Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged companies to utilize digital marketing to increase competitiveness and sales. This research analyzes digital marketing strategies through the social media platforms Instagram and TikTok at PT. Akasa Kreasi Bersama. Both platforms have the advantage of reaching a wider audience and increasing interaction with consumers through visual content and short videos. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that Instagram is effective in building a brand image through its Stories, Reels and IGTV features, while TikTok excels in spreading content virally thanks to its interaction-based algorithm. The use of paid advertising and collaboration with influencers also contributes to increasing sales conversions. However, the main challenges in implementing this strategy are dynamic changes in social media algorithms and the need to create content that is innovative and relevant to trends. Therefore, companies need to carry out regular evaluations and strategy adjustments to remain competitive in digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the influence of work capability, innovative work behavior, and internal work environment on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. This study involved 125 respondents, consisting of all employees of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 95 participants in the survey. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The methods used to analyze the data include classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. The results of this study partially (t-test) prove that work capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. Innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. The internal work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. Additionally, work capability, innovative work behavior, and internal work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur, with an Fcount value (14.283) > Ftable (2.70), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tanggapan Analisis Konsumen Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pada Toko Indomaret Jl. Bakaran Batu Lubuk Pakam, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konseumen di Toko Indomaret Jl. Bakaran Batu Lubuk Pakam selama 5 bulan terakhir dan memiliki sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Tanggapan Konsumen tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, 2) Kemudian diketahui Lokasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Hasil Uji F secara simultan, diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 114,877 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000. Sedangkan nilai Ftabel= 3.158. Nilai Fhitung Ftabel (114,877 3,158) dan tingkat signifikansi (0.000 0.05)

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Penggalangan Kecamatan Sei Bamban Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyakarat tidak terlepas dengan kegiatan ekonomi. Covid 19 merubah kebiasaan masyarakat, bahkan akibat kurang pengetahuan yang mengakibatkan mengalami kemesrotan dalam aspek ekonomi masyakarat digital, melakukan semua dengan menggunakan koneksi internet. Kebutuhan memperbaiki keadaan saat ini menuntut kesiapan setiap masyarakat tentang keberadaan covid 19, hal ini mengakibatkan banyak kendala penyelesaian dengan cepat. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra program yang dilaksanakan memberikan Pendekatan kemasyarakatan dan mensosialisasikan program-program yang akan dilaksanakan. Maksud dilaksanakannya kegiatan sosialisasi kemasyarakatan ialah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan kreatifitas masyarakat untuk membantu ekonomi masyakarat dalam pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan untuk membantu pengembangan kreativitas para Guru dan pihak sekolah. tujuan diadakannya PKM ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pihak sekolah dan para guru untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mereka dalam hal pengolahan tahu baik digunakan sebagai produk olahan makanan maupun pengolahan dalam bentuk limbah tahu menjadi suatu produk layak dijual atau dipasarkan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dimana para guru kurang memahami cara pengolahan tahu yang tepat guna selain menjadi lauk pauk makanan ternyata banyak produk yang dapat diolah dengan tahu. Maka disini Guru sebagai mitra dan media pembelajaran siswa/i tk ulfa khairuna untuk mengajarkan kreativitas siswa sejak dini dengan berbahan dasar tahu. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah dengan metode ceramah dan metode diskusi kepada para guru dan pihak sekolah. Hasil yang telah dilakukan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini diantaranya adalah memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengelolahan dan inovasi dalam pembuatan makanan olahan berbahan dasar tahu yang nanti bisa diaplikasikan sebagai makanan olahan untuk sehari-hari yang bisa dikonsumsi sendiri maupun di pasarkan. Kata Kunci: Inovasi; Makanan Olahan; Tahu

