Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has increased public awareness of healthy living, establishing health as a critical foundation for social and economic stability. Hospitals, therefore, play a central role in providing high-quality healthcare services that influence patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients at Mitra Jatiasih Hospital. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design was employed, involving all 72 hemodialysis patients as research subjects through total sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The results showed that facilities had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, contributing 17.4%, while service quality also had a significant impact with a 13.2% contribution. Simultaneous testing revealed that both variables collectively accounted for 39.5% of the variation in patient satisfaction. These findings underscore that improvements in infrastructure and the quality of service delivery are critical to enhancing satisfaction among patients undergoing long-term treatment. In conclusion, the study confirms that better facilities and optimal service quality lead to higher satisfaction levels, emphasizing the need for hospital management to prioritize these areas in delivering patient-centered care.

Abstract

Writing activities are an integral part of the learning process. Writing means managing ideas systematically and expressing them explicitly. Writing can mean lowering or describing graphic symbols that describe a language understood by someone. For a researcher, compiling a research management is a very important step because this step greatly determines the success or failure of all research activities. Research activities are one of the activities that are scientific in nature. Before someone starts with research activities then he must make a written plan commonly referred to as the management of research data collection. In addition, scientific research management has a clear purpose, which can later be useful as a study material about a matter and most importantly as a reference in making decisions both for the benefit of the public or government or the private sector or company.

The sampling technique used in this research, the author used the Random Sampling technique or randomly from the existing population of 451 National Police Personnel who were used as samples referring to the Slovin formula in Husein Umar, 2017, obtained a sample of 82 people. The positive influence of leadership on the performance of National Police Personnel obtained a partial value of 0.916, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 83.9%. This is proven by hypothesis testing, the value obtained is to = 12.253 > t0.05 (80) = 1.660, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of chat-based and telephone-based digital marketing on patient closing rates and repeat orders, and to examine the mediating role of closing rates in this relationship. The research employed a quantitative, survey-based approach with non-clinical healthcare workers serving as medical advisors in men's health clinics in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to identify both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that digital marketing via chat and phone significantly affects patient conversion rates and repeat orders. Furthermore, closing rate was found to mediate the relationship between chat and telephone communication and repeat order behavior. These results indicate that the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in healthcare services is not solely determined by the utilization of digital technology but also by the quality of communication demonstrated by healthcare personnel. The study highlights the importance of structured and strategic digital communication in strengthening patient engagement and loyalty. The findings provide practical implications for healthcare service providers, particularly clinic management, in developing more effective digital marketing strategies that emphasize communication quality, patient trust, and relationship continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of TikTok video content (X1) and live streaming (X2) on patients’ consultation decisions (Y) at Klinik Lelaki Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, involving 154 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that all research instruments were valid (r > 0.159; p < 0.05) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha values: X1 = 0.745; X2 = 0.821; Y = 0.682). Furthermore, the regression model satisfied classical assumption tests, including normality (p = 0.156), multicollinearity (VIF = 1.885), and autocorrelation (Durbin–Watson = 1.619). The partial regression analysis shows that video content (B = 0.273; p < 0.001) and live streaming (B = 0.267; p < 0.001) have positive and significant effects on consultation decisions. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence consultation decisions (F = 55.633; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.424) indicates that 42.4% of the variance in patient consultation decisions is explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 57.6% is accounted for by factors outside the model. These findings suggest that improving the quality and effectiveness of digital health content on social media platforms increases patients’ likelihood of seeking medical consultation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital platforms has transformed consumer behavior in the tourism industry, particularly in the way trust is formed through online information and service experiences. In nature-based resorts, consumer trust is influenced not only by direct service encounters but also by perceptions generated through Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and service quality on consumer trust at Patuha Resort Bandung, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative designs. The population consisted of consumers of Patuha Resort Bandung, and a sample of 100 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Service quality has a positive but statistically insignificant effect when tested partially. However, E-WOM and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer trust. The findings indicate that E-WOM plays a dominant role in building consumer trust, while service quality functions as a supporting factor that reinforces consumer experience and trust sustainability in tourism services.
