Abstract

In Kelambir V Kebun Village, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team data storage process still uses manual methods. Data storage like this can cause unsafe data. Therefore, the researcher will create an information system for the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team of the village of Kelambir V Kebun computerized which is sufficiently web-based which is php as the programming language and mysql xampp as the database. This study aims to create a Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team information system using php and mysql. This research was conducted in Kelambir V Kebun Village, North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and literature study. From the problems that have been obtained so that the researcher can a solution from handling it by implementing a web-based application for the Kelambir V Kebun Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Team. It can be concluded that the application made by researchers can help the village of Kelambir V Kebun process data on the Family Welfare Empowerment Team quickly and safely. Based on black box and white box testing, it is found that the application made is feasible to use.

Abstract

Rasbora spilotaenia is one of the endemic fishes of Sumatra Island. Its natural habitat is found in Aek Kanan and is included in the administrative area of North Padang Lawas Regency. Until now there has been no data and information related to the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia reported from the North Padang Lawas Regency area. The aim of the study was to determine the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia and its conservation status in IUCN. The research conducted was exploratory with the determination of the observation station point by purposive sampling. Fish were caught using 2 different mesh sizes, namely sizes, ⅟₂ and ¼ inch. Samples of fish caught were measured in total length and weight, and the number of males and females were counted. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. Based on the frequency distribution data, the most length class was found to be 6.5-7.8 cm (8 individuals) and the least was 5.1 -6.4 cm (0), the sex ratio between males and females (1:2), the highest population density at Station 2 (0. 91 individuals/100 m2) and lowest at Station 1 (0.06 individuals/100 m2), length-weight relationship with R2 value (0.9562), and parameters of mean temperature (27oC), brightness (111.33 cm), depth (1.01 m), current (0.46 m/s), pH (5.67), and DO (6.6 mg/L). It was concluded that the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia in Aek Kanan are still stable towards population conditions and natural habitats still support the life of fish, but for conservation status needs a little attention.

Abstract

Aspects of reproductive biology are important information in efforts to monitoring fish resources. Aspects of reproductive biology of K. hexapterus to be observed include: sex ratio, Gonadal Maturity Rate, and Gonadal Maturity Index. Fish sampling was carried out in October – December 2021 using splint net fishing gear. Determination of observation stations by purposive sampling method, where based on the location of fishermen install splint nets. The results obtained the sex ratio of male and female K. hexapterus (1: 0.34).  Male of the Gonadal maturity Rate only at levels I-II while females are level I-IV. It can be concluded based on the results of the study, that there is too much difference in the ratio between male and female fish caught, so that Gonadal maturity Rate of male fish is not obtained that is ready to spawn. However, in female fish there are already those who reach Gonadal maturity Rate IV phase, this means they are ready to spawn. Male of the Gonad Maturity Index (0.12 - 0.43%) and female (0.11 - 2.98%). Conditions like these can make it difficult for female fish to find males who are also gonadally mature and equally ready to spawn.

Abstract

Fish diversity must be maintained because it has an ecological role, namely maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and can be used as an indicator of pollution. diversity is also important for the balance of aquatic ecosystems and some simonis villagers make it a community livelihood.  Based on information from residents of Simonis Village, North Labuhan Batu Regency, it is recognized that the diversity found in the river is quite high. In addition, residents of simonis village, north labuhan batu district can also utilize river water in pulo biski as drinking water, washing clothes, bathing and tourism.  This study aims to determine the community structure, ecological index and conservation status of fish obtained in Simonis Village based on IUCN data. This research is a survey with the determination of observation stations through purposive sampling method. Fish sampling was carried out using environmentally friendly fishing gear such as nets, shoots, fishing rods and tanggok or nets. The results of this study obtained approximately 22 species of fish and each fish species and morphological identification was carried out in order to know the scientific name of each type of fish. Index value and Diversity with moderate category. Diversity Index value with high category. Dominance Index value with no dominance criteria. It is concluded that the diversity of fish in Simonis Village, North Port Batu Regency.

Abstract

Desain grafis telah berkembang menjadi alat yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi visual, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas, dan keterampilan dalam berbagai konteks, termasuk pendidikan dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemanfaatan media desain grafis berbasis teknologi, seperti Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, dan Canva, dapat memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa dan keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam komunitas pendidikan dan pelatihan. Menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dan analisis literatur dari sepuluh jurnal terkait, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis desain grafis mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta dalam proses pembelajaran, membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan kreatif, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk terjun ke dunia usaha. Selain itu, sistem informasi berbasis Rapid Application Development (RAD) di bidang jasa desain grafis menunjukkan efektivitas dalam manajemen layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi desain grafis dalam pendidikan dan kewirausahaan, yang dapat membuka peluang baru dalam pengembangan keterampilan dan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of integrity, organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of DPRD members which is mediated by work motivation. The research sites were in 3 different locations, namely North Penajam Paser Regency DPRD, Paser Regency DPRD, Balikpapan City DPRD with a population of 89 DPRD members. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula, namely 73 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the technique taken, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that better integrity can encourage increased performance. Better integrity can encourage increased work motivation. Even though the organizational culture is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased performance. Even though the organizational culture is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased work motivation. A higher leadership style can encourage increased performance. A higher leadership style can encourage increased work motivation. Higher work motivation can encourage increased performance. Work motivation is able to play a role in mediating some of the indirect effects of integrity on performance. Work motivation is unable to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of organizational culture on performance. Work motivation is able to play a role in mediating some of the indirect effects of leadership style on performance.

