Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan bahasa anak bilingual usia 4–5 tahun melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis terhadap tujuh artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu 2019–2025, penelitian ini memetakan temuan-temuan empiris dan teoretis yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa anak bilingual dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya penggunaan bahasa daerah dalam keluarga, paparan media digital, struktur dan komunikasi dalam keluarga, serta kebiasaan dwibahasa. Anak-anak yang dibesarkan dalam lingkungan dwibahasa dan memiliki interaksi verbal yang kaya cenderung menunjukkan perkembangan bahasa yang lebih pesat. Namun, paparan berlebihan terhadap media digital tanpa pendampingan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa ibu. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran lingkungan sosial dan budaya dalam mendukung pemerolehan bahasa ganda pada anak usia dini. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi orang tua, pendidik, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pengembangan bahasa yang efektif dan kontekstual bagi anak-anak bilingual.

Abstract

The digital literacy training is designed to equip students and the general public with the ability to filter information effectively and efficiently. By applying media filtration concepts such as source verification, cross-checking facts, utilizing anti-hoax tools, and employing critical reasoning, participants are expected to increase control over the information they consume, thereby mitigating the negative impacts of fake news. The event was set in the Unsyiah mootcourt hall and attended by the general public and the Unsyiah community, with activities running throughout the day. This activity received a warm welcome from participants, who actively participated in discussions and asked questions about the development of circulating information and the filtering of such information

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis karakteristik output Ground Power Unit (GPU) yang digunakan untuk menyuplai listrik pesawat ATR 72-600, khususnya pada parameter tegangan, arus, dan daya arus searah (DC). Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran krusial bandar udara dalam mobilitas dan ekonomi, serta esensialnya GPU untuk operasional pesawat di darat. Ketergantungan ATR 72-600 pada sumber daya eksternal, karena ketiadaannya Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), menjadi justifikasi utama penelitian. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan komprehensif. Pengambilan data dilakukan langsung pada unit GPU tipe TLD GPU-4060 yang terintegrasi dengan pesawat ATR 72-600. Data primer dilengkapi wawancara teknis dan kajian literatur. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan matematis untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian output GPU terhadap spesifikasi teknis kelistrikan pesawat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tegangan DC GPU berkisar 27,8-28,3 V DC, sesuai dengan spesifikasi pesawat (25-28 V DC). Arus teramati 100-150 A menghasilkan daya aktual 2,82–4,25 kW. Kapasitas daya kontinu GPU (28,5 kW) jauh melampaui konsumsi aktual pesawat, mengindikasikan operasional pada beban ringan dan minim risiko overload. Observasi lapangan tidak mengidentifikasi overvoltage atau undervoltage, menegaskan efektivitas Bus Power Control Unit (BPCU) pesawat dalam menjada stabilitas dan proteksi. Namun, kapabilitas GPU dalam menyediakan arus puncak tinggi (hingga 1.275 A untuk starting engine) krusial untuk mencegah disrupsi operasional.

Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 has led to a surge in energy demand that continues to increase, driving the need for the implementation of new renewable energy sources, one of which is the Solar Power Plant (PLTS). This study aims to analyze the energy efficiency generated by the PLTS system at PT. Bunga Flour Mills Medan as an alternative solution in reducing dependence on conventional energy. The research method includes measuring output power, energy conversion efficiency, and analyzing the costs and benefits of implementing PLTS. The results of the study indicate that the implemented PLTS system has a fairly high efficiency with a significant contribution to saving the company's electricity consumption. In addition, the use of PLTS also has a positive impact on reducing carbon emissions and electricity operational costs in the long term. Thus, PLTS can be an effective and sustainable solution in supporting energy efficiency in the industrial sector.

Abstract

Indonesia has great potential in renewable energy, especially solar energy, due to its geographical location in the tropics. This research aims to plan an efficient and sustainable Public Street Lighting (PJU) system in Tanjung Gusta Village, Sunggal District, by utilizing new and renewable energy (NRE). Tanjung Gusta Village has a need for adequate street lighting to improve the safety, mobility, and quality of life of the community. The research method includes field surveys to analyze conditions, calculation of lighting needs based on applicable standards, and PJU system design using NRE. The results of the study show that the PJU system with solar power is the most suitable solution for Tanjung Gusta Village, taking into account the availability of resources. The planning of this solar PJU system includes the selection of the type of lamp to be used, determining the capacity of the solar panel and battery, and calculating the optimal layout and height of the light pole.

