Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, workenvironment, and competence on the performance of managers of procurement ofgoods/services with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Ministry of Health. Thedata used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 145employees managing the procurement of goods/services of the Ministry of Health asrespondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Structural EquationModeling (SEM) with AMOS was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of thedirect influence analysis showed that leadership, work environment and competence had apositive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while organizational culture had anegative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership, organizational culture andwork environment have a positive and insignificant effect on performance, while competenceand job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of theindirect influence analysis show that leadership, organizational culture, work environmentand competence have a positive and significant effect on performance through jobsatisfaction.

Abstract

Green halal tourism memadukan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan prinsip halal memiliki potensi yang besar seiring dengan pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata halal. Namun, pengembangannya belum menyeluruh hanya terbatas pada green tourism tanpa konsep halal tourism begitu pun sebaliknya. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta menetapkan destinasi percontohan wisata halal salah satunya Setu Babakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemetaan green halal tourism dan menganalisis green halal tourism dengan metode SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan  data pada penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan  SWOT.  Sumber data pada penelitian ini primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa objek wisata Setu Babakan Jakarta berada pada posisi growth and build sehingga strategi yang harus dilakukan bersifat growth oriented untuk menggali peluang baru dan meningkatkan pelayanan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School. The research subject is the principal of Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School Tasikmalaya because the principal is a leader and policy maker at school and must have a specific strategy regarding every policy he takes to deliver those goals. The goal of this research is to analyze the strategy used by the principal in preparing the generation to enter the era of society 5.0. A qualitative approach was employed in this research, and interviews, observations, and literature reviews were used as data collection techniques. The informants were the principal, head of the school team, teachers, and Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School students. The result of this research is the strategy of the principal in preparing the generation for the era of Society 5.0 is carried out through the development of the school's human resource program (character program, STEAM, and life skills) and cooperation with the stakeholders who have the same goals with the school. By implementing this strategy, the abilities of Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School students have increasingly developed according to the personality expected in the era of society 5.0, namely creative, critical, communicative, and collaborative.

Abstract

The significance of health condition information regarding cooperatives for the management cooperative's continued existence or for third parties, including the general public and customers. By obtaining information regarding the cooperative's health condition, an assessment can be made of the cooperative's financial standing, whether it is deemed favorable or unfavorable, as well as its management and operational conditions. This data can then be utilized as a basis for future evaluations or decision-making by the cooperative. The present study employs the CAMELS method, which encompasses Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, and Sensitivity to Market Risk, to evaluate the soundness level of cooperatives. The objective of this study is to compare and contrast the cooperative health analysis method and the CAMELS method in terms of the health status of cooperatives. Descriptive comparative analysis was employed to examine a subset of cooperative financial reports spanning the years 2019 to 2022. This study employed descriptive statistics, a test for normality, and a paired sample t-test for analysis. Upon conducting an analysis utilizing descriptive statistics, normality tests, and paired sample t-tests, the distinction between the CAMELS method and the cooperative health analysis will become apparent. According to the results of the analysis test, the two approaches did not differ significantly. The fact that the acquisition of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.881 indicates this. Where 0.881 is greater than 0.05. Consequently, no statistically significant distinction can be drawn between the two methods of cooperative health analysis.

Abstract

Household waste has become a serious global problem. However, the environmental impact of household waste is in the form of detergent waste, where the use of detergent sometimes exceeds the dosage, causing much more foam. The Lerak fruit is a natural ingredient that can be used as raw material for environmentally friendly soap. This community service aims to analyze the potential of lerak fruit as a raw material for environmentally friendly soap for Jagakarsa MSMEs. This PKM activity was carried out by providing outreach to the community in the Jagakarsa area with 13 participants. Therefore, the main aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and provide training on the use of environmentally friendly lerak soap to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of Jagakarsa MSME members. This activity is a real contribution to the independence and empowerment of Jagakarsa MSMEs. This community service also has a questionnaire and provides positive feedback for Jagakarsa MSMEs.ABSTRAKLimbah rumah tangga telah menjadi permasalahan global yang serius. Namun dampak lingkungan dari limbah rumah tangga berupa limbah detergen yang dimana penggunaan detergen terkadang melebihi takaran menimbulkan buih yang jauh lebih banyak. Adapun Buah Lerak yang merupakan bahan alami yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku sabun ramah lingkungan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi buah lerak sebagai bahan baku sabun ramah lingkungan pada UMKM Jagakarsa. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di daerah Jagakarsa dengan peserta sebanyak 13 Orang. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan sabun lerak ramah lingkungan untuk mendorong jiwa berwirausaha dan keterampilan para anggota UMKM Jagakarsa. Kegiatan ini sebagai kontribusi nyata dalam memandirikan dan memberdayakan para UMKM Jagakarsa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memiliki kuesioner dan memberikan feedback yang positif bagi para UMKM Jagakarsa.

