Peningkatan keamanan data telah menjadi prioritas utama dalam berbagai sektor, terutama dalam pertukaran pesan dan informasi yang sensitif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengamankan pesan teks adalah dengan menggabungkan teknik Vigenere Cipher dan steganografi dalam penyisipan pesan teks pada citra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat keamanan dalam pertukaran pesan teks dengan menggabungkan dua metode tersebut. Metode Vigenere Cipher digunakan untuk mengenkripsi pesan teks, menghasilkan pesan terenkripsi yang sulit dipahami tanpa kunci yang tepat. Sedangkan steganografi digunakan untuk menyisipkan pesan teks ke dalam citra, yang membuat pesan tersebut tersembunyi secara visual dalam citra tersebut. Dengan menggabungkan kedua metode ini, pesan teks tidak hanya terenkripsi dengan baik, tetapi juga disembunyikan secara efektif dalam citra. Penelitian ini mencakup implementasi dan pengujian metode Vigenere Cipher dan steganografi pada berbagai jenis citra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kedua metode ini secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan keamanan data dengan baik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas tantangan yang mungkin timbul dalam menggabungkan kedua metode ini, seperti ukuran citra, kualitas citra, dan proses dekripsi pesan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pertukaran pesan teks dalam berbagai aplikasi, seperti komunikasi online, penyimpanan data, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan menggabungkan teknik Vigenere Cipher dan steganografi, pengguna dapat memastikan bahwa pesan teks mereka aman dan terlindungi dari akses yang tidak sah.

Abstract: The decision of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the relocation of the territory of the Indonesian state capital to the Nusantara Capital in North Penajam Pasir, East Kalimantan is certainly an interesting discussion. This is a new record in Indonesian history because it has never happened before, becoming one of the big news stories that has generated a lot of opinions or reactions from the public. Twitter is one of the social media that people use to express opinions. Various kinds of opinions, both positive and negatif, are expressed by Indonesian people through their Twitter social media accounts. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Twitter with the keywords "ibu kota nusantara" and "ikn" with the amount of data used as many as 606 tweets. The data is then labeled (class) using the lexicon-based method but first translated into English so that it is detected by the lexicon dictionary. From the labeling results, there were 400 tweets (66%) with positive labels and 206 tweets (34%) with negatif labels. The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentimen analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public opinion sentimen about the relocation of the national capital will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=2). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The performance of the system built in this study can be said to be good. Keywords: relocation of national capitals; sentiment analysis; naïve bayes classifier. Abstrak: Keputusan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tentang pemindahan wilayah ibu kota negara Indonesia menjadi Ibu Kota Nusantara di Penajam Pasir Utara, Kalimantan Timur tentu menjadi pembahasan yang menarik. Ini merupakan catatan baru dalam sejarah Indonesia karena belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, menjadi salah satu berita besar yang menimbulkan banyak opini atau reaksi dari masyarakat. Twitter merupakan salah satu media sosial yang digunakan masyarakat untuk mengungkapkan opini. Berbagai macam opini antara positif dan negatif diutarakan masyarakat Indonesia melalui akun media sosial Twitternya. Data diperoleh dengan teknik crawling dari media social Twitter dengan kata kunci “ibu kota nusantara” dan “ikn” dengan jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 606 tweet. Data kemudian diberi label (kelas) dengan metode lexicon¬-based tetapi terlebih dahulu menerjemahkannya kedalam Bahasa Inggris agar terdeteksi oleh kamus leksikon. Dari hasil pelabelan diperoleh data berlabel positif sebanyak 400 tweet (66%) dan negatif sebanyak 206 tweet (34%) . Tahap preprocessing data dilakukan sebagai persiapan untuk data agar bisa diproses untuk analisis sentimen. Dari sekian banyak opini yang diperoleh, maka akan dilakukan analisis sentimen opini masyarakat tentang pemindahan ibu kota negara dengan menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes. Pada penelitian ini juga diterapkan metode pembobotan kata TF-IDF dengan fitur n-gram yang digunakan yaitu bigram (n=2). Sistem akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan confusion matrix. Kinerja dari sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan baik. Kata kunci: pemindahan ibu kota negara; analisis sentimen; naïve bayes classifier.

Companies are required to work more effectively and efficiently due to increasingly tight company competition. If employee performance increases, the quality of the company will also increase. One form of motivation and appreciation from the company is providing performance appraisals for employees. By having employees who excel and have high loyalty to the company, the company can develop and progress rapidly. By selecting the best employees you can improve employee performance. Therefore, standardization or criteria for assessing employee performance. In oil palm plantations there are positions or job positions which are determined based on the age and productivity of the employee, because this work requires a lot of energy. This research is to develop a SPK which is expected to provide an accurate decision, and based on agreed criteria by combining two methods, namely where the AHP calculates the level of importance of the weights for each criterion and sub-criteria. Furthermore, the MOORA method functions to rank by comparing the value of each criterion for each alternative. By assessing employee performance, employee performance can be motivated and appreciated so that it can improve the quality of employee work. This research uses 7 assessment criteria using 25 employee data, so that it gets the largest optimization value, namely 10.2065 with rank 1 aged 53 years and A24 gets the smallest optimization, namely 5.7236 with rank 25 aged 36 years.