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for new and renewable energy (EBT), including solar energy as a source of power generation. Energy efficiency can be defined as the ratio between the electrical power generated and the input power received. Low efficiency impacts the electrical power output of solar modules. This underlies the use of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) as a new and renewable electrical energy source to replace fossil fuels that have limited quantities and pollute the environment. Solar cells as PLTS units have the constraint of insufficient output power and are highly dependent on natural conditions. One method of optimizing solar cells is by using sunlight-reflecting glass (reflectors). Sunlight is a renewable energy source that can be utilized as a new power generator. However, in the process, certain additions are required to the solar cell module to optimize the output voltage produced. Efforts to optimize electrical output in solar modules by maximizing the intensity of light falling on the surface of the solar module by using direct sunlight. The results obtained are in the form of a comparison.

Abstract

Transformator tiga fasa merupakan komponen vital dalam sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, namun berpotensi menghasilkan dan menyebarkan harmonisa akibat beban non-linier. Harmonisa ini dapat menurunkan efisiensi, menyebabkan panas berlebih, dan gangguan pada peralatan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mensimulasikan filter untuk mitigasi harmonisa pada transformator tiga fasa menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB. Data bentuk gelombang arus dan tegangan dari ketiga fasa diperoleh melalui pengukuran lapangan. Simulasi dilakukan untuk membandingkan kondisi sistem sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan filter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan filter mampu menurunkan total harmonisa (THD) pada orde ketiga dari 13,17% menjadi 7,02%. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada upaya peningkatan kualitas daya dan keandalan sistem distribusi.

Abstract

Smart Grid System are key to integrating renewable energy sources into existing power grids. This article analyzes two critical aspects of a Smart Grid system: communication reliability and security. Reliability of communication systems is essential to ensure timely and accurate data delivery between various entities in the network. Meanwhile, communication system security is a crucial factor in protecting infrastructure from cyberattacks that can disrupt the overall system's operation. This study conducts an in-depth evaluation of the technologies used in Smart Grid systems, as well as a review of the challenges and solutions in ensuring the reliability and security of communication systems in the context of renewable energy integration. The results of this analysis provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of more efficient and reliable Smart Grid systems in the future.

Abstract

Faktor daya adalah perbandingan antara nilai daya aktif dengan nilai daya semu. Faktor daya menggambarkan sudut perasaan antara nilai daya aktif dengan nilai daya semu. Perbaikan nilai faktor daya umumnya merupakan penambahan sebuah komponen kapasitor bank sebagai pembangkit nilai daya reaktif yang memungkinkan untuk dapat mensuplai kebutuhan nilai daya reaktif kVAR terhadap beban-beban induktif. Kapasitor bank adalah sebuah peralatan listrik yang memiliki sifat kapasitif yang terdiri dari beberapa kapasitor yang disambung secara paralel/seri agar menghasilkan kapasitas kapasitif tertentu. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi nilai daya reaktif pada sebuah panel MCC 01 di PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia dengan cara menaikkan nilai faktor daya pada sistem tersebut yang menggunakan sebuah komponen yaitu kapasitor bank. Hasil pengukuran dan penelitian pada panel MCC 01 tanpa menggunakan kapasitor bank menunjukkan rata-rata nilai faktor daya sebesar 0,81 setelah menggunakan kapasitor bank nilai faktor daya naik menjadi 0,9 dengan begitu nilai daya reaktif pada panel MCC 01 juga berubah dengan nilai daya reaktif awal sebesar 152 kVAR dan setelah pemasangan kapasitor bank menghasilkan daya reaktif akhir sebesar 101 kVAR dengan kapasitas kapasitor sebesar 51 kVAR.Penggunaan kapasitor bank dapat menurunkan nilai daya reaktif dikarenakan kenaikan nilai faktor daya pada sistem yang menggunakan kapasitor bank.

Abstract

Distribution transformers are crucial components in power distribution systems that require real-time monitoring to prevent disruptions and ensure efficient operation. Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring systems offer innovative solutions with the ability to detect disruptions early and provide real-time information to operators. This study proposes an optimized early-detection monitoring system for distribution transformers by utilizing IoT devices, including temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors installed on the transformers to monitor their operational conditions. Data collected through the sensors is then processed using a cloud platform for further analysis, with machine learning algorithms used to detect anomalous patterns indicating potential disruptions. Furthermore, the system is designed to send automatic notifications to operators via a mobile application or web dashboard when a disruption is detected, enabling faster response and prevention of further damage. Test results show that the system is capable of detecting disruptions with high accuracy and can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce transformer operational downtime. The implementation of IoT in distribution transformer monitoring also opens up opportunities for optimizing condition-based maintenance management that is more economical and proactive.
