Abstract

Background: The customary and Islamic traditions that color Banjar diamond craft activities contain noble and important values in character formation in Islamic education. Objective: This research aims to examine Banjar diamond crafts, both in the activities of diamond panning and polishing, by exploring local and Islamic customs and the character values contained there in and analyzing them from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and triangulation with Banjar diamond miners and polishers. Result: The research results show that there is three dimensions of harmonization of custom and Islam in Banjar diamond crafts, namely the dimensions of religious practice, work ethics, and local wisdom. The three dimensions of harmonization of custom and Islam are relevant to character education as follows. First, religious practice forms the character of piety, obedience to worship, spiritual awareness that efforts must be intended as worship, responsibility, sincerity and gratitude as important elements in the dimension of religious character. Second, work ethics forms the character of hard work, resilience, honesty, and responsibility, as well as diligence, perseverance, tenacity and patience as the development of persistent and integrity character. Third, local wisdom forms the character of respect for tradition, cooperation, tolerance, civilization, and a strong cultural identity. Conclusion: The overall practice of harmonization of custom and Islam in diamond crafts from the perspective of Islamic Educational Philosophy, both perennially and essentially, strongly shapes the character of Banjar society. Harmonization between custom and Islam in Banjar diamond crafts is a manifestation of local wisdom as well as a primary source in character education. Thus, this study enriches the literature on character education, cultural education, and also the philosophy of Islamic education.

Abstract

The 21st century requires teachers to have skills in utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in learning. Currently, Android is one of the right media choices in learning in this digital era. This activity aims to train elementary school teachers in improving their ability to use ICT and guide elementary school teachers to create android-based media in learning. Implementation of activities using the method of Direct Instruction, Workshop and Field Guidance. After the activity ended, a closed questionnaire was distributed to find out the results of the activity. The results obtained were an increase in the understanding of ICT for elementary school teachers after this activity was carried out, besides that the teacher was also able to create an Android-based learning application. During the implementation of the activity, the teacher looks enthusiastic and enthusiastic in making applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji indikasi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan pada entitas Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2022-2024 dengan mengadopsi kerangka Fraud Heptagon. Target keuangan, frekuensi rapat komite audit, opini audit, masa jabatan serta rangkap jabatan direktur utama, pelatihan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG), dan remunerasi dewan direksi digunakan sebagai proksi variabel penelitian. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif terhadap 45 sampel observasi dengan analisis regresi logistik, hasil empiris merepresentasikan bahwa seluruh variabel independen tersebut tidak memengaruhi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya keterbatasan kapasitas eksplanatori model Heptagon ketika diterapkan pada konteks BUMN yang berkarakteristik kelembagaan, regulasi, dan pengelolaan publik yang spesifik. Hal ini menyebabkan hubungan kausal yang diasumsikan dalam konseptualisasi awal model tersebut tidak sepenuhnya terkonfirmasi secara empiris. Secara teoretis, hasil ini menekankan pentingnya memahami perilaku kecurangan secara kontekstual, sementara secara praktis, penelitian ini mendorong perlunya evaluasi terintegrasi antara indikator keuangan dan mekanisme tata kelola dalam upaya deteksi dini kecurangan pelaporan keuangan pada entitas negara.