Abstract

The large role of MSMEs in the growth of the Indonesian economy. The results of products that have been produced are better known to the public, so it is necessary to immediately carry out marketing, both conventional marketing and digital marketing. Digital marketing is a promotional activity for a brand or product using digital media connected to the internet. Partners are students at the Sirojul Huda Islamic Boarding School which is located in East Bogor District, Bogor City. There are several obstacles to the chosen object, such as the students have never received additional knowledge about how to start a business and the application of technology as a marketing medium. PKM activities aim to increase knowledge of marketing technology using digital media for the students of Pondok Sirojul Huda. The method of implementing service is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The results of the service activities provide insight for the students so that they are better prepared to determine their business and make it easier for the students to market their products through digital marketing. The conclusion of this service activity is providing new knowledge and skills for students in digital media

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation Rate, SBI Interest Rate, Rupiah / US Dollar exchange rate on the JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2019. This study uses an associative quantitative approach which is intended to examine the relationship and influence between macroeconomic factors variables on the JII stock price index variable. Meanwhile, the analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that only the rupiah/US dollar exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the JII stock price index. While macroeconomic factors such as Gross Domestic Product, Inflation Rate, SBI Interest Rate have no significant effect on the JII stock price index.

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is part of an important sector in a country's economy, which contributes significantly to foreign exchange earnings. Currently, halal tourism is starting to develop to meet the demands of Muslim tourists, one of which is halal marine tourism. In this study, the object of research is interest in halal maritime tourism. in Jakarta. The factors studied were accommodation, facilities, transportation, halal food and drinks. The purpose of this study is how accommodation, facilities, transportation, food and halal drinks affect the interest in halal maritime tourism in Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to tourists visiting marine tourism in Jakarta. Processing data with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the accommodation, halal food and beverage factors had an effect on the interest in halal maritime tourism in Jakarta, while the facilities and transportation factors had no effect on the interest in halal maritime tourism in Jakarta. It is hoped that from this research the number of interests in halal maritime tourism in Jakarta will increase when accommodation, halal food and drinks have increased both in terms of quantity and quality. There needs to be a special increase in terms of facilities and transportation so that it can be a concern for tourists who want to travel halal maritime in Jakarta. Keywords:  Halal Marine Tourism; Interest ;Tourism Determinan   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh akomodasi, fasilitas, transportasi, makanan dan minuman halal terhadap minat berwisata halal bahari di Jakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif , teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada wisatawan yang berkunjung di wisata Bahari di Jakarta.Pengolahan data dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor akomodasi, makanan dan minuman halal berpengaruh terhadap minat berwisata halal bahari di Jakarta, sedangkan factor fasilitas dan trasportasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwisata halal Bahari di Jakarta. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini jumlah minat berwisata halal bahari di Jakarta akan meningkat ketika akomodasi, makanan dan minuman halal mengalami peningkatan baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Perlu adanya peningkatan khusus pada segi fasilitas dan transportasi agar dapat menjadi perhatian bagi wisatawan yang ingin berwisata halal bahari di Jakarta. Abstract

Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village (PBB) is a betawi-nuanced tourist area developed by the local government of Jakarta and is planned to become a halal tourist destination. This study aims to determine whether the UN Setu Babakan tourist destination implemented Sharia principles as criteria set by the Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI). To ensure that the analysis results are valid and credible and can be applied by the management of PBB Setu Babakan, research was conducted using primary data with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The respondents were tourists at the UN Setu Babakan, Muslim, and over 17 years of age.  The sample consisted of 130 respondents, most of whom were under 20 years of age, high school, and student education. The results showed that according to respondents, services that need to be improved are hotels, SPAs, saunas and massages, travel bureaus and tour guides, many of which are not halal certified, so tourists hesitate to use these services.  These findings are expected to facilitate managers and local governments to develop the right strategy so that visitors to Setu Babakan increase by improving facilities that are lacking.   Perkampungan Budaya Betawi (PBB) Setu Babakan merupakan daerah wisata bernuansa Betawi yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah daerah Jakarta, yang direncanakan akan menjadi destinasi wisata halal.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah destinasi wisata PBB Setu Babakan telah benar-benar menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah sebagaimana kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI). Untuk itu menjamin hasil analisis valid, kredibel dan dapat diterapkan oleh fihak manajemen PBB Setu Babakan maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan data primer, dengan analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Responden yang diambil adalah wisatawan di PBB Setu Babakan dan beragama Islam dan usia diatas 17 tahun. Sampel terkumpul sebanyak 130 responden, sebagian besar berusia dibawah 20 tahun, pendidikan high school dan student. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut responden layanan yang perlu diperbaiki adalah hotel, SPA, sauna dan massage, travel bureau dan tour guide banyak yang belum tersertifikasi halal, sehingga wisatawan ragu-ragu untuk menggunakan layanan tersebut. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi pengelola dan pemerintah setempat untuk membuat strategi yang tepat agar pengunjung setu babakan meningkat dengan memperbaiki fasilitas yang kurang.

Abstract

Sustainable business refers to business practices that pay attention to social and environmental impacts in addition to financial returns. This research was conducted in Depok, West Java, as a satellite city of Jakarta, with a focus on halal culinary development. The factors studied include Halal Certification, Halal Practice Compliance, Green Marketing, and Performance of Halal Culinary MSMEs. Halal Culinary MSMEs ensure that all processes and ingredients comply with Islamic sharia principles, important for consumer confidence and improving the performance of the halal industry. The research objective is to measure the performance of Culinary MSMEs through halal certification, halal practice compliance, and green marketing. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a questionnaire to MSME players in Depok and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that halal certification and green marketing have a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Depok, while compliance with halal practices has a positive but insignificant effect. Recommendations include improving halal certification access and processes, education on halal practice compliance, and effective green marketing strategies to support sustainable halal culinary development.
