Abstract

This research aims to determine whether leadership style and work stress affect employee turnover at PT. Tirta Osmosis Sampurna. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data collection involves questionnaires. The population and sample consist of 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis indicate that there is a significant influence between the independent variable, leadership, on the dependent variable, turnover. This is indicated by the t-count value of leadership of 14.404 > t table value of 1.995 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-count value of work stress of 0.675 > 1.995 with a significance value of 0.502 > 0.05, with R² having a value of 0.797. The work stress variable does not significantly affect the turnover rate. The magnitude of the influence of leadership and work stress variables simultaneously is 79.7% on turnover. The remaining 20.3% is influenced by other variables not examined. These findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership in minimizing employee turnover within the company.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian secara khusus untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK), Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK) secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif, karena hal tersebut menggambarkan secara sistematis fakta dan karakteristik objek dan subjek yang diteliti secara tepat. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterprestasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan ialah sampel sampling jenuh yakni semua karyawan Pt. Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk peneliti jadikan sebagai sampel pada riset ini sebanyak 145 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis SPSS 26. Pengujian data menggunakan uji t, bahwa nilai t-hitung (3,971 > 1.655) H1 diterima Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK) berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). t-hitung (2,873 > 1.655) H2 diterima Disiplin Kerja (DK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). t-hitung (6,742 > 1.655) H3 diterima Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK) Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan Gaya Kepemimpinan (GK), Disiplin Kerja (DK) dan Motivasi Kerja (MK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK) Security PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

Abstrak Pemberdayaan ekonomi desa bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan warga. Pengabdian ini menganalisis peran Koperasi Merah Putih dilaksanakan di Desa Limau, Kecamatan Sembawa, Kabupaten Banyuasin pada 19 Juli 2025 dengan mitra sasaran yaitu warga Desa, tokoh adat, pemuda berjumlah peserta  sekitar 30 warga Desa. Pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui sosialisasi, dokumentasi dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi masyarakat dalam memahami koperasi tidak hanya sebagai Lembaga simpan pinjam, tetapi juga sebagai pusat ekonomi desa. Koperasi Merah Putih berpotensi menjadi penggerak perekonomian lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja, serta membangun ekosistem ekonomi inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: koperasi; pemberdayaan ekonomi; Desa Limau; ekonomi kerakyatan. AbstractVillage economic empowerment aims to increase the independence and well-being of residents. This community service project, analyzing the role of the Merah Putih Cooperative, was implemented in Limau Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency on July 19, 2025, with approximately 30 participants, including village residents, traditional leaders, and youth. The project used a descriptive qualitative approach through outreach, documentation, and interactive discussions. The results demonstrated high community enthusiasm in understanding cooperatives not only as savings and loan institutions but also as centers of the village economy. The Merah Putih Cooperative has the potential to drive the local economy, create jobs, and build an inclusive and sustainable economic ecosystem. Keywords: cooperative; economic empowerment; Limau Village; people's economy.

