Abstract

Ulat hongkong merupakan larva serangga dari jenis Tenebrio molitor yang sekarang ini banyak dibudidayakan sebagai pakan hewan peliharaan seperti burung kicau, ikan hias, dan reptil. Pada saat akan di lakukan pemanenan ulat hongkong tersebut perlu dilakukannya pemisahan media berupa kotoran yang melekat pada ulat hongkong tersebut, adapun cara memisahkan media dan kotoran ulat yang telah tercampur dapat dilakukan dengan cara dilakukannya pengayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaturan kecepatan motor universal satu fase berdasarkan putaran pada alat pengayakan ulat Hongkong. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan kecepatan motor sangat penting untuk mencapai pengayakan yang stabil sesuai dengan berbagai beban yang berbeda. Hal ini diperlukan agar ulat Hongkong yang diayak tidak mengalami stres yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas. Pada pengujian dengan beban variasi seberat 500 gram ulat Hongkong beserta kotorannya, kecepatan putaran motor mencapai 470 rpm dengan torsi sebesar 7.48 Nm. Sementara itu, pada pengujian dengan beban konstan seberat 5000 gram, dengan peningkatan kecepatan putaran motor melalui penggunaan dimmer, kecepatan putaran motor mencapai 556 rpm dengan torsi sebesar 6.32 Nm. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kecepatan putaran motor, torsi yang dihasilkan oleh motor akan semakin kecil, dan sebaliknya, semakin kecil kecepatan putaran motor, torsi yang dihasilkan akan semakin besar.

Abstract

Cekungan Air Tanah (CAT) Jakarta bagian utara yang termasuk kedalam Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta merupakan dataran aluvial dengan wilayah pertumbuhan penduduk dan industri yang sangat pesat. Aktivitas tersebut mengakibatkan pemanfaatan air bersih akan meningkat. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pemanfaatan air tanah secara berlebihan adalah adanya pencemaran air tanah berupa intrusi air asin yang dijumpai di daerah yang berbatasan dengan pantai ke dalam air tanah dangkal. Terdapat 4 Satuan yang berada pada geologi daerah penelitian dari tua ke muda yaitu, Formasi Tuff Banten (QTvb), Kipas Alluvium (Qav), Endapan Pematang Pantai (Qbr), dan Alluvium (Qa). Karakteristik air tanah pada daerah penelitian di analisis menggunakan data parameter fisik dan kimia air tanah. Secara umum pola aliran air tanah pada daerah penelitian berarah selatan – utara mengikuti kemiringan lereng. Dari hasil analisis fisik pada daerah penelitian didapatkan nilai Daya Hantar listrik bernilai 196,3 – 5640 μS/cm , untuk total dissolved solid (TDS) bernilai 131 – 3760 mg/L , dan untuk nilai pH bernilai 6,5 – 8,5. Selanjutnya hasil dari analisis kimia laboratorium yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan diagram stiff dan diagram piper, fasies air tanah pada daerah penelitian terdiri dari tigas fasies air tanah, yaitu fasies Ca-HCO3 , Na-HCO3, dan Na-Cl. Tingkat keasinan air tanah berdasarkan perhitungan menurut Revelle (Klasifikasi Simpson (1946) terbagi menjadi air tawar hingga air tawar terkontaminasi tinggi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya persebaran air asin yang terdapat di wilayah lebih dekat dengan garis pantai.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Oase Suroboyo merupakan sebutan untuk Kampung Oase Ondomohen, Kampung Oase Songo, dan Kampung Oase Tembok Gede. Tiga Kampung Oase saling bekerjasama dalam mengelola wisata perkampungan. Namun terdapat kendala untuk melakukan sharing produk UMKM karena jarak antar kampung yang relatif jauh. Untuk itulah dari tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Telkom kampus Surabaya berupaya membantu dengan membuatkan kendaraan modular ramah lingkungan yang bertujuan meningkatkan penjualan UMKM sekaligus kerjasama Kampung Oase Suroboyo. Kendaraan mirip becak yang didesain dapat digunakan untuk berjualan serta mengangkut orang maupun barang. Pada kegiatan ini transfer teknologi yang diberikan berupa pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan kendaraan listrik. Dengan menggunakan kendaraan modular listrik penjualan UMKM dapat meningkat sebesar 52%. Selain itu penggunaan teknologi ini juga mendukung tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan untuk energi bersih, peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan kehidupan di perkotaan.Abstract: Kampung Oase Suroboyo