Abstract

As a result of the research, the data regarding the application of e-learning based on the Learning Management System (LMS) at UIN SGD Bandung is a form of readiness to welcome the digitization of education, which started in 2020. The university formed an exceptional IT team called PTIPD to handle the digitization of education by applying e-learning based on the Learning Management System (LMS). This research uses a qualitative method. From the results of interviews with several lecturers at the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung regarding the use of e-learning based on the Learning Management System (LMS), the most widely used applications are e-knows and Google Classroom applications, there are also other applications such as zoom applications, google meet, WhatsApp, and others. The effectiveness of LMS at UIN SGD Bandung on learning depends on how the method is applied and how well students and teachers can adapt to technology in the learning context. Based on the description above, several factors influence learning using the LMS Learning Management System to be ineffective: lack of integration between online and face-to-face components, limitations in the use of technology, restrictions on interaction in learning, poor class management, and poor teaching quality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tafsir Quran Surat An-Nisa Ayat 29 tentang larangan mencari harta dengan cara yang bathil korelasinya terhadap akad Mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif analisis dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Allah SWT melarang hamba-hamba-Nya yang beriman untuk memakan harta sebagian dari mereka atas sebagian yang lain dengan cara yang bathil, yaitu melalui usaha yang tidak memilki syariat, seperti melakukan dengan cara riba, judi serta berbagai cara yang masuk dalam kategori meggunakan berbagai tipuan dan pengelabuan. Akad mudharabah menjadi salah satu solusi di dalam sistem ekonomi syariah agar transaksi tidak mengandung kemudharatan dan kebathilan serta para pihak dalam bertransaksi harus saling suka sama suka (antharadhin). Adapun Relevansi Akad Mudharabah dengan tafsir Quran Surat An-Nisa Ayat 29 bahwa di dalam transaksi muamalah dalam pengelolaannya harus berdasarkan prinsip syariah, tidak diperbolehkan mengandung unsur maysir (judi), gharar (ketidakjelasan), dan riba (usury). Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Qur'anic interpretation of Surat An-Nisa Verse 29 about the prohibition of seeking wealth in a way that is mentally correlated to the contract of Mudharabah. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis with a type of qualitative research. The results showed that Allah Almighty forbids His faithful servants to eat the property of some of them over others in a pure way, namely through efforts that do not have Sharia, such as doing usury, gambling and various methods that fall into the category of using various deceptions and deceptions. Akad Mudharabah is one of the solutions in the Islamic economic system so that transactions do not contain glory and innocence and the parties in the transaction must be consensual (antharadhin). The relevance of Akad Mudharabah to the interpretation of the Quran Surat An-Nisa Verse 29 that in muamalah transactions in its management must be based on sharia principles, it is not allowed to contain elements of maysir (gambling), gharar (obscurity), and riba (usury).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet. about the fruit of Olives. This research method is qualitative through the approach of takhrij and sharah hadith with chemical analysis. The results and discussion of this study were that the olive fruit was already popular during the time of the Prophet, and the content of olives was proven to be beneficial for health and body care in the present. The conclusion of this research is takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet. about the fruit of Olives with chemical analysis has benefits for the health of the body.

Abstract

The understanding on Quran requires an approach that is oriented toward inclusiveness. Many Quran interpretation scholars who understand the Quran in a way that leads to antagonistic attitudes and acts of violence. There is a need to propose alternative Quran Interpretation Learning using an integrative approach. This paper aims to investigate the design of an integrated emancipatory Quran interpretation learning at Master Program for Arabic Language Education of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This research is qualitative using descriptive methods. It applied observation, interviews, and documentation to collect the data. Using scientific integrative approach, this study found that emancipatory Quran learning interpretation was designed into three levels: objectives, process and learning material.

Abstract

This article proposes an integrative epistemology model based on tawḥīd (Tawḥīdī Epistemology) that synthesizes three main frameworks: Burhān al-Ṣiddīqīn (Ibn Sina's ontological argument about Wājib al-Wujūd); the Scientific Method (logico-hypothetico-verification), and the Revelation Guides Science paradigm from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Through philosophical analysis and multidisciplinary case studies, this research demonstrates that this integration not only overcomes the science-religion dichotomy but also offers a structured methodology for dual validation (empirical and normative). This article enriches the discourse of contemporary Islamic philosophy by actualizing Ibn Sina's legacy in the context of modern science, while also addressing postmodern critiques of the objectivity of science.

Abstract

Conventional teaching methods have been noted to stifle student creativity potentially. In contrast, Cooperative learning, characterized by group-based activities, fosters an interactive and communicative learning atmosphere. Embracing the principles of Cooperative learning, the Start from Reading (SfR) model can be applied to Quranic studies in Islamic higher education institutions. This study assessed the efficacy of the SfR learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the Qur'an interpretation course at the Arabic Language Education Studi Program (ALESP), UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Employing a quasi-experimental design, the research analyzed pre-test and post-test scores from experimental and control groups. Findings revealed a significant increase in post-test scores, rising from an average of 70.00 in pre-tests to 77.15, highlighting the effectiveness of the SfR model in enhancing student learning. These outcomes emphasize the importance of incorporating the SfR model into Quranic education, potentially enriching student learning experiences and achievements in this academic domain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji eksklusivitas penafsiran Moh. E. Hasim tentang non-Muslim dalam Kitab Tafsir Ayat Suci Lenyepaneun. Kitab ini merupakan salah satu karya tafsir yang penting dalam konteks keislaman di Nusantara, khususnya di Tatar Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana Moh. E. Hasim menafsirkan ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan non-Muslim dan bagaimana penafsirannya tersebut mencerminkan perspektif teologis dan sosiokultural tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari teks kitab serta kajian literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Moh. E. Hasim cenderung bersifat eksklusif, dengan penekanan pada perbedaan keyakinan dan praktik antara Muslim dan non-Muslim. Penafsiran ini juga mencerminkan konteks sosial dan politik pada masa penulisan kitab tersebut, yang dipengaruhi oleh dinamika interaksi antara komunitas Muslim dan non-Muslim.

Abstract

This study examines teachers’ perceptions of the relevance and effectiveness of Multicultural Problem-Based Learning (MPBL) in strengthening religious moderation attitudes among Elementary School and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Kuningan Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative survey approach was employed using a questionnaire developed from key dimensions of religious moderation, namely national commitment, religious tolerance, appreciation of religion-based local culture, and religion-based anti-violence, as well as indicators of the importance of MPBL in primary education. The results indicate that teachers overwhelmingly perceive MPBL as a highly relevant and effective learning approach. MPBL is considered capable of strengthening students’ character in appreciating diversity, reducing negative stereotypes and prejudice, and fostering critical, collaborative, and solution-oriented thinking skills. Teachers also agree that this approach supports the internalization of tolerance, respect for different religious beliefs, and appreciation of local cultural wisdom rooted in religious values. However, the findings reveal that students’ deeper understanding of the universal principle that all religions teach peace has not been fully internalized, indicating a gap between cognitive understanding and affective–behavioral development.
