Abstract

This research aimed to (1) know the differences in conceptual understanding between students using a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by spinning wheel media and students using the conventional method in energy resources material, (2) describe the influence of the PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media 4th-grade elementary school students on the conceptual understanding ability of energy sources, and (3) describe students' responses on the implementation PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media on energy source material. The type of research used was quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all class IV students, totalling 57 students. Sampling used a total sampling technique. The sample selected in this research was class IV B students, totalling 29 students in the experimental class and 28 class IV A students in the control class. The instruments used in this research were conceptual understanding ability test sheets and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a two-independent sample t-test, effect size, and percentage of student response questionnaires. The results of the research showed that (1) there was a difference in the conceptual understanding ability of students who used the PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media with students who used the conventional method on energy source material with the result tcount > ttable = 3.5146 > 2.004, (2) the PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media had a high influence on the conceptual understanding fourth-grade students on energy sources material with an effect size result of 0.967; (3) students response were positive to PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media with a percentage of 93% in the very high category. So, the results from this study can be concluded that there was an influence of the PBL model assisted by Spin Wheel media on students' conceptual understanding ability on energy sources material.

Abstract

Dengan begitu tingginya peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan melihat potensi destinasi yang dimiliki oleh desa Pulau Padang, maka sangat perlu rasanya pengoptimalisasian aparatur desa dalam sistem pemerintahan desa di Desa Pulau Padang tersebut. Nanti dampaknya tentu dengan adanya peningkatan kapasitas aparatur pemerintah desa tersebut akan berdampak baik kepada seluruh masyarakat Desa Pulau Padang dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia bagi seluruh aparur pemerintah desa itu sendiri.Untuk itu dilaksanakanlah pengabdian di Desa Pulau Padang kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, yang mana fokusnya adalah pada pemberdayaan aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan sistem pemerintahan desa. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah dengan sistem dialogis, dan diskusi serta pemaparan materi dengan interaktif kemudian diadakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil post test dibandingkan dengan hasil pre test yang dilakukan sehingga akan diketahui seberapa jauh efek atau pengaruh dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, di samping sekaligus dapat diketahui bagian-bagian mana dari bahan pengajaran yang masih belum dipahami oleh sebagian target sasaran.

Abstract

Dakwah digital melalui platform media sosial memiliki potensi besar dalam memperluas jangkauan penyampaian pesan keagamaan, termasuk di kalangan guru pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis platform media sosial yang digunakan, jenis konten dakwah yang diminati, tingkat efektivitas dakwah digital, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru Pesantren Darussalam Gontor 8 Seulimum, Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah sepuluh orang guru pesantren. Validitas data dijamin melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan dan mengkaji temuan dari berbagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform YouTube, TikTok, dan Instagram menjadi media yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan untuk mengakses konten dakwah. Konten berupa video ceramah dan podcast merupakan jenis konten yang paling diminati. Dakwah digital dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan serta memberikan inspirasi terhadap perubahan sikap dan perilaku religius guru pesantren. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan literasi teknologi dan maraknya penyebaran informasi keagamaan yang tidak valid (hoaks). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan strategi dakwah digital yang kreatif, edukatif, dan kolaboratif guna mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam kegiatan dakwah di lingkungan pesantren..

Abstract

The photovoltaic experiment provided a simple, affordable method to determine Planck’s constant through empirical learning. This experiment allowed students to present concrete data using easily available, low-cost materials. The experiment utilised a photovoltaic method, employing a simple, self-designed setup that used three laser pointers with wavelengths of 650nm (red), 535nm (green), and 405nm (blue) as independent variables. A 6V, 1W mini solar cell was used as the target, while the speed of light and electron charge were treated as control variables. The laser pointers were powered by a 3V battery. The data were analysed by plotting the relationship between 1/λ (inverse wavelength) and the measured voltage as the dependent variable. A linear regression analysis was performed to obtain the gradient, which was used to calculate Planck’s constant. The experiment yielded a calculated Planck’s constant of 7.09×10-35Js, with a deviation of 5.69 x 10-34Js, resulting in a relative error of 8.89%. This relative error could be attributed to several factors, including refraction effects caused by the glass layer and adhesive used to protect the semiconductor plate of the solar cell, as well as discrepancies between the actual wavelengths of the laser beams and the labelled wavelengths on the laser pointers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan pecahan dengan penyebut berbeda dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas V SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Pauh Mudik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Paluh Mudik. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah tes dan non tes. Non tes dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan penjumlahan pecahan dengan penyebut berbeda adalah 77,63 sedangkan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran STAD adalah 59,74. Sehingga terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan pecahan dengan penyebut berbeda dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas V SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Pauh Mudik.Kata Kunci: STAD; Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar; Hasil Belajar MatematikaImproving Mathematics Learning Outcomes through the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model for Students of SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Pauh MudikABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which student learning outcomes improved on the topic of adding fractions with different denominators using the STAD-type cooperative learning model in grade V of SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Pauh Mudik. This type of research was classroom action research, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The population of this study was grade V students of SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Paluh Mudik. The data collection techniques for this study were tests and non-tests. Non-tests were carried out through observation, interviews, and field notes. The results of the study were obtained after mathematics learning with the STAD type cooperative learning model; the average score of student learning outcomes on the topic of adding fractions with different denominators was 77.63, while the student learning outcomes before the STAD learning were 59.74. So there is an increase in student learning outcomes on the topic of adding fractions with different denominators using the STAD-type cooperative learning model in grade V of SD Negeri 95/III Tanjung Pauh Mudik.