refers to Kampung Oase Ondomohen, Kampung Oase Songo, and Kampung Oase Tembok Gede. These three Kampung Oase collaborate in managing village tourism. However, there are challenges in sharing UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products due to the relatively long distance between the villages. To address this, a community service team from Telkom University, Surabaya campus, has worked to assist by creating an eco-friendly modular vehicle aimed at improving UMKM sales and fostering collaboration among Kampung Oase Suroboyo. This vehicle, similar to a pedicab, is designed to be used for selling goods as well as transporting people and goods. The technology transfer in this initiative includes training on the use and maintenance of electric vehicles. By using the modular electric vehicle, UMKM sales have increased by 52%. Furthermore, this technology supports sustainable development goals related to clean energy, economic growth, and urban living improvements.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan kembali sampah dari proses 3R (reduce, reuse dan recycle) menjadi produk arang bio briket dapat menambah pendapatan masyarakat. Perbanusa sebagai mitra dengan kampung binaan Kampung Oase Ondomohen Surabaya merupakan salah satu kampung unggulan yang menjadi destinasi wisata edukasi dengan berbagai macam kreasi dan inovasinya. Warga telah menghasilkan beberapa produk unggulan yang dikembangkan sampai saat ini antara lain arang briket dari limbah tempurung. Namun proses produksi nya masih manual serta penjualannya selama ini hanya terbatas pada penjualan langsung atau sebagai souvenir saja. Berpijak pada sumber daya, prospek bisnisnya maka tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah diseminasi teknologi dan perbaikan proses produksi arang briket serta penyuluhan tentang strategi pemasarannya. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan dan penyuluhan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan serta monitoring evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pre dan post test peserta, maka hasil luaran kegiatan abdimas ini adalah peningkatan wawasan pengetahuan tentang teknologi produksi arang briket dan bagaimana strategi pemasarannya sebesar 61%. Peningkatan ketrampilan teknis penggunaan teknologi sistem ekstruder sebesar 100% karena sebelumnya peserta membuat arang briket secara manual tanpa mesin. Hal ini juga didukung dari hasil praktek langsung penggunaan mesein oleh peserta, di mana peserta telah dapat menggunakan mesin dengan fungsi operasi nya. Rangkaian paket teknologi tepat guna sistem ekstruder ini juga mampu meningkatkan kecepatan produksi 10 kali lipat dibanding dengan cara manual.Abstract: Management and reuse of waste from the 3R process (reduce, reuse and recycle) into bio briquette charcoal products can increase community income. Perbanusa as a partner with the fostered village of Kampung Oase Ondomohen Surabaya is one of the leading villages that is an educational tourism destination with various creations and innovations. Residents have produced several leading products that have been developed to date, including briquette charcoal from coconut shell waste. However, the production process is still manual and sales have so far been limited to direct sales or as souvenirs. Based on resources, business prospects, the purpose of this community service activity is to disseminate technology and improve the charcoal briquette production process and provide counseling on its marketing strategy. The stages of implementation include socialization, training and counseling, technology application, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation. Based on the results of the pre- and post-test participants, the output of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge of charcoal briquette production technology and how to market it by 61%. Increased technical skills in using extruder system technology by 100% because previously participants made charcoal briquettes manually without machines. This is also supported by the results of direct practice in using machines by participants, where participants have been able to use machines with their operating functions. This series of appropriate technology packages for extruder systems is also able to increase production speed 10 times compared to manual methods.

