Abstract

The internet has been used by various circles of society, including Micro, small and medium Enterprises entrepreneurs in the regions. However, the lack of insight and education for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises entrepreneurs causes not optimal use of the internet in supporting business processes in order to increase the profits achieved by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. One of the uses of the internet in business management is digital marketing. Digital Marketing is a form of marketing or promotion of a product using digital media or the internet with the aim of attracting consumers quickly. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted, it was found that there were problems where MSME actors were still selling products manually and had not done marketing through digital marketing. The implementation method used is training with the aim of increasing the understanding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Traditional Cakes about digital marketing in Junti Kaum Hamlet. The activities include providing counseling on digital marketing to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, training on making digital stores and training in marketing publications. This activity is carried out as a form of community service through Real Work Lectures organized by the 45 Bekasi Islamic University Research and Service Institute.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu metode budidaya sayuran dengan memanfaatkan media air tanpa menggunakan tanah. Metode ini menjadi solusi bagi penduduk RT.001 RW.003 Blok Campuan yang tidak memiliki lahan pekarangan luas. Namun penduduk di blok campuan belum memiliki pengetahuan terkait metode hidroponik tersebut. Tim pengabdian Universitas Islam 45’ Bekasi, bermaksud untuk membantu penduduk dalam berbudidaya dengan metode hidroponik dengan melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pengenalan tanaman hidroponik, cara membuat tanaman hidroponik, cara merawatnya dan juga memasarkan produknya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar penduduk mampu memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah yang ada dan dapat menjadi peluang ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan penduduk perihal hidroponik dan keterampilan penduduk dalam mengelola pekarangan yang sempit. Selain itu, menjadi peluang usaha baru melalui budidaya tanaman hidroponik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat

Abstract

This community service activity aims to obtain alternative natural products as cleaning fluids, disinfectants, and to reduce plastic waste, as well as recycle it using plastic bottles to make something useful during the COVID-19 pandemic and reduce the impact of environmental pollution. The method of implementation begins with collecting data and information, coordinating with the head of RT12 in self-help gang 3 and with mothers in self-help gang 3, the preparation stage and training activities for mothers in self-help gang 3. Innovation and creativity in making eco-enzymes and ecobrick, is present as the best solution for housewives in processing organic and inorganic waste into something more useful. The housewives have new activities, can save more expenses and indirectly help the cleaners in sorting household waste into organic and inorganic waste. Through this activity, it is hoped that housewives can be more creative and innovative in processing household waste in the future.

Abstract

The development of Islamic Financial Institutions over the last few decades has experienced a significant increase. This increase should be followed by the provision of human resources that are useful as motors in these Islamic financial institutions. The Islamic Banking Department is one of the main partners in the Islamic finance industry in ensuring the availability of human resources. The curriculum that is used as learning outcomes must be synergized with the industrial world and market needs. A link and match synergy between higher education service providers with output in the form of competent graduates and the availability of jobs is urgently needed. Islamic University 45 with a major in Islamic banking carried out stages in designing a curriculum involving associations, representatives of Islamic financial institutions, representatives of Vocational Schools, Alumni and Experts in order to obtain a curriculum that is able to adapt to changes and market needs. The steps for compiling the curriculum are in accordance with systematic stages and reduce the gap between the world of education and the world of the Islamic finance industry.

Abstract

Idhul Adha is a holiday for Muslims around the world where on that day there is an activity, namely the slaughter of sacrificial animals, but there are issues and focuses that are faced first, the lack of knowledge of the general public about halal slaughter, second, namely the management of packaging and processing Qurbani meat. Community Service at the Faculty of Islamic Religion focuses on Eid al-Adha/qurban governance, especially in the management of sacrificial animals starting from slaughtering to packaging and processing of the meat. Community service activities related to halal slaughter training and qurban meat packaging and processing governance aim to improve skills and knowledge about halal slaughtering and management of qurban meat packaging and processing for the Sukaraja Village Community and the Management of the Al-ikhlas Mushala RT.06/RW.02. The Community Service Team of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University 45 (UNISMA) uses the training method. This activity was carried out offline by providing descriptions and examples indoors for the next stage to be practiced together with the residents of the Al-ikhlas Cibugel Mosque, Sumedang. The results of the implementation of community service activities which were manifested in the form of training on the slaughter and processing of halal and thoyyib sacrificial animals for the management of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in Cibugel, Sumedang as a whole ran smoothly and were able to increase public understanding. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm, active involvement, contentment in the discussions and practices of most of the management. Another impact that the community received from this activity was in the form of increasing the community's sense of belonging to their religion and nation, dividing some of the qurbani meat, increasing community sensitivity and the spirit of mutual cooperation which in Sundanese terms is known as the concept of sabilulungan.

