Abstract

Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) is a conceptual framework used to describe the knowledge needed by a teacher to integrate technology into the learning process. In the context of developing Virtual Reality (VR) based learning media, physics education students as prospective teachers need to have a strong understanding of how VR technology can be used as a medium for teaching specific topics (TK), how to actively involve students in the VR environment ( PK), and a deep understanding of the lesson topics taught (CK). This research aims to produce Virtual Reality-Based Learning Media to build the TPACK competency of Physics Teacher Candidates that is feasible, practical, and effective. The development research method used is EDR (Educational Design Research) with the following stages: analysis and exploration; design and construction; and evaluation and reflection. Based on the questionnaire given to students, interviews conducted with lecturers, and literature review studies that have been carried out, it was concluded that it is necessary to develop Virtual Reality-based Learning Media Development to Build the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) Competencies of Prospective Physics Teachers.

Abstract

The relationship between teachers and students is an educational bond grounded in specific norms to achieve learning objectives. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, as a prominent figure in Islamic education in Indonesia, devoted significant attention to this aspect, particularly through his work Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta‘alim. This study aims to describe the teacher–student relationship from KH. Hasyim Asy’ari’s perspective, focusing on his thoughts regarding the role of teachers, the role of students, the nature of their relationship, and its relevance to contemporary education. The research employs a library research method by examining primary literature as well as previous studies. The findings reveal that KH. Hasyim Asy’ari emphasized the importance of moral and spiritual cultivation, teachers’ exemplary conduct, students’ respect for their teachers, and the control of one’s desires. The teacher–student relationship must always be directed toward devotion to Allah, making the learning process not merely a transfer of knowledge but also the cultivation of character. The implications of this research highlight that KH. Hasyim Asy’ari’s moral and spiritual principles remain highly relevant to modern education, particularly in addressing the challenges posed by the rapid development of technology and information.

Abstract

Training in creating Virtual Reality (VR)-based teaching media aims to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The use of VR technology in teaching media provides an interactive and immersive learning experience, thus encouraging students to be more active and creative. This activity program involves the Lhokseumawe City Teacher Communication Forum (FKGPL), namely 30 teacher leaders as participants. The implementation of the activity uses a training method in creating VR media for 2 days, namely September 11-12, 2024 in the hall of the Lhokseumawe City Office branch. Participants are able to produce one VR media according to the field of study taught by each participant. The results of the activity, although they have difficulties and require time in the process, the participants managed to compile VR media according to their field of study and improve the participants' pedagogical abilities by 30%. This training program is a basic skill for participants in virtualizing teaching materials, so that they can design virtual-based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk “Peran Affiliate Marketing dan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dengan Pemberian Jaminan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Membeli Produk Pakaian Wanita Pada Sosial Media instagram (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Ekonomi Universitas Jabal Ghafur)”. Dimana variabel independen (X) yaitu Affiliate Marketing dan Komunikasi Pemasaran variabel moderating (Z) yaitu Jaminan dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Ekonomi Universitas Jabal Ghafur yang membeli produk pakaian wanita pada Sosial Media instagram. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji linner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi TPACK para guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ICT. Target kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi TPACK peserta, baik dari aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, maupun sikap profesional terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 30 orang guru fisika yang berasal dari berbagai sekolah menengah. Para peserta juga merupakan mahasiswa program Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada peserta adalah kesulitan dalam mengaitkan antara teknologi dengan strategis pedagogis yang tepat, dan kurangnya pelatihan serta kepercayaan diri peserta dalam bereksperimen dengan teknologi baru yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun media pembelajaran interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mengadaptasi pendekatan workshop berbasis pendampingan (guided online workshop) yang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu: (1) Persiapan dan Sosialisasi; (2) Pelaksanaan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan; (3) Tindak Lanjut dan Evaluasi. Hasil tindak lanjut dan evaluasi kegiatan diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner pada skala Likert oleh seluruh peserta. Pada aspek Ketercapaian Tujuan Pelatihan, 90% peserta sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep TPACK. Pada aspek Peningkatan Kompetensi, sebanyak 93% peserta sangat setuju bahwa mereka lebih percaya diri dalam membuat media pembelajaran interaktif setelah mengikuti pelatihan, dan 87% peserta merasa mampu membuat storyboard pembelajaran berbasis TPACK secara mandiri. Pada aspek Kebermanfaatan dan Dampak Kegiatan, sebanyak 93% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka sebagai guru fisika serta ilmu dan keterampilan yang diperoleh bermanfaat langsung untuk diterapkan di kelas.

Abstract

Background: The customary and Islamic traditions that color Banjar diamond craft activities contain noble and important values in character formation in Islamic education. Objective: This research aims to examine Banjar diamond crafts, both in the activities of diamond panning and polishing, by exploring local and Islamic customs and the character values contained there in and analyzing them from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and triangulation with Banjar diamond miners and polishers. Result: The research results show that there is three dimensions of harmonization of custom and Islam in Banjar diamond crafts, namely the dimensions of religious practice, work ethics, and local wisdom. The three dimensions of harmonization of custom and Islam are relevant to character education as follows. First, religious practice forms the character of piety, obedience to worship, spiritual awareness that efforts must be intended as worship, responsibility, sincerity and gratitude as important elements in the dimension of religious character. Second, work ethics forms the character of hard work, resilience, honesty, and responsibility, as well as diligence, perseverance, tenacity and patience as the development of persistent and integrity character. Third, local wisdom forms the character of respect for tradition, cooperation, tolerance, civilization, and a strong cultural identity. Conclusion: The overall practice of harmonization of custom and Islam in diamond crafts from the perspective of Islamic Educational Philosophy, both perennially and essentially, strongly shapes the character of Banjar society. Harmonization between custom and Islam in Banjar diamond crafts is a manifestation of local wisdom as well as a primary source in character education. Thus, this study enriches the literature on character education, cultural education, and also the philosophy of Islamic education.

Abstract

The 21st century requires teachers to have skills in utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in learning. Currently, Android is one of the right media choices in learning in this digital era. This activity aims to train elementary school teachers in improving their ability to use ICT and guide elementary school teachers to create android-based media in learning. Implementation of activities using the method of Direct Instruction, Workshop and Field Guidance. After the activity ended, a closed questionnaire was distributed to find out the results of the activity. The results obtained were an increase in the understanding of ICT for elementary school teachers after this activity was carried out, besides that the teacher was also able to create an Android-based learning application. During the implementation of the activity, the teacher looks enthusiastic and enthusiastic in making applications.

Abstract

Renewable energy learning in senior high schools has significant potential to be developed through a STEM approach; however, its implementation in classroom practice remains limited. This study aimed to explore the implementation of STEM learning in senior high schools on renewable energy topics, identify the challenges encountered, and examine the opportunities for developing project-based STEM learning. A mixed-method approach with a descriptive exploratory design was employed. The research subjects consisted of 30 science teachers and 617 senior high school students from several schools in Lhokseumawe City and North Aceh Regency. Data were collected through closed and open-ended questionnaires and document analysis of lesson plans, teaching modules, and student worksheets, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results revealed that STEM learning implementation was at a moderate and partial level, with STEM components not yet explicitly integrated. Major challenges included limited pedagogical understanding of STEM, inadequate facilities, time constraints, and difficulties in project assessment. Nevertheless, high student interest, local contextual potential, and curriculum support indicate substantial opportunities for developing project-based STEM learning on renewable energy topics. This study provides an evidence-based foundation for the development of contextual and sustainable STEM-based renewable energy learning in senior high schools.
