Abstract

Education at school is very important for a student to develop the potential he has. To maximize this potential, a strategy is needed that suits the needs of each student. Teachers are required to recognize and understand the various characteristics of students, in order to maximize the strategies needed by students. For this reason, the use of the Differented Instruction strategy is utilized to accommodate the diverse needs of these students. The Differented Instruction strategy is a method used to adapt the various characteristics of students to learning and assessment, which does not only use one strategy but combines several suitable strategies. The purpose of this research is to find out that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies is very beneficial for the diverse needs of students. By maximizing this strategy can have a major positive impact on the development of student education. As proficient they optimize their abilities to be more productive and creative. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The data obtained is through the distribution of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was made using the Google form application. The results of this study explain that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of students in order to maximize their own potential, understand how to do assignments in a fun way, and be able to learn according to the needs of each student with a variety of backgrounds. So that the various knowledge given by the teacher can be absorbed optimally. The conclusion from this study is that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate student needs is very effectively used in learning. The limitation of this research is that researchers only conduct this research at the school/madrasah level which incidentally requires a new strategy in learning such as the use of this Differentiated Instruction strategy.

Abstract

The implementation of housing policy in the form of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) in Indonesia is still not fully in line with expectations. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of supervision and distribution on the satisfaction of people receiving the BSPS program in Cakura Village. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation technique. The results of the research conclude that there is a positive influence from supervision (X1) on the level of satisfaction of the community receiving the program (Y) in Cakura Village. However, this influence is very small and not significant, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.343 and a significance level of 0.206. There is a positive influence from distribution (X2) on the satisfaction of program recipients (Y) in Cakura Village. Like the influence of the PPK supervisory role, the influence of the TFL distribution task is also very low as indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.477 and the significance level of 0.035. There is an influence of supervision and distribution together on community satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 0.578. This means that changes that occur in variable Y (community satisfaction) can be determined by changes that occur in variables X1 (supervision) and X2 (distribution) amounting to 57.8%. Meanwhile, the remainder, amounting to 0.422 or 42.7% of the change in variable Y is determined by other variables that are not included in the regression equation model.

Abstract

Abstract. As the world's largest Muslim-majority country, Indonesia presents its Islamic Economic Landscape in the 2019-2024 Sharia Economic Masterplan, which features halal cosmetics as one of the six highlighted clusters. The leading research shows that Muslim women have expressed concerns regarding cosmetic product compliance with halal standards. This study aims to explore the specific purchase intentions of Indonesian Muslim young women regarding halal lip cosmetics, focusing on their preferences and behavioral intentions on a popular e-commerce platform (Shopee). This research object is Generation Z and Y Muslim women in Indonesia, totaling 210 respondents. This research employs a quantitative data analysis approach using the Smart-PLS 3.2.9 Variance-Based Structural Equation Model. All hypotheses significantly and positively affect the purchase intention of halal lip cosmetics on shopee. The findings indicate that the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables (Attitude- SubjectiveNorm- Perceived Behavioral Control) can still be applied to examine the behavioral intentions of young Indonesian Muslim women regarding the purchase of halal lip cosmetics. In addition, the extended variables of TPB (E-WOM and Brand Image) emerged as positive predictors of behavioral intention, indicating that further investigation of other variables as potential extensions of TPB is needed. Keywords: E-WOM, brand image, theory of planned behavior, purchase intention, shopee, halal lip cosmetics. Kata kunci: E-WOM, citra merek, theory of planned behavior, niat beli, shopee, kosmetik bibir halal

Abstract

Due to their benefits, fermented beverages combined with fruits have become a trend among health-conscious consumers. However, the taste may not always meet consumer expectations, hence the need for packaging design that can attract consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of product design attraction and brand image provision on purchase intention toward the offered product design. The population size of the study is unknown; therefore, convenience sampling is used. The data obtained is processed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that brand image plays an important role in increasing purchase intention, and attractiveness has a strong influence on brand image. However, attractiveness does not have a significant direct influence on purchase intention. This shows the importance of strengthening brand image to drive consumer purchase intention, while attractiveness can be used as a tool to improve brand image.

Abstract

X is a company engaged in manufacturing and it is necessary to do a performance measurement in improving supply chain management to be an environmentally friendly Green Supply Chain management. The purpose of this study is to determine the current condition of the company's SCM and then analyze the value of the performance of green supply chain management and propose improvements to the company after knowing the most influential indicators in order to improve the performance of green supply management in the company. Based on the problems studied, the method used in the study is to measure the performance of the company's supply chain using the Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) method. The initial hierarchy model of performance measurement is adjusted to the condition of the company to measure the performance of its supply chain, while the normalization of Snorm De Boer serves to equalize the matrix value used as an indicator of measurement. The importance of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with subjective questionnaires using AHP. SCM Conditions of PT. X it is known that there are two stages of SCM that have low KPI values, namely manufacturing and distribution. Green supply chain performance measurement results obtained that the calculated performance value is 67.95. This value indicates that the achievement of the performance of the green supply chain management is classified as average and needs to be improved, especially for indicators that have low values

Abstract

This research compares two methods of Decision Support System, namely: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), by taking a case study regarding the tender process of MNC television transmission stations for Denpasar locations. Based on four main criteria, namely: price, quality, service and reliability in determining the winner of the tender followed by three alternative participants (PT. Axx, PT. Nx and PT. Lxx). Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling or judgment sampling method based on the consideration of the personnel (informants) involved directly or indirectly in the tender process. The final result of the calculation using the AHP method shows that the alternative priorities ranked 1st to 3rd are PT. Axx total value of 0.592, PT. Nx total value of 0.274 and PT. Lxx total value of 0.134. While the calculation using the SAW method obtained an alternative priority ranking 1st to 3rd is PT. Axx total value of 0.95325, PT. Nx total value of 0.92185 and PT. Lxx total value is 0.71585. Quality criteria are the main priority in the selection of vendors, reliability, service and price criteria are the next priorities. The final score results obtained from various calculations are not the same, which indicates that the maturity of the data that is processed to become accurate information is different. The SAW method is more widely used because the calculation process is easier to understand, fast and simple than the AHP method. Whereas AHP is superior in data accuracy, because the value of criteria weights is not arbitrarily determined, but is generated based on calculations.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine how attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, perceived utility, and convenience of use, as mediated by operational services, affect decisions to buy electric cars in the Jabodetabek region.Methodology: This study falls under the area of quantitatively based explanatory research. Customers who deal with different brands of electric automobiles in Jabodetabek make up the research population. 105 responders made up the sample under analysis. Smart PLS software version 3.0 was used to analyze the data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Results: The results of the study demonstrate that people's decisions to purchase electric vehicles are considerably and favorably influenced by their attitudes, behavioral control, and perceived usefulness. However, subjective norms and perceived ease of use do not have a favorable and significant impact on the decision to purchase. Furthermore, even while operational services are thought to be more than sufficient, they neither mediate nor affect the relationship between the decision to purchase an electric car and behavioral control, attitude, subjective norms, perceived utility, and ease of use. Conclusion: Operational services cannot mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control with electric car purchase decisions. However, operational services remain an important aspect to ensure consumer satisfaction.
