Abstract

In career development, management needs to examine the strategies and policies implemented and the extent to which these policies impact employee performance improvement. This study aims to explore how career programs: 1) positively influence employee performance enhancement, 2) provide employees with training opportunities and trust in their tasks, leading to improvements in various aspects of performance, including work productivity, quality, discipline, responsibility, and enthusiasm, and 3) directly contribute to improvements in both individual and team performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis regarding career development, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The research was conducted at CV Mocca Mitra Amanah. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that CV Mocca Mitra Amanah implements various forms of career development through on-the-job training, job rotation, gradual promotion, and the assignment of additional responsibilities to high-performing employees. From a psychological perspective, career development increases employee motivation and loyalty. Many employees feel appreciated, more enthusiastic, and hopeful for continued growth. The level of trust given by management, both through training and additional task assignments, fosters greater responsibility and motivation among employees for future performance. In essence, there is a positive correlation between the company’s career development management and improvements in employee performance. The more structured and well-directed the career development implemented, the higher the level of performance exhibited by employees.

Abstract

Adanya perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah pusat akan daerah pedesaan dewasa ini, berdampak positif banyak dalam kemajuan daerah pedesaan, khususnya di dunia usaha. Di desa Nangbelawan, Karo sudah memiliki satu Bumdes air, dimana pengadaan air bagi penduduk setempat dikelola melalui Bumdes pemerintahan setempat. Para pelanggan menggunakan meteran air disetiap rumah, untuk mengetahui jumlah pemakaian air. Setiap bulannya para pelanggan diwajibkan membayar rekening air ke keuangan Bumdes. Dalam pengelolaan administrasi Bumdes ini, baik database pelanggan, jumlah tagihan, biaya operasional dan laporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual dalam pembukuannya, belum mengunakan teknologi IT. Sehingga kecepatan dan akurasi laporan keuangan setiap bulanya terkesan lambat dan tidak sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi IT saat ini. Bahkan untuk mendapatkan informasi laporan keuangan dari Bumdes sangat terbatas didapatkan. Untuk itu tim PMKM kami memberikan solusi dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan menggunakan MS Excel Profesional. Dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan ini, segala informasi yang diperlukan baik database pelanggan, tagihan air, laporan keuangan bisa diperoleh setiap saat oleh masyarakat atau yang berkepentingan. Hal ini tentunya sangat bermanfaat bagi pengurus Bumdes karena dapat meringankan pekerjaan mereka dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan Bumdes, juga membantu mereka bekerja secara cepat dan handal. The existence of special attention by the central government for rural areas today has had many positive impacts on the progress of rural areas, especially in the business world. In the village of Nangbelawan, Karo already has a Bumdes for water, where the water supply for local residents is managed through the provincial government's Bumdes. Customers use a water meter in every home to determine the amount of water usage. Every month customers are required to pay water bills to Bumdes finances. In managing the Bumdes administration, the customer database, bill amounts, operational costs, and financial reports are still done manually in the bookkeeping, not using IT technology. So that the speed and accuracy of monthly financial reports seem slow and not in accordance with current IT technological advances. In fact, obtaining financial report information from Bumdes is very limited. For this reason, our PMKM team provides a solution by creating financial reports using Professional MS Excel. With the preparation of these financial reports, all the information needed, including customer databases, water bills, and financial reports, can be obtained at any time by the public or interested parties. This is, of course, very useful for Bumdes management because it can ease their work in managing Bumdes financial administration. It also helps them work quickly and reliably.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the effect of a work conflict and work ethics on the performance of Civil Servants at the Mentawai Islands Regency Inspectorate. This is motivated by work conflicts within the institution, low work ethics in carrying out work, and employee performance that is still unstable and can be maximized at the Mentawai Islands Regency Inspectorate. Method: This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 38 civil servants in the Inspectorate of Mentawai Islands Regency. The sampling method used the total sampling method, where the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing was calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24.0. Results: analysis of the effect of work conflict (X1) and work ethic (X2) together on performance (Y) obtained an F-count value of 30.213 with a significant probability. from 0.000 < 0.05. With df1 = (k-1) = (3-1) = 2, df2 = 38 - 3 = 35, F-table 3.27, then F-count > F-table or 30.213 > 3.27. Consequently, Ho is rejected, and Ha or Hypothesis Three is accepted. The analysis results show that together there is a significant influence between the variables of a work conflict and work ethic on the performance of Civil Servants at the Inspectorate of Mentawai Islands Regency. Conclusion: This study found that work conflict partially and negatively affects performance, and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance. In addition, work conflict and work ethic significantly affect the performance of Civil Servants at the Mentawai Islands Regency Inspectorate.