Abstract

This study discusses defect control, focusing on the identification and handling of defects in various sectors, such as industry. The aim of the research is to analyze the main causes of defects and evaluate the control strategies that have been implemented. Using a data-driven approach and analytical methodology, this study provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of defect control, minimize its impact, and create more integrated policies. The research results are expected to contribute to the development of more targeted company policies in reducing defects in various fields. PT Sinergi Pari Jaya Abadi, a company engaged in the production of various products, including Cover 012 products, faces challenges in maintaining consistent quality. One of the main issues faced by the company is the high defect rate in Cover 012 products, which affects increased production costs, reduced efficiency, and decreased customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the quality control of Cover 012 products at PT Sinergi Pari Jaya Abadi using the Seven Tools method. The study uses descriptive and qualitative methods with a Seven Tools approach to identify the root causes of product defects and propose improvements. The results show that the most dominant defect is NG Over Taping, accounting for 62.16% of the total identified defects. Fishbone Diagram analysis indicates that the causes of product defects include human, machine, and material factors. Proposed improvements include regular calibration to ensure machines continue to operate according to specifications, improving communication between the design, production, and QC teams to ensure a shared understanding of product sizes, and implementing a periodic inspection system during the taping process to detect errors early

Abstract

Research has been to design a second handphone ordering information system on as gadget store based on website using SMS Gateway and to implement second handphone ordering information system on as gadget store based on website using SMS Gateway. The method used is the waterfall method is a model that provides systematic and sequential approaches for software developers, namely Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance, in designing the system using unified modeling language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, programming languages used PHP, MySQL as database storage, SMS Gateway as a liaison between the application or system with a mobile phone and testing is done using the black box method. The results of the study showed that this application can be used easily by its users based on the average result of SUS which is 70.3 which means it has a Grade Scale B and is included in The Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To make a prototype of monitoring palm juice leads on internet of things- based jerry cans. 2) To find out the implementation of the prototype monitoring of palm juice leads on jerry cans connected to the blynk.This study uses the prototyping method. The prototyping method is a software development method in the form of a system model and functions as an initial version of the system. This method uses 5 stages, namely the process of collecting data, designing requirements, making designs, making prototypes and evaluating or repairing them. This method will produce a system prototype as an intermediary for developers and users so that they can interact with users and developers.Research results: 1) Prototype monitoring of palm juice leads on internet of things-based jerry can containers designed using fritzing applications and using ultrasonic sensors, Esp8266 with blynk application where the blynk application can be used on android 9 systems. :2) The implementation of the Prototype monitoring tool for palm juice leads on internet of things-based jerry can containers gives good results. This, can be seen from the testing of the ultrasonic sensor system, Esp8266 and blynk application can work well. The sensor detects sap, then Esp8266 will process and the blynk application receives Esp8266 data will display a notification in the form of a message.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Design an information system for Web-based certificate services at the Matekko Village Office. (2) Implementing a Web-based certificate service information system at the Matekko Village Office.This study uses the Waterfall research method, which is an information system development model that is carried out in a planned and sequential manner. The stages used in the Waterfal method include: (1) Requirements Definition/Requirements Analysis, (2) System and Software Design, (3) Implementation and Unit Testing, (4) Integration and Testing, (5) Operation and Maintenance.The results of research on information systems for Web-based certificate services at the Matekko Village Office, namely (1) this certificate service information system has been designed using sublime software as a text editor, MySQL Xampp 7 database management system (DBMS) and using the PHP programming language. (2) The Web-based certificate service information system at the Matekko Village Office that has been created is used for the management of certificates from the Village to make it easier. The test results show that this system is running well where the output is in accordance with what the user wants and can meet user needs in terms of managing a certificate from the village. This Web-based certificate service information system can be used by residents of the Matekko Village in managing certificates from the Village, it can also be used by village staff who act as system admins in terms of managing requests from residents for certificates from the village.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To make a prototype of monitoring electronic devices in nurul amin lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things. (2) To find out the implementation of the prototype monitoring of electronic devices in the nurul amin lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things. This research used the prototype (prototyping) method. The stages of making tools using prototypes are gathering needs, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, coding systems, testing systems, evaluating systems, using systems. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Prototype monitoring of electronic devices at the Nurul Amin Lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things is designed or made using NodeMcu Esp8266, Relay, Dht11 Sensor, Dfmini Player, Speaker, Fan, Lamp, Android Smartphone, Blynk Application, Wifi and 5V Adapter. The Blynk application as a timer as well as media monitoring and the Blynk application can run on smartphone specifications of at least 1.5 GB RAM with Android version 10 and above. (2) Implementation of prototype monitoring of electronic devices at the Nurul Amin Lahumbung mosque based on the internet of things can turn on the sound automatically properly according to the specified time and notifications are displayed in the Blynk application. Can turn on the lights automatically well at dawn, maghrib and Isha prayers. Can turn on the fan / turn off the fan automatically properly where the fan will turn on when the temperature is above 25oC and the fan will turn off when the temperature is below 25oC.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Design a Web-based car rental information system using Whatsapp gateway at Sasha Car Rental. (2) Implement a web-based car rental information system using Whatsapp gateway at Sasha Car Rental. (3) Knowing the response of Sasha car rental owners and tenants to the car rental website that has been designed. This research uses the Waterfall method, which is a development model that describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development. The stages used in the Waterfall model include: (1) Requirement Analysis (2) System Design (3) Implementation (4) Integration & Testing (5) Operating & Maintenance. Based on the results of the discussion of the Web-based car rental information system using Whatsapp Gateway at Sasha Car Rental, it can be concluded (1) This website-based system uses the Waterfall method, which in its design uses the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter 3 Framework, MySQL Database Management System, Sublime software as a text editor, and Chrome / Mozilla FireFox as a browser. And using Whatsapp Gateway as a sender of notification messages to customers. In this system there are 2 users, namely admins and customers who want to rent a car at Sasha Car Rental. (2) Web-based car rental information system using Whatsapp Gateway at Sasha Car Rental which has been created to be used to facilitate customers in terms of car rental and facilitate owners in managing their car rental. Based on the results of its implementation, it is obtained that this system is running well where the output is in accordance with what is desired by users and rental owners. (3)The response of car rental owners to the Sasha Car Rental Website, namely giving a "positive" response which can be seen in the total average percentage of 84.93%. From these results, it can be interpreted that the Sasha Car Rental Website has a good response and high attractiveness, and with the Sasha Car Rental Website can help and facilitate rental owners and their customers.
