Abstract

Literacy has an important role in preparing for a person's future because through good literacy skills, they can understand, analyze, and use information effectively. In the midst of the continuous development of the digital era, information is now spreading rapidly and can be easily reached through the internet and social media. Therefore, literacy is becoming increasingly important in understanding the available information. This study uses a descriptive method with a survey approach, involving respondents from various backgrounds to understand their digital literacy level. The results show that despite the increased awareness of the importance of digital literacy, there is still a significant gap in individuals' ability to use technology effectively. Literacy education integrated with technology is expected to provide solutions to improve people's skills in facing digital challenges. In addition, this article also emphasizes the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and the private sector to create inclusive and sustainable education programs. Thus, it is hoped that people can be better prepared to face the digital era and utilize technology to improve their quality of life

Abstract

One way to improve the welfare of street children through informal education is to build reading parks. This article discusses the function of reading parks in providing opportunities to learn something, prepare skills, and reveal the potential of street children, who often cannot access formal education. In addition to creating children with complex reading mechanisms, a place for play, and learning, they also provide a reduction in the risk of children usually engaging in risky activities such as child exploitation and crime. Apart from discussing the benefits, this article also explores the impact of reading gardens on children's self-concept, emotions and relationships as readers. Finally, the discussion concludes with the emphasis that reading gardens may be a necessary step to contend with superficial poverty and the long-term well-being of street children. This research was carried out by collecting data from previously existing journals, papers and articles, starting from a sense of concern for the educational needs of street children which are often neglected. The results of this research show that reading parks are not only a means of learning, but also provide hope and opportunities for street children to access inclusive education.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that has a serious impact on children's growth and development. Posyandu cadres have a crucial role in efforts to prevent stunting. This research aims to analyze the role of posyandu cadres in providing nutrition education, monitoring children's growth, and providing stimulation for children's development. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results show that posyandu cadres have a very important role in providing nutritional education to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, monitoring children's growth regularly, and providing stimulation of children's development through posyandu activities. However, there are still several obstacles faced by posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties, such as lacck of knowleedge and skill, as well’s a limited resources.

Abstract

One form of Non-Formal Education service that is very useful for the community is a literacy education program. The aim of this program is to help illiterate citizens develop their writing, reading, arithmetic and analytical thinking skills. This program is designed to be relevant to their daily lives, by exploiting the potential that exists around them. In this way, citizens learn and society can improve their quality of life in various situations. Literacy education plays an important role in maintaining the rights of people who are unable to obtain formal education to be able to obtain quality education, as well as providing opportunities for them to develop a better life through the knowledge and knowledge they have. Literacy Education is one of the programs organized by the government to reduce the number of people who cannot read and write in Indonesia. The existence of literacy programs has a clear reason, because it can help people who have difficulty or do not have basic knowledge about reading and writing to develop these abilities. This not only provides benefits to individuals, groups or communities, but can also have a positive impact on their economy. This program plays a role in improving the quality of human resources for our country. Therefore, it is very important to apply literacy education to all communities around us. This program will bring benefits to society in the future.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana kondisi pelaksaan fungsi orangtua sebagai pendidik dalam keluarga dimasa pandemi. Pandemi Covid 19 merubah tatanan kehidupan di semua aspek dan tak terkecuali aspek pendidikan. Proses belajar mengajar yang biasanya dilaksanakan di rumah dan didampingi oleh guru kini beralih dilakukan di rumah dan dibimbing oleh orang tua. Kondisinya ini pastinya memberikan sensasi yang berbeda kepada orang tua selaku pengambil ahli fungsi guru disekolah, orang tua sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, penjaga serta pengawas harus mampu menjalankan fungsinya untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran di rumah. Orangtua sebagai role model bagi anak juga harus mempu memotivasi serta memberikan contoh bagaimana belajar yang baik dan mampu mengerjakan tugas terkait pelajaran yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Disisi lain orangtua juga harus dapat menyeimbangi pelaksaan atau tugas lainnya yaitu bermain bersama anak, menafkahi keluarga, melakukan pengawasan pada anggota keluarga, memastikan kesehatan anggota keluarga dan lain-lainnya tanpa mengabaikan pelaksanaan tugas sebagai fungsi edukasi bagi anak dapat optimal.

