolaborasi yang adaptif agar dampak dakwah dan pengabdian masyarakat dapat lebih optimal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi dakwah lain dalam mengimplementasikan strategi kolaboratif berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Prolonged conflicts in the Middle East have created an urgent need for culturally-grounded peacebuilding strategies, within which Islamic preaching (dakwah) emerges as a potential medium for fostering reconciliation—though its discursive mechanisms remain understudied. This study investigates how dakwah constructs peace-oriented discourse in conflict-affected societies, including Palestine, Syria, and Iraq, by examining its linguistic, narrative, and ideological dimensions. Employing a qualitative critical case study design and Van Dijk’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), we analyzed over sixty sermons, digital content, and interviews with preachers and peace actors from 2021 to 2024. The findings reveal that dakwah actively constructs counter-narratives of justice, compassion, and reconciliation; employs rhetorical strategies such as inclusive pronouns, healing metaphors, and jihad reinterpretation to reframe conflict and promote social cohesion; and positions religious actors as cultural mediators who utilize both sermons and digital platforms to disseminate peace messages. The study concludes that dakwah serves as a transformative form of communication capable of challenging hegemonic conflict narratives. It further proposes a novel CDA-Based Peace Dakwah Framework, offering scholars and practitioners an interdisciplinary tool for peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and Islamic communication studies. This replicable model highlights the potential of religious discourse as soft power in global peacebuilding efforts.

Abstract

This article highlights the crucial role of empowering women through education on Islamic inheritance within the context of Majelis Taklim, an Islamic study group in Indonesia. Given the diverse nature of inheritance laws influenced by cultural, religious, and customary variations, a comprehensive understanding becomes essential. The article explores the challenges the pluralistic legal system poses and its impact on family relationships and societal harmony. It presents a community service initiative dedicated to enhancing the knowledge of Majelis Taklim mothers on Islamic inheritance, aiming to empower them in understanding inheritance rights, imparting Islamic inheritance principles, and devising practical solutions for challenges often encountered. Utilizing a participatory and interactive approach, the article observes positive changes in the community's comprehension and application of Islamic inheritance principles. By exploring the impact of Islamic inheritance training on Majlis Taklim mothers, this article contributes valuable insights into the efficacy of community empowerment programs, specifically in increasing women's knowledge and involvement in Islamic legal matters.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Ghazali’s sufism and its influences in Southeast Asia, mainly in Indonesia. Al-Ghazali is a renowned Muslim intellectual who has a special place at every Moslem’s heart, especially in Indonesia. He possesses encyclopedic expertise within various disciplines, ranging from fiqh and ulusulfiqh, al-kalam, logic, philosophy, and sufism. Despite his vast expertise, his practices are more well-known in sufism than in Islamic law, theology, and philosophy due to his long journey, exquisite experience, and groundbreaking thinking within the discipline of Sufism. Ghazali developed a new method of thinking within Islamic epistemology, widely known as Irfani epistemology. One of Ghazali’s biggest achievements is that Ghazali is considered successful in integrating between Sufism and the fiqh (sharia) Ghazali demonstrated his intellectual brilliance of integrating both branches of Islamic thinking (between sharia and the essence of Islam). Ghazali’s notable influence and position within the discipline of sufism made him granted the title of “Hujjat al-Islam”.Ghazali’sSufism spreads and influences the development of Sunni Islam not only in the Arabian peninsula but also in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Saifuddin Amsir is one of the many betawi scholars who lived in the 21st century AD. he is known as a versatile preacher. he preached with various methods of da'wah. he preached with billisan, bilkitabah da'wah, bilhaal da'wah, and bittadhrib da'wah. This article uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Saifuddin Amsir has nine abilities worthy of being a charismatic ulama star figure, including first, salafiyah, namely mastery of kitab kuning, second, kholafiyah, namely academics, third, hikmah, namely the ability to pray and wirid that has been routinized by experts, fourth, thoriqoh, namely dhikr to Allah SWT. fifth, tsaqowaf, namely cultural breadth, sixth, iqtishodiyah, namely economic capabilities such as being trusted to be a member of the DSN, seventh, tarbiyah, namely having an Education Foundation such as Ma'had Ali Zawiyah, eighth, harokah because he is an active person in mass organizations such as NU and finally ninth, siyasah, namely political ability.
