Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis financial distress pada bank umum syariah diIndonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak11 bank umum syariah dengan data yang mencakup periode 2012-2016 . Data dianalisisdengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score modifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa: (1) bank umum syariah yang dikategorikan sehat terdiri dari empat bank di tahun2012, empat bank di tahun 2013, lima bank di tahun 2014, enam bank di tahun 2015, danempat bank di tahun 2016; (2) bank umum syariah yang berada di dalam grey area terdiridari tujuh bank di tahun 2012, tujuh bank di tahun 2013, enam bank di tahun 2014, limabank di tahun 2015, dan tujuh bank di tahun 2016; (3) bank umum syariah yang secarakonsisten dikategorikan sehat selama periode 2012-2016 adalah Bank Panin Syariah danBCA Syariah; dan (4) bank umum syariah yang selalu berada di grey area selama periode2012-2016 adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, BankSyariah Bukopin dan BNI Syariah.

Abstract

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial health at Islamic Commercial Banks in MethodologyIndonesia using the CAMEL method which consists of Capital, Assets, Management, Earning and Liquidity in the period 2014-2018.The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT. BNI Syariah Bank. Findings . Based on the results of an analysis of the level of soundness of a bank using the CAMEL Method in terms of calculating known ratios from the analysis of Capital, Capital, Asset (Earning Quality), Earning (Rentability) of the two Sharia Commercial Banks in 2014-2018 are all in the second healthy predicate except for the Management (Liquid) and Liquidity (Liquidity) factors of the two Sharia Commercial Banks which started in 2014-2018 all are in reasonably healthy condition. Suggestion For customers and potential investors, these two Islamic Commercial Banks can be used as an option to invest their funds because seen from all aspects of the weight of CAMEL, the average is in a healthy condition.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of green marketing strategies in Muslim culinary MSMEs in Depok. The problem identified is the lack of awareness and implementation of environmentally friendly practices in the MSME culinary business which has an impact on environmental sustainability and the attraction of consumers who care about the environment. Green marketing is measured by the factors of green product, green price, green place, and green promotion.The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of green product, green price, green place, and green promotion that can influence Muslim culinary MSMEs in the Depok area. This type of research with a quantitative descriptive research approach with primary data sources and data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to culinary MSME players who live in Depok City. Data analysis using factor analysis. The results showed that in the green marketing factors that influence Muslim culinary MSMEs in Depok, a total of four factors were created: factors 1, 2, 3, and 4. Green product, green price, green place, and green promotion tools make up each of these factors. There are only 2 factors that are considered to represent the four factors formed, namely factor 1 and factor 2.

Abstract

As one of the industries engaged in the business and financial sector, banks are certainly required to keep abreast of developments by advances in technology and information. The application of digitalization in the banking industry, especially Sharia Banking, is expected to create speed, convenience, flexibility, and convenience in non-cash transactions in society. This service activity aims to educate the public regarding the benefits and advantages of Sharia Digital Banking products and non-cash transactions. The participatory community empowerment method uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. As a result of this activity, the public will receive new and accurate information on the use of Digital Banking products and be careful in non-cash transactions to avoid various financial crimes and increase public perception and knowledge of the development of Islamic Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Based on initial observations carried out at I, the results showed that as many as 70% of students did not understand the Field Work Practice procedures, where the Field Work Practice activity schedule was not immediately socialized at the beginning of the semester. Job on training program (PKL) are an important part of the process in implementing education at vocational schools. The aim of the PKL is to increase the competency of vocational school students in accordance with the needs of the industrial world. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of PKL to determine the suitability of implementing the PKL with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Researchers used qualitative methods, data was obtained from interview data with relevant respondents at SMKN 1 Rejotangan and SMKN 2 Tulungagung and also through literature study and documentation that supports this research. Evaluation of the Context of the On job training program for Vocational School Students Competency in Office Automation and Management Skills, the relevance of the PKL Program to the school curriculum and the needs and opportunities as a Program follow-up from street vendors has been carried out well. Evaluation of Inputs which includes the readiness of students. Evaluation of the process which includes student participation, utilization of time for implementing PKL. Evaluation of the implementation which includes increasing student competency after carrying out PKL and the impact of this PKL activity on the student's job placement after graduating from school has been achieved with Good.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of perceptions and attitudes on halal tourism literacy which is mediated by interest in visiting halal tourist destinations. This research uses a quantitative approach design with the Partial Least Square/PLS-SEM method, namely analysis used to develop or predict an existing theory. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online and offline to visitors to tourist destinations in the Depok City Area as a satellite city of Indonesia. The population in this study were all visitors to halal tourist destinations under the guidance of the Depok City government, with samples selected using purposive sampling techniques. The number of research samples used was 101 people. The research results show that people's perceptions, attitudes and interest in halal tourism have a positive influence on halal tourism literacy. People's perceptions and attitudes towards halal tourism can each have a direct or indirect influence on halal tourism literacy and interest in halal tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job stress, and compensation onjob satisfaction and pilot performance at PT. Wings Abadi Airlines. The analyticalmethod used is descriptive and inferential analysis with the method of StructuralEquational Model (SEM). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, workenvironment, and competence on the performance of managers of procurement ofgoods/services with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Ministry of Health. Thedata used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 145employees managing the procurement of goods/services of the Ministry of Health asrespondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Structural EquationModeling (SEM) with AMOS was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of thedirect influence analysis showed that leadership, work environment and competence had apositive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while organizational culture had anegative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership, organizational culture andwork environment have a positive and insignificant effect on performance, while competenceand job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of theindirect influence analysis show that leadership, organizational culture, work environmentand competence have a positive and significant effect on performance through jobsatisfaction.

Abstract

Green halal tourism memadukan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan prinsip halal memiliki potensi yang besar seiring dengan pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata halal. Namun, pengembangannya belum menyeluruh hanya terbatas pada green tourism tanpa konsep halal tourism begitu pun sebaliknya. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta menetapkan destinasi percontohan wisata halal salah satunya Setu Babakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemetaan green halal tourism dan menganalisis green halal tourism dengan metode SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan  data pada penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan  SWOT.  Sumber data pada penelitian ini primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa objek wisata Setu Babakan Jakarta berada pada posisi growth and build sehingga strategi yang harus dilakukan bersifat growth oriented untuk menggali peluang baru dan meningkatkan pelayanan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School. The research subject is the principal of Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School Tasikmalaya because the principal is a leader and policy maker at school and must have a specific strategy regarding every policy he takes to deliver those goals. The goal of this research is to analyze the strategy used by the principal in preparing the generation to enter the era of society 5.0. A qualitative approach was employed in this research, and interviews, observations, and literature reviews were used as data collection techniques. The informants were the principal, head of the school team, teachers, and Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School students. The result of this research is the strategy of the principal in preparing the generation for the era of Society 5.0 is carried out through the development of the school's human resource program (character program, STEAM, and life skills) and cooperation with the stakeholders who have the same goals with the school. By implementing this strategy, the abilities of Parahyangan Mulia Junior High School students have increasingly developed according to the personality expected in the era of society 5.0, namely creative, critical, communicative, and collaborative.