Abstract

Pola asuh yang digunakan oleh orang tua akan memberikan akibat berbeda bagi tiap-tiap anak. Sikap yang diperlihatkan orang tua ketika mengasuh anak berkaitan dengan pembentukan kepribadian anak, termasuk rasa percaya diri anak. Penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kaitan pola asuh dengan kepercayaan diri anak. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menghimpun data yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain yang relevan. Setelah data dikumpulkan, langkah selanjutnya ialah melakukan analisis data yang bertujuan untuk mengaitkan data yang diperoleh dengan masalah yang dibahas. Hasil dari penulisan artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri anak. Pola asuh demokratis adalah jenis pola asuh yang dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak. Kepercayaan diri anak akan semakin baik, jikalau pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua juga baik

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kinerja pamong belajar pada SKB di wilayah Priangan Jawa Barat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pamong belajar. Kajian teori dalam penelitian ini diantaranya mencakup konsep Pamong Belajar Sebagai Pendidik Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Nonformal (PTK-PNF), konsep Kinerja, dan Konsep Motivasi Kerja,. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis korelasional, serta sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 37 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa; Pengaruh motivasi kerja dinyatakan dengan persamaan regresi yang menunjukkan harga positif, dengan besar derajat hubungan antar variabel tersebut tergolong sangat kuat atau sangat erat.

This article discusses how the Majelis Taklim can help rural communities better understand religion. Majelis Taklim plays an important role in realizing the religious knowledge of rural communities. Majelis Taklim has many forms and ways to be implemented. These Majelis Taklim can empower rural communities by spreading sustainable Islamic knowledge. They increase people's understanding of Islamic teachings and improve the quality of their worship. These Majelis Taklim instill moral and ethical principles that can be applied in daily activities. through continuous coaching.

Abstract

Sustainable education plays a crucial role in enhancing independent learning among rural communities in the digital era. This article discusses the importance of sustainable education models in empowering rural populations to adapt to technological advancements. With limited access to formal education, many rural communities benefit from continuous education programs that equip them with relevant skills and knowledge. The implementation of digital-based education models facilitates flexible learning and encourages self-directed learning, allowing individuals to access educational resources from their homes. Furthermore, developing digital literacy skills is essential for rural residents to effectively utilize technology for learning purposes. This article also explores strategies for technology-based teaching that enhance the learning experience and ensure that educational materials are accessible and engaging. Ultimately, the findings indicate that sustainable digital education can significantly improve the skills and knowledge of rural communities, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kedisiplinan anggota pramuka di MAN kota Pariaman. Hal ini diduga karena kurangnya dukungan orang tua dari anggota pramuka di MAN kota Pariaman. Penelitian bertujuan guna mengetahui gambaran dukungan orang tua, gambaran kedisiplinan anggota pramuka, dan mengetahui hubungan dukungan orang tua dengan kedisiplinan anggota ekstrakurikuler pramuka di MAN Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 40 orang peserta didik MAN Kota Pariaman 2024 yang terdaftar dalam anggota ekstrakurikuler pramuka aktif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling dengan 30 peserta didik MAN Kota Pariaman atau 75% dari populasi sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan perhitungan product moment untuk korelasi serta analisis deskriptif memakai rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) dukungan orang tua ekstrakurikuler pramuka MAN Kota Pariaman tergolong kurang baik, 2) Kedisiplinan ekstrakurikuler anggota pramuka MAN Kota Pariaman tergolong kurang baik, 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan orang tua dengan kedisiplinan ekstrakurikuler pramuka MAN Kota Pariaman.