Langsa City is one of the cities in Aceh province which continues to experience rapid development in various fields, including transportation. Public transportation is an important element in facilitating population mobility, including those who often travel outside the city. People who often travel out of town in Langsa City face a number of problems. Limited accessibility, delays in bus departure and arrival times, as well as lack of service quality such as comfort and facilities, are factors that influence their choice in using bus services. Competitive fares and safety during travel are also important considerations. Therefore, determining the buses that are most popular with people who frequently leave the city in Langsa City is essential to increase efficiency, comfort and passenger satisfaction on long-distance trips. The research findings will provide insight into the most preferred bus transportation based on the criteria applied using the WASPAS and TOPSIS methods. These two methods will later be used to determine the buses that are most popular with the people of Langsa City based on predetermined criteria such as ticket price, distance traveled, passenger capacity, speed and comfort. By using these two methods, it is hoped that we can obtain more accurate and reliable results in determining the public transportation that is most popular with the people of Langsa City.

The public library is a common facility with thousands of book collections. In public libraries, visitors often encounter difficulties in finding the books they desire, and it's not uncommon for them to leave without locating their desired reads. To address this issue, the researcher proposes a system that includes book information and analytical tools to determine the most favored books in the library. In this study, the researcher applies the ROC and MOORA methods to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for identifying the most preferred book choices, enabling the library to acquire books based on visitors' preferences. Four criteria are considered: book genre, number of book borrowings, popularity, and book availability. Testing is conducted by comparing six book data sets, with the research revealing that alternative data A1 "Katak Hendak Menjadi Lembu," is the most favored choice among library visitors, with a preference score of yi = 0.55. The results of this research can provide convenience for visitors in searching for books, thereby enhancing the quality of services and the availability of books in the library.

In every industry or institution, there will definitely be a reward in the form of income for employees as compensation for the work they have done. Apart from giving out main income rewards to employees, each industry or institution often gives out rewards in addition to main income to encourage the productivity and abilities of its employees. The rewards given to McD Pancing employees are in additional form and will be given outside of their main income. Evaluation of employee abilities is based on benchmarks that have been established by the institution. However, currently the system of giving rewards to McD Pancing employees has various shortcomings, such as giving rewards which are being tried based on individual analysis and the assessment is still individual, not transparent, less efficient and there is little precision or accuracy in giving rewards. To help select McD Pancing employees who are competent to receive rewards appropriately and carefully and respond to problems that arise, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed as a solution to these cases. The expertise of the system for collecting decisions uses methods that have been created so that it is hoped that the assessment method will be much more accurate, efficient and efficient using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. The TOPSIS method is based on the design that the best filtered substitute not only has the shortest distance from the positive perfect solution but also has the longest distance from the minus perfect solution. Based on the results of this research, it is proven that employees who receive rewards as the best employees according to the SAW and TOPSIS method calculations are determined by employees with SAW calculation results of 87.06 and TOPSIS calculation results of 0.679 and mixed results of 43.89.

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan: (i) Merancang sebuah aplikasi puzzle game yang dapat menelusuri 8 Planet Dalam Tata Surya, (ii) Menerapkan algoritma Breadth First Search (BFS) ke dalam rancangan aplikasi puzzle game. Perancangan aplikasi Puzzle Game ini menggunakan metode Breadth Fisrt Search dengan software visual studio 2019 dan menggunaan bahasa VB.Net. Penelitian ini memvariasikan potongan puzzle dari 9 pieces, 16 pieces dan 36 pieces. Permainan puzzle ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan bantuan struktur pohon pelacakan (search tree). Penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 023891 Binjai pada tanggal 18 s/d 19 oktober 2022. Hasil dari penelitian berhasil membuat aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sebuah penerapan algoritma Breadth First Search untuk aplikasi puzzle game menggunakan VB.Net. Untukpenyelesaiannya menggunakan satu kasus yaitu matriks 3x3. Dengan menggunakan pohon faktor sebagai proses dari pencariannya. Dengan begitu aplikasi ini telah berhasil dibangun dan dapat berfungsi sesuai tujuan.

AbstractSkincare is one of the main things that can be done for a woman or man who wants to have healthy and radiant skin. facial skin problems (acne) become one of the skin diseases that often occur with a percentage of about 85-100% due to skincare selection errors. The purpose of this study is to apply the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method in calculating data to determine skincare products that are suitable for facial skin types and to determine the design of a decision support system website for selecting skincare products that are suitable for facial skin types using the help of a MySQL database. The results of the study using the SAW method help alternative weighting and criteria with a weight scale of 1-5 and alternative weighting ranking using the SAW method to get the final score. Rank 1 is obtained by AC-Ttack Anti-Acne Facial with a final value of 1.22 and rank 15 is obtained by CORSX Low pH Good Morning with a final value of 0.51, therefore CORSX Low pH Good Morning is the best product priority.Keywords: Simple Additive Weigthing; Decision Making Systems; Skincare. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) dalam perhitungan data untuk menentukan produk skincare yang sesuai dengan jenis kulit wajah dan mengetahui perancangan sebuah website sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan produk skincare yang sesuai dengan jenis kulit wajah menggunakan bantuan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian Dengan menggunakan metode SAW membantu pembobotan alternatif dan kriteria dengan skala bobot 1-5 dan pembobotan alternatif perangkingan menggunakan metode SAW untuk mendapatkan nilai akhir. Rangking 1 didapatkan oleh AC-Ttack Anti-Acne Facial dengan nilai akhir yaitu 1.22 dan ranking 15 didapatkan oleh CORSX Low pH Good Morning dengan nilai akhir yaitu 0.51, oleh karena itu CORSX Low pH Good Morning paling prioritas produk terbaik.Kata kunci: Simple Additive Weigthing; Decision Making Systems; Skincare.