Abstract

The government is promoting a revival program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In this context, MSMEs are required to improve the quality of their human resources. The objective of this community service program is to improve the quality of human resources at Puri Aren Cair. The methods used in The role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is not only as a job creator, as evidenced by the percentage reaching 90% compared to large businesses, but MSMEs are also capable of introducing various local products to the international world. Human resource development (HRD) is an important element for the development and sustainability of a company, because without good HRD, company performance can be less than optimal and ultimately affect sales. There are various aspects that need to be considered to build the quality of human resources in order for small industries to be more successful.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Bio Live Healthy Home, located in Sei Bamban District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The primary objective of this research is to determine how lifestyle, reference groups, and consumer attitudes influence the decision to use services offered by the institution. In a rapidly growing health and wellness industry, understanding consumer behavior is essential to improve service quality and increase customer engagement. To achieve the research objectives, the study employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The target population consisted of service users, and a sample of 92 respondents was selected. Data collection was carried out through a combination of observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of structured questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed to capture variables related to lifestyle, reference groups, attitudes, and service usage decisions. Before conducting the main analysis, the data were tested for validity and reliability to ensure that the instrument accurately measured what it intended to measure. Furthermore, classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were conducted to confirm the feasibility of using a multiple linear regression model. The analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of the study revealed that lifestyle, reference groups, and attitudes each had a significant and positive influence on the decision to use services at Bio Live Healthy Home. This indicates that individuals with health-conscious lifestyles, influenced by their social environment and holding positive attitudes toward wellness services, are more likely to engage with the services offered. Moreover, these three factors collectively contributed to a meaningful explanation of the variation in consumer decisions. In conclusion, the findings highlight the importance for service providers to consider psychological and social factors when designing marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the influence of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image on customer loyalty at Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw business, located in Sei Sijenggi Village, Hamlet III, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a Likert scale as a measurement tool to assess respondents’ opinions accurately. Data analysis was conducted using several stages, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, processed through SPSS version 22. These methods were used to ensure the validity of the instrument and the consistency of the findings. The research findings demonstrate that customer relationships have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. Customers who feel connected and valued by the business are more likely to remain loyal. Likewise, customer satisfaction—reflecting the extent to which customers' expectations are met or exceeded—has a strong and positive influence on loyalty. In addition, the brand image of the business, which encompasses customer perceptions and reputation of the product, also significantly influences loyalty in a positive direction. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image shows that all three variables jointly have a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. This means that enhancing these three factors can strengthen customer retention and long-term commitment. These results provide valuable insights for small business owners in the food and beverage industry. Focusing on building strong relationships with customers, consistently delivering satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image are essential strategies to increase loyalty. For Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw and similar businesses, these findings offer practical guidance for developing customer-centered marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

AbstractThe phenomenon of employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Adolina, Perbaungan District shows a downward trend from year to year. Based on performance assessment data, there are still certain aspects that require attention and strengthening, one of which is through the role of innovation culture, career development, and increasing employee involvement. The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Innovation Culture, Career Development and Employee Involvement on Employee Performance at PTP N IV Regional II Kebun Adolina, Perbaungan District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a research method based on the positivism paradigm, where the data collected is in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical techniques. The location of the research was conducted at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Adolina, which is located in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. Thus, this study will focus on employees in Afd 3 and 4 to understand the culture of innovation, career development, and employee involvement on the performance of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Adolina Kecamatan employees with a sample of 75 employees. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test), it is known that the Fcount value is 26.445 and the significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. By using the Ftable value of 3.226 (df1 = 3 and df2 = 71), then Fcount> Ftable, so it can be concluded that Innovation Culture, Career Development, and Employee Involvement simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Adolina Kecamatan Perbaungan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 75 orang. Berhubung jumlah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebanyak 75 orang (kurang dari 100 orang), maka semua karyawan diambil jadi objek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran data Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Insentif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan pelatihan, lingkungan kerja dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan nilai Fhitung (51.507) > Ftabel (2,73), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang sudah disesuaikan (R Square) sebesar 0,685 hal ini berarti 68,5% variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.
