Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the population of Kediri Regency in the year 2030. Kediri Regency was selected because the region hosts an industry with national and international scale. The research method employed in this study is a literature-based approach utilizing population data obtained from the official website of the Government of Kediri Regency. The modeling approach applied is based on differential equations, specifically the Bernoulli growth model. The result of this study shows that the predicted population of Kediri Regency in 2030 is 1,590,753 people. When compared to the population in 2020, this result indicates a decrease of 44,541 people. Nevertheless, the predicted population remains relatively high, so when linked to government policy, several adjustments are required, similar to those implemented during the period from 2010 to 2020. The results of this study are important for the regency government as a basis for formulating policies, particularly in the industrial sector. Regions that develop as industrial areas require data-based planning, so the results of mathematical equation calculations can be used as objective references. Through appropriate policies, it is expected that local communities, especially local residents, can work and build their careers within their own region. Thus, the potential of local human resources can be maintained and utilized optimally. In addition, this study can also be applied by researchers or local governments in other regions to predict population size and adjust policies according to the conditions of their communities.

Abstract

Music royalties remain a crucial yet often debated issue in Indonesia's café and restaurant sector, especially in Muslim-majority regions where legal obligations intersect with Sharia economic principles. Previous studies tend to address royalty disputes from either a legal or religious angle, leaving a gap for an integrated approach. This study seeks to fill that gap by combining a quantitative revenue estimation model with fiqh muamalah analysis to determine royalty obligations. Using Strong Coffee café as a case study, the research applies a descriptive–quantitative method. Data collection is based on operational assumptions, including average spending per customer, turnover rate, adequate seating capacity, and the applicable royalty tariff. Revenue is estimated by calculating monthly income derived from seat capacity and daily utilization, followed by a proportional royalty assessment. Findings indicate that with 69 seats, a three-time daily turnover, and an average spending of IDR 11,000, the café's monthly revenue reaches approximately IDR 31.7 million, resulting in a royalty payment of IDR 345,000. The study presents a novel perspective: royalty compliance constitutes not only a legal requirement but also a moral and religious duty under Sharia, thereby reinforcing business ethics and consumer trust. The paper concludes with recommendations for regular internal audits and Sharia-based outreach programs for policymakers.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in general only relies on books and the teacher's ability to convey material, so that there are several problems in the classroom. To overcome this, we need a media to help learning in the classroom. Trarerody Blabak is one of the media that can be used for learning in special classes on transformation geometry material. Trarerody Blabak consists of material translation, reflection, rotation and dilation. The method used in this research is development with what researchers do are analysis, media design, development, testing and reflection. However, in this study only up to the stage of media development. The results of this media must have been shown to media experts. The experts who provided validation were two colleagues who in their learning also used the media by using a questionnaire whose contents were about the appearance and effectiveness of the media when used. The results of this validation show that the media can already be used with several revisions from the validator's input. In addition, this media can also be made by students themselves because the steps and procedures for using the media are also available.

Abstract

Frequent curriculum changes disrupt instructional rhythms and stigmatize lecture methods, creating "unrealistic" situations within mathematics education research. Current trends demand total innovation, such as PBL or PjBL across all chapters, which is logistically impossible without sacrificing curriculum completion. This study aims to conceptualize the "pedagogical anchor" as a rational and professional response to maintain instructional stability. Employing a critical literature review of previous theses and dissertations, the research compares preparation-to-coverage ratios between experimental settings and real-classroom demands. Findings reveal a significant scale anomaly where "successful" innovations are often limited to single chapters and lack long-term sustainability due to workload mismatches. The study concludes that strategic lecturing serves as a necessary anchor for cognitive stability rather than an anti-innovation stance. It recommends a shift toward an integrated longitudinal research model that supports teachers throughout the academic year. This approach is essential to prevent collective fatigue and ensure meaningful, sustainable educational innovation.