Abstract

Wakaf uang memiliki peranan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Potensi wakaf uang di Indonesia sangat besar, namun pengumpulan wakaf uang belum maksimal, Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seorang muslim berwakaf uang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh  variabel e-banking, trust,  tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat literasi wakaf uang  terhadap perilaku berwakaf uang nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi nasabah bank syariah. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling  (SEM) – PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor ebanking tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan Trust, tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat literasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku nasabah bank syariah dalam berwakaf  uang.

Abstract

Gangguan neurologis, seperti Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), terjadi akibat disfungsi otak atau sistem saraf manusia, dengan dampak yang dapat merugikan pertumbuhan anak dari segi psikologis dan fisik. Gejala bervariasi tergantung pada bagian otak atau sistem saraf yang terpengaruh, terjadi pada berbagai rentang usia, mulai dari bayi hingga usia dewasa. GBS, penyakit sistem saraf tepi, dapat muncul pada berbagai kelompok usia dan disebabkan oleh peradangan yang merusak lapisan mielin saraf pada motor neuron serta melibatkan kelainan autoimun pada beberapa individu yang terkena. Infeksi terkait GBS dapat disebabkan oleh bakteri Campylobacter pylori yang dapat dideteksi melalui pemeriksaan laboratorium. Meskipun sangat langka, hanya sekitar 1 dari 100.000 orang yang mengalami gangguan sistem saraf akibat penyakit ini. Gejala GBS mencakup kram otot, parestesia, kesulitan menelan, kesulitan bernafas, kehilangan respons motorik, peningkatan denyut nadi, gangguan pencernaan, kelebihan keringat, dan ketidakstabilan tekanan darah. Untuk memfasilitasi diagnosa penyakit ini, disarankan penggunaan sistem pakar yang dapat memberikan keputusan melalui analisis masalah dengan menerapkan metode atau algoritma tertentu, termasuk algoritma certainty factor. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas dalam proses diagnosa penyakit GBS tanpa memerlukan pertemuan langsung antara dokter dan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit berdasarkan gejala atau keluhan pasien melalui penerapan certainty factor. Hasil diagnosa menunjukkan persentase tingkat keyakinan sebesar 99.7%, memberikan kontribusi dalam penyediaan diagnosis yang cepat, efisien, dan objektif, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pertemuan langsung antara dokter atau pakar dengan pasien.

Abstract

TK RA ALIF melakukan pembiasaan praktek ibadah sholat setiap hari jumat. Parktik sholat secara langsung dilakukan guru untuk memudahkan anak-anak dalam mencontoh dan mengingatnya. Meskipun pada kenyataannya tidak semua anak dapat langsung mengingatnya bacaan dan gerakan sholat yang dilakukan. Untuk memudahkan anak-anak dalam mengingat pembelajaran sholat, penulis mengembangkan Aplikasi Bacaan Sholat Berbasis Android untuk Tingkat PAUD dengan menggunakan metode RAD. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Flutter dengan bahasa pemrograman Dart, serta dijalankan melalui editor Vscode. Aplikasi ini menyediakan informasi niat sholat, bacaan sholat, dan zikir, dilengkapi dengan visualisasi dan suara yang memudahkan anak-anak dalam mengingat bacaan sholat. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu anak-anak TK RA ALIF dalam mengingat proses pembelajaran sholat. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam pembelajaran ibadah sholat bagi anak-anak.

