Abstract

Community capacity building is a strategic element in creating superior human resources (HR) that are competitive in the global era. This article discusses the approach to strengthening community capacity through lecture methods, socialization, and cleaning activities in the Al-Qur'an Memorizer Village, Mekar Jaya Village, Sei Bingei District, Langkat Regency. The results of the activities show an increase in understanding, active community participation, and the growth of collective awareness in village development based on religious values. This activity strengthens the foundation of the character of religious, productive, and environmentally aware HR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik kendaraan dan hubungannya terhadap konsentrasi emisi gas buang pada kendaraan operasional Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap sembilan kendaraan dengan berbagai merek, kapasitas silinder, umur kendaraan, panjang perjalanan, dan intensitas perawatan yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung serta pengujian emisi gas buang berdasarkan parameter CO dan HC untuk mesin bensin, serta opasitas (opacity) untuk mesin diesel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 88,88% kendaraan lulus uji emisi, sementara 11,11% tidak lulus karena melebihi ambang batas opasitas yang ditetapkan, terutama pada kendaraan Mitsubishi Truck. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perawatan kendaraan merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat emisi gas buang. Kendaraan dengan umur lebih dari 10 tahun tetap dapat memenuhi baku mutu emisi selama dilakukan perawatan secara rutin. Selain itu, panjang perjalanan yang telah ditempuh juga turut memengaruhi emisi gas buang karena semakin panjang jarak tempuh, konsumsi bahan bakar meningkat sehingga emisi gas buang pun bertambah. Namun demikian, intensitas dan kualitas perawatan kendaraan mampu menekan peningkatan emisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan operasional kendaraan melalui perawatan berkala guna menjaga performa mesin dan menekan pencemaran udara dari emisi kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

Odontogenic keratocyst cyst (OKC) is a rare odontogenic cyst that commonly affects the mandible. Carnoy solution in OKC is expected to repair the remaining cyst cells after removal thereby reducing the recurrence rate. Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) was applied to the cyst defect as it has been widely used as an autogenous graft material that can accelerate physiological wound healing and new bone formation. This case report describes the management of OKC before and after cyst enucleation in the mandible using carnoy solution and PRF. A 42-year-old male came to RSGMP Hasanuddin University with complaints of a lump on the left mandible since ±3 months ago. Intra oral examination, enlargement of the vestibulum region of teeth 33-34 measuring ±2x2x2 cm with palpation pain (-), crepitation (+). OPG x-ray and aspiration test were performed and a cloudy yellow liquid was obtained. The cyst was enucleated, applied carnoy solution and PRF, and histopathological examination was performed with OKC results. Four months postoperatively there were no complaints, good wound healing, and no enlargement. Control radiographs showed better bone formation than after surgery. It was concluded that enucleation of a cyst on the mandible to remove the cyst, prevent recurrence by applying carnoy solution and PRF to the cyst defect.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine “the influence of Environmental Performance, Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA), and Green Accounting on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2022 to 2024.” The data used was sourced from annual reports and sustainability reports, which were collected through documentation and literature review methods. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling technique, including 20 companies over three years of observation, resulting in 60 observations. After cleaning the outlier data, the number of samples suitable for analysis was reduced to 47. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 25 software. The study found that, partially, Environmental Performance and Green Accounting had no impact on SDGs, while MFCA had a positive and significant impact. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have an impact on SDGs. This study states that the application of MFCA plays a real role in supporting the achievement of SDGs, while Environmental Performance and Green Accounting are still not fully integrated into corporate sustainability strategies. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dengan mengedepankan partisipasi aktif, kolaborasi, dan pengalaman langsung. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu, adanya indikasi minimnya pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan metode outing class interaktif. Metode ini menekankan pembelajaran interaktif dan keterlibatan siswa dalam lingkungan kelas.   Kegiatan  pengabdian   ini  di laksanakan di Pesantren Syaifullah Delitua Medan, pada September 2023, dan kegiatan dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode outing class interaktif. Hasil kegiatan ini, terbukti telah mampu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menginspirasi, praktis, dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada pembentukan jiwa wirausaha peserta didik, karena outing class interaktif bukan hanya tentang transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga tentang membentuk karakter dan sikap yang dibutuhkan dalam hal ini khusus nya untuk meningkatkan jiwa  wirausaha.