Abstract

Ikan seluang (Resbora argyrotaenia) adalah salah satu ikan yang habitatnya ditemukan di Sungai Bilah. Penangkapan ikan seluang diketahui berlangsung secara terus menerus, mengingat harga ikan seluang yang cukup tinggi (Rp 60.000/kg). Penangkapan ikan seluang selama ini masih dari hasil tangkapan alam, sehingga diduga populasinya mengalami penurunan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelas ukuran dan hubungan panjang berat ikan seluang di Sungai Bilah. Penelitian merupakan eksporatif dimana stasiun pengamatan ditentukan (purposive sampling) yakni berdasarkan informasi nelayan yang baisa menangkap ikan seluang. Penangkapan ikan dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, masing-masing pada bulan Oktober, November, dan Desember 2021. Ikan yang tertangkap kemudian diukur Panjang Total (total length) menggunakan penggaris dengan panjang 30 cm dan berat totalnya dengan timbangan analitik tingkat akurasi 0,1 g. Pengambilan sampel ikan menggunakan belat. Data hasil penelitian ditampilkan dengan gambar grafik dengan menggunakan aplikasi program Microsoft Excel 2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh jumlah ikan sebanyak 109 individu. Setelah dibagi berdasarkan 3 interval kelompok kelas ukuran, yakni: kecil (1,8-7,9 cm) sebanyak 73 individu, sedang (8-14,1 cm) sebanyak 14 individu, dan besar (14,2-22,3 cm) sebanyak 22 ekor. Hubungan panjang berat ikan diperoleh nilai b = 0,28 dan R2 = 0,93, hal ini menunjukan hubungan panjang berat ikan bersifat alometrik negatif

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of analyzing the potential effect of local taxes, analyzing the effect of tax optimization and analyzing the effect of tax incentives on the realization of local revenue receipts at the Bukittinggi City Finance Agency.This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the object of research being taxpayers and state civil servants at the Bukittinggi City Finance Agency. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population of this study is taxpayers and employees of the Financial Agency in the Bukittinggi City Financial Agency which consists of hotel taxpayers totaling 83 people, restaurants totaling 100 people and Finance Agency employees totaling 92 people. The results of this study prove that the Potential of Local Taxes has a positive and significant effect on the Realization of Regional Original Revenue, Tax Optimization has a positive but not significant effect on the Realization of Regional Original Revenues and Tax Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the Realization of Regional Original Revenues.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of granting reductions, relief and exemption of fees for the acquisition of land and building rights for inheritance that has been carried out by the Bukittinggi City Government and other factors that contribute to the implementation of the policy of granting reductions, waivers and exemptions from fees for the acquisition of rights to land. Land and buildings are inherited. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study found that the communication carried out by the implementor was a one-way communication, through intermediary village officials and land deed officials, not directly conveyed to the community, the resources owned by the implementor for staff in quantity were sufficient, but in quality there was still a shortage, the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, but still limited in terms of financial support. The implementor strongly supports the implementation of this policy in accordance with the SOP, but the time required to process a request is still too long. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keharusan untuk mengikuti institusional TOEFL dengan nilai minimal bagi setiap mahasiswa Universitas Bung Hatta yang akan menyelesaikan studinya. Dampak yang diharapkan dengan penerapan regulasi ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris lulusannya. Tujian kajian ni adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang teks bacaan dalam TOEFL-like pada tingkat pemahaman. Sebanyak 29 orang mahasiswa tahun ketiga, Program Studi Pendidikan Bahsa Inggris, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Bung Hatta dipilih sebagai sampel atau subjek penelitian, dengan menggunakan total sampling technique. TOEFL-Like Test, yang diambil dari Practice Exercises for the TOEFL by Sharpe digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian untuk memperoleh data kuantitatif tentang kemamuan mahasiswa menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan pada tingkat pemahaman sehingga memungkinkan untuk menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, kajian ini menemukan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyan pada tingkat pemahaman tentang teks bacaan pada TOEFL-like masih rendah. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, mahasiswa seharusnya mendapatkan latihan yang lebih banyak lagi dalam menjawab pertanyaan pemahaman pada TOEFL.
