Abstract

Tujuan studi ini untuk menentukan pengaruh tambahan penghasilan bagi pegawai (TPP), motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Sebanyak 99 PNS dari seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan secara kebetulan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik asosiatif. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui angket yang teruji validitasnya yang diberikan kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dalam program program SPSS 25.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPP dan lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial, sementara motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri. Secara simultan, TPP, motivasi, dan faktor lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Saran Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan pengukuran kinerja oleh atasan yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Peran UMKM dalam perekonomian semakin diakui, terutama dalam menghadirkan kolaborasi dan adaptasi digital. Pelaku UMKM perlu menjadi lebih tangkas, terampil, dan memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap risiko, termasuk risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan dalam bekerja. Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berperan penting dalam menjaga ketahanan dan kelangsungan usaha serta melindungi pekerja. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM di LPP-PEKKA, tentang pentingnya kesehatan dan keselamatan di tempat kerja. Kegiatan ini mencakup serangkaian pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan K3 di lingkungan UMKM. Sub-kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan ergonomi, pengelolaan bahan kimia, penyuluhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), higiene sanitasi tempat kerja, pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan (P3K), dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% peserta memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang ergonomi, mampu mengelola bahan kimia dengan benar, mengalami peningkatan dalam penggunaan APD, menjaga kebersihan tempat kerja, serta mampu melaksanakan P3K dan menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN-T Universitas Indo Global Mandiri di Desa Alai Selatan, Kecamatan Lembak, Kabupaten Muara Enim. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa dan memberikan pemahaman dalam pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi lokal, khususnya diversifikasi produk olahan tahu. Desa Alai Selatan memiliki dua pabrik tahu, yang memproduksi tahu kopong, tahu putih, dan tahu kuning. Sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya diversifikasi produk guna meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing produk tahu. Kegiatan dimulai dengan identifikasi potensi, pengumpulan informasi, dan evaluasi proses. Melalui sosialisasi ini, masyarakat diperkenalkan pada cara-cara inovatif untuk mengolah tahu, seperti pembuatan keripik tahu dengan berbagai varian rasa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi desa. Kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Dengan mengembangkan produk berbasis tahu seperti halnya keripik tahu, desa dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya lokal yang tersedia.

Abstract

The research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of the Banyuasin District Health Service with a total of 136 ASN people. The sampling in this research was a saturated sample, with 136 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that from the F test results the F value is 147.542 with a significance of 0.000. Because Fcount > Ftable (2.673) and sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Competency, Discipline and TPP on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. From the results of the t test, it is known that competence, discipline, and TPP each partially have a positive effect on the performance of Banyuasin District Health Service employees. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 76.5%. Performance is influenced by Competency, Discipline and TPP, while the remaining 23.5% is the influence of other factors not studied, including motivation, E-performance system and career development. keywords: Competence, Discipline, Additional Employee Income, Employee Performance