Abstract

AbstrakMeronce merupakan aktivitas kreatif yang memiliki manfaat lebih dari sekedar permainan, karena mampu menstimulasi perkembangan motorik halus, kreativitas, serta kemampuan berpikir anak. Namun, di wilayah pedesaan, kegiatan ini belum banyak digunakan sebagai media interaksi keluarga. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menerapkan kegiatan meronce sebagai sarana mempererat hubungan emosional antara ibu dan anak melalui aktivitas bersama yang menyenangkan dan edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup kegiatan penyuluhan tentang keuntungan meronce, demonstrasi cara latihan bersama, serta diskusi refleksi yang melibatkan ibu dan anak di Desa Limau. Bersadarkan Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan aktif peserta, komunikasi yang lebih intens, serta bertambahnya rasa percaya diri bagi anak dalam berkarya. Selain memberikan keuntungan untuk psikologi dan pendidikan, berkreasi juga memiliki potensi untuk menjadi keterampilan yang menghasilkan dan membantu perkembangan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya mempererat hubungan antar anggota keluarga, tetapi juga menciptakan peluang bisnis yang berfokus pada  kerajinan tangan. Kata kunci: meronce; kreativitas; motorik halus; ikatan keluarga; ekonomi kreatif. AbtractBeading is a creativite  activity that offers benefits beyond simple play, as it helps stimulate fine motor development, creativity, and cognitive skills in children. However, in rural areas, this activity is rarely utilized as a medium for family interaction. This community  program wa designed to apply beading as a means of strengthening the emotional bond between mothers and children through fun and education activities. The implementation consisted of educational sessions on the benerfits of bead beading, demonstrations of techniques, group practive, and reflective discussions involving mothers and children in Limau Village. The results revealed an increase in active participation, more effective communication, and greater self-confidence in children when creating their work. In productive skill that contributes to the growth of the creative economy in the community. Thus, this activity not only strengthens family relationships but also creates business opportunities focused on handmade crafts. Keywords: beading; creativity; fine motor skills; family bonding; creative economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Kekerasan antar siswa, terutama bullying verbal dan fisik, masih menjadi permasalahan serius di berbagai lingkungan, terutama pada sekolah dasar (SD). Tindakan ini berdampak negatif dan jangka panjang pada perkembangan psikososial siswa, menimbulkan ketakutan pada korban, menurunkan prestasi belajar, serta merusak iklim sekolah yang kondusif. Melihat buruknya efek yang ditimbulkan dari kasus bullying, tentunya menimbulkan kecemasan dikalangan orangtua siswa. Rendahnya pemahaman pada siswa dan tindakan pencegahan menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa tindakan bullying terus terjadi. Melalui program KKN UIGM Palembang maka dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan edukasi pendidikan karakter anti-bullying di SDN 9 Sembawa sebagai upaya pencegahan dini. Kata Kunci: sosialiasi; pendidikan karakter; bullying; sekolah dasar. AbstractViolence among students, especially verbal and physical bullying, remains a serious problem in various environments, especially in primary schools (SD). These actions have a negative and long-term impact on students' psychosocial development, causing fear in victims, reducing academic achievement, and damaging the conducive school climate. Seeing the adverse effects of bullying cases, it certainly causes anxiety among parents. The lack of understanding among students and preventive measures is one of the reasons why bullying continues to occur. Through the UIGM Palembang Community Service Programme, anti-bullying character education and awareness campaigns were conducted at SDN 9 Sembawa as an early prevention measure. Keywords: socialization; character education; bullying; elementary school.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam penguatan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, pengelolaan koperasi di Indonesia umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan, ketidakakuratan data, dan kurangnya transparansi dalam pencatatan transaksi serta laporan keuangan. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus koperasi melalui pelatihan implementasi aplikasi digital berbasis Smart Cooperative. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi meningkat secara signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman peserta mencapai 53%, khususnya dalam aspek pencatatan transaksi digital, pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis, dan manajemen keanggotaan koperasi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya keamanan data dan privasi dalam pengelolaan koperasi. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan koperasi dapat mengelola administrasi dan keuangan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Kegiatan PKM ini menjadi langkah awal yang perlu didukung dengan pendampingan lanjutan agar koperasi mampu beradaptasi secara optimal di era digital.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Destination Image and Amenities on Revisit Intention with Visitor Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Balaputra Dewa Museum. The research seeks to understand how these factors contribute to improving the visitor experience and encouraging return visits. Research Methodology: The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 visitors of the Balaputra Dewa Museum, measured using a Likert scale. The model tested direct and indirect relationships between Destination Image, Amenities, Visitor Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention. Results: The findings indicate that Destination Image and Amenities significantly impact Revisit Intention. Visitor Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Destination Image and Revisit Intention, as well as between Amenities and Revisit Intention. Destination Image was shown to have a stronger influence on revisit intention compared to amenities. Indirect effects underscore the importance of visitor satisfaction in maximizing the impact of destination attributes. Conclusion: This study shows that Visitor Satisfaction helps explain how Destination Image and