Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the mindset and practical skills students need to navigate the ever-evolving workplace. However, learning practices that focus too heavily on theory lead to suboptimal development of entrepreneurial skills. This study aims to analyze a learning management model that can strengthen students’ motivation, creativity, and entrepreneurial competency. This study employed a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Thematic analysis was used to process the data through six phases: identifying the data, developing initial codes, identifying and reviewing themes, and producing a final report. The results indicate that hands-on experience, entrepreneurial projects, mentoring, and community collaboration play a significant role in shaping students’ business attitudes and skills. This model has been shown to enhance their independence, problem-solving abilities, and practical readiness for entrepreneurship. However, challenges such as limited facilities and the need for teacher training remain. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to the development of entrepreneurial learning management and offer an applicable model that other schools can adapt.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of educational technology in the process of transformation of the madrasah. The aim is to understand the impact of the use of technology in madrasah education, as well as to give recommendations to improve the effectiveness of its implementation. The research focuses on how technology can be used to enrich learning processes, improve administrative efficiency, and support distance learning. The method used in this research is the method of literature study, i.e. by collecting, analyzing, and concluding various literary sources related to research topics. These data sources include scientific articles, journals, books, research reports, and other relevant online documentation. The results of this study show that the use of technology in madrasah education has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning and wider access to learning resources. However, the research also found challenges in its implementation, including the uneven technological infrastructure and the need for technological training for teachers.

Abstract

however, in the contemporary global context it faces serious challenges due to digitalization, globalization, and increasing cultural diversity. While traditional learning models emphasize sanad, talaqqi, and spiritual discipline, modern approaches increasingly adopt digital platforms and blended learning. This study aims to analyze and synthesize the development of Qur’anic learning models from a global perspective by examining the dialectical relationship between traditional and modern approaches in Eastern and Western contexts. This research employs a qualitative document-based method using narrative and comparative analysis of international journal articles, academic books, and research reports published between 2015 and 2025. The data were analyzed thematically through coding, categorization, and critical synthesis. The findings indicate that traditional models such as Baghdadiyah, Iqro’, Qira’ati, and talaqqi-musyafahah remain essential in preserving the authenticity of recitation and spiritual depth, while digital and hybrid models enhance accessibility, flexibility, and learner engagement. These findings confirm that the sustainability of Qur’anic education in the global era depends on the development of an integrative–hybrid model that balances spiritual continuity and pedagogical innovation.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) in higher education is a key element in creating educational institutions capable of adapting to global changes in the 21st-century education era. The vision of 21st-century education demands new skills, such as technological literacy, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, which must be integrated into the education system, including in higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of HRD policies in higher education institutions in East Kalimantan and evaluate how these policies support the 21st-century education vision. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method involving several higher education institutions in East Kalimantan. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, involving key stakeholders such as university leaders, faculty, and administrative staff. The data analysis was conducted descriptively using thematic analysis to understand the patterns and processes of HRD policy implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of HRD policies in higher education institutions in East Kalimantan still faces various challenges, particularly regarding limited technological infrastructure and training resources. However, some universities have taken strategic steps to strengthen faculty and staff competencies through professional development programs aligned with the needs of 21st-century education. These policies have also begun to integrate digital literacy and 21st-century skills into teacher training and development. This study concludes that although the HRD policies in East Kalimantan’s higher education institutions have supported the 21st-century education vision, their implementation still requires improvement, especially in terms of relevant technology and curricula. The study also provides recommendations for policymakers to enhance the synergy between HRD and global demands in education through more comprehensive and sustainable policies.

Abstract

Education of holistik is prestigious approach for forming of chlid character. A lot of the role of family in forming of chlid character. Family as foundation and bases which must be supported by education institute and public. Cultural and structural approach to be implemented with seriousness, plan and aim. Education strategy of family character with byword, inuring and teaching in istiqomah. Condition of morale friction and behavior can be overcome of course hardly depended from our awareness together to strive it. Education of holistik is synergistic education between Iessons in school with reality in public.

Abstract

Achievement reached by someone depend on motivation owned by it. Gains strength motivation owned, increasingly serious and persistent of business to reach purpose, height would also achievement reached. There is three important element; (1) that motivation starts the happening of change of energi neurofisiologis in every man, (2) motivation is marked with taste appearance (feeling), affection of someone who is determining man behaviour, (3) motivation is marked with reaction of reach purpose. In the requirement of achievement theory,  affiliates, in command (need for power) in having responsibility and prestigious. Teacher and students have motivation and creative in solving problem.