Abstract

Guru mobilisasi tidak hanya dilatih untuk mengajar dan mengelola kegiatan kelas secara efektif, tetapi juga untuk menciptakan hubungan yang efektif dengan siswa dan komunitas sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan, menganalisis, dan membuktikan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, Kesejahteraan Psikologis Guru, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Instruksional terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah-sekolah Palembang Indo Global Mandiri (IGM) secara parsial atau simultan.Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan data numerik dan menekankan proses penelitian pada pengukuran hasil objektif menggunakan analisis statistik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, di mana semua anggota populasi berjumlah 118 orang. Dari hasil menggunakan uji t, variabel PD berpengaruh terhadap variabel KG dengan tcount 7.422 > ttable 1.982, variabel WB berpengaruh terhadap variabel KG dengan tcount 2.386 > ttable 1.982 dan variabel GK berpengaruh terhadap variabel KG dengan tcount 2.082 > ttable 1.982. Untuk hasil uji F, didapatkan nilai F sebesar 143.445 > Ftable 2.68 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and determine of organizational commitment of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Government Secretariat of Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research has been conducted for 5 months, from January 2022 to May 2022 in Kupang City. The number of research respondents was 370 people who were determined by purposive stratified proportional sampling. The types of data used are primary and secondary data from interviews using a questionnaire, field observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is a descriptive analysis based on the average value of the Likert scale classification. The results showed that the component of organizational commitment in the high category was only a component of continuance commitment with an average value of 3.70, while those in the medium value category were affective commitment with an average score of 3.64 and normative commitment with an average value of 3.61. In general, the organizational commitment of the State Civil Apparatus in the Kupang City Government is still in the medium category with an average score of 3.65. This display of organizational commitment is likely to become a major obstacle to the performance of the state civil service. The strategy that can be carried out by local governments to increase organizational commitment is to increase the aspects of affective commitment and normative commitment of the State Civil Apparatus within the scope of the Regional Government Secretariat of the Kupang City. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Destination Image and Amenities on Revisit Intention with Visitor Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Balaputra Dewa Museum. The research seeks to understand how these factors contribute to improving the visitor experience and encouraging return visits. Research Methodology: The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 visitors of the Balaputra Dewa Museum, measured using a Likert scale. The model tested direct and indirect relationships between Destination Image, Amenities, Visitor Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention. Results: The findings indicate that Destination Image and Amenities significantly impact Revisit Intention. Visitor Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Destination Image and Revisit Intention, as well as between Amenities and Revisit Intention. Destination Image was shown to have a stronger influence on revisit intention compared to amenities. Indirect effects underscore the importance of visitor satisfaction in maximizing the impact of destination attributes. Conclusion: This study shows that Visitor Satisfaction helps explain how Destination Image and Amenities influence Revisit Intention at the Balaputra Dewa Museum, adding to knowledge in tourism and destination management. Limitations: The study is limited to one museum, which may reduce its applicability to other cultural or tourism sites. The cross-sectional data does not reflect long-term changes in visitor perceptions. Contributions: This research contributes to tourism management literature by emphasizing the role of destination image and amenities in fostering visitor satisfaction and revisit intention, providing insights for museum managers and policymakers. Novelty: The study introduces Visitor Satisfaction as an intervening variable, offering a deeper understanding of how satisfaction bridges the relationship between Destination Image and Amenities with Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Penelitian kuantitatif umumnya ditujukan untuk membuat generalisasi dari hasil analisis dan penelitiannya dapat di replikasi, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Sumatera Bagian Barat, pengambilan sample menggunakan rumus Slovin Jumlah data sebanyak 194 responden yang diambil melalui kuisioner google form dengan menggunakan metode analisis data partial least square (PLS). Berdasarkan uji statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Minat dan Motivasi pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Kanwil DJBC Sumbagbar, Minat pendidikan dan Motivasi pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan pada Kanwil DJBC Sumbagbar, Kebijakan berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan SDM pegawai pada Kanwil DJBC Sumbagbar, serta Kebijakan juga menjadi mediasi antara variabel minat pendidikan terhadap pengembangan SDM pegawai di lingkungan Kanwil DJBC Sumbagbar.

Abstract

Purpose: Analyse and prove the effect of work environment, creativity, and motivation on performance. Methodology: The research was conducted for 4 months, namely October 2024 - January 2025. The type of research is quantitative research. The research population was ASN in the Department of Industry and Trade of Kupang City as many as 93 employees. The entire population became the research sample with saturated sampling technique. The technique of obtaining data was carried out with a Likert scale questionnaire, observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of data obtained are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression, with the stages of instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Results: The results showed that work environment, creativity, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of work environment variables, creativity, and motivation to performance is 94.5%. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of work environment, creativity, and motivation has been in accordance with the needs of the organization, thus having an impact on employee performance. These three variables need to be maintained and increased exogeneity so that they have an endogeneity effect on employee performance. Novelty: This research contributes to developing comprehensive human resource management science and further research in this field.  Originality: Improving employee performance in government organizations can be done by simultaneously paying attention to aspects of work environment, creativity, and motivation. Conclusion: The implementation of work environment, creativity, and motivation in the scope of Disperindag Kota Kupang needs to be maintained and improved because it has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Purpose: Analyse and prove the effect of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style on the performance of the waste crew of the Kupang City Environmental and Hygiene Service. Methodology: This research is classified as quantitative research. The research population was 103 employees, and the entire population was sampled using the saturated sample technique. The types of research data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, closed questionnaire interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis Results: workload and emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on performance. Performance is not influenced by leadership style. Performance is simultaneously influenced by workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style. The contribution of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style is 70.2% to performance, which means the correlation between variables is ‘strong’. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style has been in accordance with the needs of the organization, thus having an impact on employee performance. These three variables need to be maintained and increased exogeneity so that they have an endogeneity effect on employee performance. Novelty: This research contributes to developing comprehensive human resource management science and further research in this field.  Originality: Improving employee performance in government organizations can be done by simultaneously paying attention to aspects of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style.