Amenities influence Revisit Intention at the Balaputra Dewa Museum, adding to knowledge in tourism and destination management. Limitations: The study is limited to one museum, which may reduce its applicability to other cultural or tourism sites. The cross-sectional data does not reflect long-term changes in visitor perceptions. Contributions: This research contributes to tourism management literature by emphasizing the role of destination image and amenities in fostering visitor satisfaction and revisit intention, providing insights for museum managers and policymakers. Novelty: The study introduces Visitor Satisfaction as an intervening variable, offering a deeper understanding of how satisfaction bridges the relationship between Destination Image and Amenities with Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Human resources are the main component for every company to achieve its goals. The strength of human resources is formed by the character or behavior of each employee and the environment within the company. This research aims to find out how salary, training and organizational culture influence employee performance among employees who work in the Jababeka industrial area. This research was conducted on employees who work in the Jababeka industrial area, while the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with the Accidental Sampling technique because the number of employees in the Jababeka area is unknown, so the formula needed to determine the sample size is to use the Lemeshow formula . So the minimum sample size required in this research is 97 respondents. In this research, questionnaires were the only data collection technique used. Meanwhile, the statistical test tool used in this research is SmartPLS. From the research that has been carried out, the results obtained show that organizational culture and salary have an influence on employee performance in the Jababeka industrial area and training has no effect on employee performance in the Jababeka industrial area. The results of this research explain that organizational culture has a major role in shaping employee behavior. Meanwhile, salary is a form of company remuneration to employees for their performance. And the last one is training, training has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Waste management has become one of the major challenges faced by modern society, especially in urban areas. Improperly managed waste can lead to various negative impacts, such as environmental pollution, health issues, and ecosystem damage. The purpose of this Community Service Program (PKM) is: a) To raise awareness among the community about the importance of proper waste management through sorting, recycling, and composting; b) To assist the community in establishing an integrated waste management system at the household and community levels, thereby reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills (TPA) and encouraging the adoption of an eco-friendly lifestyle. The target group for this activity is the residents of Kelurahan Talang Aman, Kemuning District, Palembang City, primarily housewives and members of the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) group in the area, with 20 participants. This program aims to increase participants' knowledge about household waste management by 50%. With a solid understanding of waste management, the community will be able to minimize the negative environmental impacts in Kelurahan Talang Aman.Keywords: Waste; Environment; Reservoir; Retention Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat modern, terutama di kawasan perkotaan. Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, seperti pencemaran lingkungan, gangguan kesehatan, dan kerusakan ekosistem. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan a) Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar; dengan cara pemilahan, daur ulang, dan pembuatan kompos; b) Membantu masyarakat membangun sistem pengelolaan sampah terpadu di tingkat rumah tangga dan komunitas; sehingga mengurangi jumlah sampah yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) dan mendorong masyarakat untuk mengadopsi pola hidup ramah lingkungan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Warga masyarakat di Kelurahan Talang Aman Kecamatan kemuning Kota Palembang, utamanya ibu ibu rumah tangga dan Ibu Ibu PKK di kelurahan Talang Aman sebanyak 20 orang. Pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga sebesar 50% sesudah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROE (Return on Equity, (PER) Price Earnings Ratio, DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), NPL (Non - Performing Loans), and BOPO (operating costs of operating income) on banking stock prices during the transition period and after the implementation of remote trading system technology on the Indonesian stock exchange and also examines whether there is a difference in the effect of these independent variables on stock prices in the two periods. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and used secondary data. The number of samples in this study was 6 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2006 - 2020, where the transition period was from 2006-2009 and the remote trading period was from 2010-2020. The data were analyzed separately in both periods using multiple linear regression models, a classical assumption test, and also the Chow Test as an additional test using the SPSS 25 tool. The results showed that during the transition period only DER had no significant effect and 4 (four) other independent variables; BOPO, NPL, PER, and ROE have a significant effect on stock prices, while during remote trading the DER and PER variables have no significant effect and 3 (three) other independent variables; BOPO, PER, and NPL have a significant effect. During the transition period, the independent variables simultaneously have the effect of 70.3% on the price, but during the remote trading period, the ability of the five independent variables is only 35.5% in explaining the rise/fall of stock prices. The results of the Chow test show that there are differences in the influence or structural changes in the influence of independent variables on stock prices and the regression coefficients. There are also differences where the independent variables during the transition period are all inelastic (e < 1) and vice versa during remote trading all coefficient values the regression is elastic (e > 1).