Abstract

The problem experienced by the people of Sumberurip Village is the lack of knowledge and skills to process waste or waste. The people of Sumber Urip Village are divided into several areas of livelihood, but most of the livelihoods of the people of Sumber Urip Village are farmers. The condition of agricultural waste which causes a lot of pollution to the environment, especially rice husk waste or what is commonly known as bran is part of the grain grain in the form of dry, scaly, and inedible sheets, which protect the inside. Rice husk is one of the most beneficial agricultural wastes. However, farmers often think that the husks are agricultural waste that can only be used as fertilizer, ashes, or animal feed. Utilization of rice husk briquettes is one of the solutions in an effort to break down waste that can pollute the environment, and also as an effort to increase understanding, awareness and skills of the people of Sumberurip Village in dealing with waste that can pollute the environment around the village. Based on the problems above, KKN participants are interested in socializing the manufacture of briquettes made from rice husk. Rice husk is widely used as a material for making briquettes.

Abstract

Bank BTN Syariah is a strategic business unit of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Persero which focuses on improving business processes and the quality of the financing portfolio with sharia principles. However, there is a decline in the distribution of MultiManfaat (multi-merits) financing at BTN Syariah in the past year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, to find out the adjustments in the marketing of financing products, an evaluation of the marketing strategy is needed. The formulation of alternative marketing strategies through analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) can be used as a formulation tool in formulating corporate strategies, starting by identifying internal and external environmental factors. Furthermore, the IFAS and EFAS matrices were compiled which became the basis for the preparation of the SWOT matrix and IE matrix so that the distribution of MultiManfaat IB financing products can immediately meet the target, and become a successful consumer financing product demanded by BTN Syariah customers. The results of the present study state that the condition of BTN Syariah KC Bekasi is in the Grow and Build positions. Keyword: Evaluation, IFAS & EFAS, Marketing Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of BSM E-Money products according to the DSN MUI Fatwa on one of the products at Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection carri ed out through observation, interviews and documentation of two sources of informants, namely the Central Bank Syariah Mandiri Office and the DSN-MUI Institute Office. Data analysis techniques were carried out in three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that according to the DSN-MUI Fatwa, a product that has been legalized and marketed states that the product is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 116 because if the product is not in accordance with the existing Fatwa or violates the provisions, the Bank Indonesia Authority or OJK has the authority to reprimand or stop the product. According to Bank Syariah Mandiri, so far BSM E-Money products are still operating in accordance with existing regulations, it can be concluded that Products in Electronic Money transactions at Bank Syariah Mandiri have complied with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 116, approved by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and obtained a permit from Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The product complies with sharia principles and is declared in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa, only that there are sharia problems.

This study aims to 1) analyze the general operational description of Bank BTN Syariah kc Bekasi during the bank's operation during the pandemic. 2) identify the type of risk faced. 3) analyze the risk mitigation by Bank BTN Syariah KC Bekasi. 4) Recommend alternative strategies that can be implemented for Bank BTN Syariah as long as the bank operates during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research combined research with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used literature studies, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses the IFE, EFE, and Grand Strategy methods. The results of this study show that while operating during a pandemic, banks face operational, reputation, and financing risks. The results of the internal analysis of the value of IFE are 3.44, and the external analysis of EFE is 3.22. The company's position in the matrix The Grand Strategy is in quadrant one, so the strategic recommendations are market development strategy, product development, and market penetration