Abstract

This research discusses the marketing strategy of PT Cahaya Bintang Holiday in improving promotion and service of tour and travel agency services through various approaches. First, the power of social media such as TikTok and Facebook is used by companies to promote products and services, so that they can attract the attention of many audiences to buy and use these services. Second, good service is a key factor in a company's success, especially in the service sector. The excellent service provided by PT Cahaya Bintang Holiday focuses on customer comfort and service quality which continues to be improved, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Third, outreach to the surrounding community through a family approach is carried out to get closer to the community and tourists, and attract their interest in the travel programs offered. The research uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with informants, especially employees and staff who know marketing strategies and attractiveness. This research also identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in the company's marketing strategy. The research results show that the S-O strategy implemented includes increasing sales promotions and product and service quality innovation. W-O's strategy includes increasing promotions through social media, developing market segments, and increasing human resources. The S-T strategy focuses on improving service quality, while the W-T strategy aims to improve promotion and human resources and maintain good relations with existing transportation.

Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan suatu nyala api, baik kecil maupun besar pada tempat yang tidak kita kehendaki dan dapat merugikan pada umumnya apabila api tersebut sukar dikendalikan. Akhir-akhir ini sering kali di media massa memberitakan tentang kasus kebakaran, baik itu karena faktor alam, maupun karena kelalaian teknis seperti konsleting listrik, ledakan kompor gas, membuang puntung rokok sembarangan, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bentuk rasa peduli terhadap keadaan sekitar, dari permasalahan diatas diadakan sosialisasi cara penggunaan APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) sebagai bentuk dari K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja). SMK Taruna Pekanbaru sebagai lokasi dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian, karena siswa/i SMK dapat bertindak sebagai agent of change. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat berupa ilmu pengetahuan agar siswa/i SMK mampu menggunakan APAR dengan tepat pada saat terjadi kebakaran skala kecil, sebagai wujud dari penanggulangan kebakaran dan penyelamatan diri. Sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut untuk mengetahui ketercapaian dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, Tim Pengabdi melakukan survey dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada siswa siswi SMK Taruna dan juga kuis untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dari siswa siswi SMK Taruna Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Fatwa MUI No. 146 on Sharia-compliant e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, particularly focusing on its economic, legal, and social implications. With the rapid growth of online shopping, this fatwa seeks to address challenges such as fraud, transparency, and the alignment of digital transactions with Islamic principles. The research employs a qualitative approach, combining literature review, field observation, and surveys of online shoppers in Indonesia. Data were analyzed to evaluate the extent to which the fatwa has shaped business practices and consumer behavior in the digital economy. The results indicate that Fatwa MUI No. 146 has significantly contributed to the development of a more ethical and transparent online shopping environment by emphasizing key Sharia principles such as trust, justice, and clarity in contracts. It has particularly enhanced the confidence of Muslim consumers and provided guidelines for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to access broader markets. The fatwa's role in supporting the digital economy is evident, although challenges remain in educating stakeholders about Sharia-compliant business practices. This study is original in its examination of the intersection between Islamic law and digital commerce, contributing to the discourse on Sharia-compliant e-commerce in Indonesia. Its implications are significant for policymakers, religious authorities, and digital businesses, as it suggests the need for stronger collaboration to promote inclusive and fair digital economic practices in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

Law Number 6 of 2023 on Employment provides a strong legal foundation for upholding the rights of female workers, including the right to menstrual leave. This study delves into the right to menstrual leave from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah within the context of the principle of Mabda al-Musawah (equality) and responsive law. This principle emphasizes the importance of equal treatment without gender discrimination and the need for laws that are responsive to social changes to ensure regulations can protect the rights of female workers and create an inclusive work environment. In Islamic law, the principles of mabda al-musawah and responsive law underscore the importance of justice for female workers and emphasize equality before the law regardless of gender. The research method involves literature studies with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the principle of mabda al-musawah emphasizes the importance of equality and fair treatment for all workers without gender discrimination and provides opportunities for female workers to rest without losing their right to wages. The principle of responsive law emphasizes the adaptability of laws to social changes and community needs, which is relevant to the specific needs of female workers related to the menstrual cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the principles of mabda al-musawah and responsive law in menstrual leave rights is not explicitly regulated, indicating that the law does not adequately meet the needs of female workers. Additionally, the payment of wages during leave, which depends on agreements with employers, can disadvantage workers. The legislative process that lacks the involvement of society, especially workers and women, shows that this law is not fully responsive

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the classification, recognition, measurement, depreciation, revocation and ownership, as well as disclosure of fixed assets based on PSAP No. 07 at Bengkalis State Polytechnic. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that most of the fixed asset accounting stages have carried out asset accounting treatment in accordance with PSAP 07 of 2010 which includes classification, recognition, measurement, depreciation, termination and accounting as well as accounting. However, there are still several obstacles in the classification, depreciation and the disclosure of fixed assets at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic so that it has not been carried out properly according to PSAP 07 of 2010.Keywords: Fixed Assets, PSAP No.07