Abstract

In Kelambir V Kebun Village, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team data storage process still uses manual methods. Data storage like this can cause unsafe data. Therefore, the researcher will create an information system for the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team of the village of Kelambir V Kebun computerized which is sufficiently web-based which is php as the programming language and mysql xampp as the database. This study aims to create a Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team information system using php and mysql. This research was conducted in Kelambir V Kebun Village, North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and literature study. From the problems that have been obtained so that the researcher can a solution from handling it by implementing a web-based application for the Kelambir V Kebun Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Team. It can be concluded that the application made by researchers can help the village of Kelambir V Kebun process data on the Family Welfare Empowerment Team quickly and safely. Based on black box and white box testing, it is found that the application made is feasible to use.

Abstract

Rasbora spilotaenia is one of the endemic fishes of Sumatra Island. Its natural habitat is found in Aek Kanan and is included in the administrative area of North Padang Lawas Regency. Until now there has been no data and information related to the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia reported from the North Padang Lawas Regency area. The aim of the study was to determine the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia and its conservation status in IUCN. The research conducted was exploratory with the determination of the observation station point by purposive sampling. Fish were caught using 2 different mesh sizes, namely sizes, ⅟₂ and ¼ inch. Samples of fish caught were measured in total length and weight, and the number of males and females were counted. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. Based on the frequency distribution data, the most length class was found to be 6.5-7.8 cm (8 individuals) and the least was 5.1 -6.4 cm (0), the sex ratio between males and females (1:2), the highest population density at Station 2 (0. 91 individuals/100 m2) and lowest at Station 1 (0.06 individuals/100 m2), length-weight relationship with R2 value (0.9562), and parameters of mean temperature (27oC), brightness (111.33 cm), depth (1.01 m), current (0.46 m/s), pH (5.67), and DO (6.6 mg/L). It was concluded that the bioecological aspects of R. spilotaenia in Aek Kanan are still stable towards population conditions and natural habitats still support the life of fish, but for conservation status needs a little attention.

Abstract

Aspects of reproductive biology are important information in efforts to monitoring fish resources. Aspects of reproductive biology of K. hexapterus to be observed include: sex ratio, Gonadal Maturity Rate, and Gonadal Maturity Index. Fish sampling was carried out in October – December 2021 using splint net fishing gear. Determination of observation stations by purposive sampling method, where based on the location of fishermen install splint nets. The results obtained the sex ratio of male and female K. hexapterus (1: 0.34).  Male of the Gonadal maturity Rate only at levels I-II while females are level I-IV. It can be concluded based on the results of the study, that there is too much difference in the ratio between male and female fish caught, so that Gonadal maturity Rate of male fish is not obtained that is ready to spawn. However, in female fish there are already those who reach Gonadal maturity Rate IV phase, this means they are ready to spawn. Male of the Gonad Maturity Index (0.12 - 0.43%) and female (0.11 - 2.98%). Conditions like these can make it difficult for female fish to find males who are also gonadally mature and equally ready to spawn.

Abstract

Fish diversity must be maintained because it has an ecological role, namely maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and can be used as an indicator of pollution. diversity is also important for the balance of aquatic ecosystems and some simonis villagers make it a community livelihood.  Based on information from residents of Simonis Village, North Labuhan Batu Regency, it is recognized that the diversity found in the river is quite high. In addition, residents of simonis village, north labuhan batu district can also utilize river water in pulo biski as drinking water, washing clothes, bathing and tourism.  This study aims to determine the community structure, ecological index and conservation status of fish obtained in Simonis Village based on IUCN data. This research is a survey with the determination of observation stations through purposive sampling method. Fish sampling was carried out using environmentally friendly fishing gear such as nets, shoots, fishing rods and tanggok or nets. The results of this study obtained approximately 22 species of fish and each fish species and morphological identification was carried out in order to know the scientific name of each type of fish. Index value and Diversity with moderate category. Diversity Index value with high category. Dominance Index value with no dominance criteria. It is concluded that the diversity of fish in Simonis Village, North Port Batu Regency.
