Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan badan permusyawaratan desa dalam proses legislasi pembuatan peraturan desa khususnya di desa Dolok Margu. Yang dimana, terdapat 3 tahapan dalam pembuatan peraturan desa yaitu, yang pertama tahap inisiasi(perumusan), yang kedua tahap sosio-politis (tahap pembahasan), dan yang terakhir tahap yuridis (penetapan/pengesahan). Adapun yang menjadi teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam proses legislasi pembuatan peraturan desa di desa Dolok Margu, peran badan permusyawaratan desa masih harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Adapun yang menjadi faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi badan permusyawaratan desa di desa Dolok Margu dalam menjalankan perannya adalah faktor sosial budaya yang disingkat dengan Martabe. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat dan kendala di dalam proses pembuatan peraturan desa Dolok Margu adalah sumber daya manusia, evaluasi yang lambat dari pemerintah kabupaten, dan kurangnya koordinasi antara badan permusyawaratan desa dan kepala desa

Abstract

Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Peran Pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan strategi potensi pariwisata desa Hilisimaetano , yang dimana dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa, memperkenalkan keunikan dan kekayaan budaya Indonesia kepada wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan dekriptif Kualitatif, Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, Adapun informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Hilisimaetano sebagai Informan Kunci, Sekretaris Desa sebagai informan Utama, dan Masyarakat sebagai informan tambahan. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukan bahwa Strategi Pemerintah desa Hilisimaetano memiliki sifat berkelanjutan dengan memperhatikan kelesatrian budaya lokal, bahkan melibatkan Masyarakat desa dalam pengelolaan objek wisata sehingga masyakarakat mendapatkan manfaat dari pariwisata tersebut secara langsung. Dengan demikian desa wisata Hilisimaetano dapat merangsang dan mampu meningkatkan pendapat asli desa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the influence of price, quality and brand of thrifting products on purchasing decisions by students at Sambu Market, Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques and a purposive sampling approach with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students with thrifting purchases no later than the last year. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis which began with tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, coefficient of determination, F test and t test which were carried out using SPSS version 25. Based on the partial t test and simultaneous F test, it is known that the three independent variables Price, Quality and Brand have a positive and significant effect on thrifting purchasing decisions by students at Sambu Market, Medan City. Based on the coefficient of determination R2, it is known that the three independent variables explain data variability of 0.761% in purchasing decisions for thrifting products.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the impact of ease of use, service quality, and security perception on the decision to use BRImo among students at the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study is the students of the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula, resulting in 98 respondents. The sampling method used is a non-probability method with quota sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 25.0. This study has met validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, statistical tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ease of use, service quality, and security perception have a significant impact both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use BRImo among students at the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Capital and Entrepreneurial Attitude Influence Traders' Income in MMTC Market Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in the partial test section (t test) obtained a calculated t value on the capital variable of 3,252 where the value is> 1.66 and the significant value of the capital variable is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t on the entrepreneurial attitude variable is 1,235 where the value is> from the t table which is 1.66 and the significant value of the entrepreneurial attitude variable is 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted so based on these results it can be concluded that capital and entrepreneurial attitudes have a significant effect on income variables. And in the simultaneous test (F test) the calculated F value is 173,395 where> from the F table of 3.10 it can be concluded that the Capital and Entrepreneurial Attitude variables together have a significant effect on Income.

Abstract

Car Free Day (CFD) is a program that aims to reduce air pollution and increase public awareness of the importance of preserving the environment. This research aims to analyze the paradigm of the people of Medan City towards the Car Free Day program in an effort to preserve the environment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through observation and interviews with people who participate in Car Free Day. The research results show that the majority of people have a positive understanding of the Car Free Day program as a strategic step in reducing air pollution and supporting a healthy lifestyle. However, there are still challenges in implementing this program, such as a lack of active community participation, especially in protecting the environment, as well as a lack of outreach regarding the long-term benefits of Car Free Day. With this research, it is hoped that the government and other stakeholders can increase the effectiveness of the Car Free Day program through better communication strategies and the provision of more adequate facilities and infrastructure. Active community participation is also an important factor in the success of this program to preserve the environment in Medan City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Minister of Environment and Forestry Policy Number 14 of 2021 concerning Waste Management at the Mela Melket Waste Bank, Gundaling District 1. The research meth od used in this research is descriptive qualitative, using implementation theory according to Ripley and Franklin. The results of the research show that the implementation of waste management policies at the Mela Melket waste bank is still not optimal based on the level of compliance and smooth routine, while the performance results of the Mela Melket waste bank have decreased every year, such as an increase in the number of customers, an increase in the amount of waste managed and an increase in the amount of income. The presence of a waste bank can increase public awareness about the importance of managing waste well so that it can have a positive impact on the Gundaling 1 sub-district, such as reducing flooding which is currently a major problem, earning additional income, and keeping the environment safe and healthy.

Abstract

The internet provides tremendous educational benefits for students and also provides better communication, information, and social interaction opportunities for young people, but excessive internet use can lead to negative psychological addiction. This study aims to quantitatively describe the tendency of internet addiction in the population of students majoring in Public Administration from the class of 2020, 2021, and 2022. The total sample taken was 142 people, including all students from the three batches. The data analysis method applied in this research is the crosstab or cross tabulation analysis technique. The data analysis process involved the use of SPSS V.25 statistical software. From the results of the analysis of gender and range of addiction, it can be seen that the majority of respondents, both males (66.7%) and females (69.9%), experience a moderate level of internet addiction, especially social media. The number of respondents who experienced moderate addiction reached 98 out of a total of 142 respondents. In the analysis of respondents' age groups and range of addiction, it can be seen that three age groups dominate, namely 19, 20 and 21 years old. Of the 28 respondents aged 19, 17 of them experienced moderate addiction. In the 20-year-old age group, out of 43 respondents, 33 were classified as moderately addicted. While in the 21-year-old age group, out of 37 respondents, 26 of them also showed a moderate level of addiction. Furthermore, the tendency of internet addiction in college students is dominated by two main aspects: characteristics and excessive use. Students who feel attached to the internet tend to always think about and find it difficult to control their use. Keywords: Tendency; Addiction; Internet; College Students
