Abstract

Work enthusiasm is doing work more actively so that work can be expected to be faster and better. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work discipline, and affective commitment on employee morale at CV. Mulya Pratama Yogyajarta. The population and sample used in this research were all employees at CV. Mulya Pratama Yogyakarta, totaling 60 people, used nonprobability sampling, more precisely saturated sampling. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Affective Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Morale.

Abstract

Abstract Work morale is a feeling that is present in someone when carrying out their work so that they do their work feeling happy and can complete their work quickly and responsibly. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment and incentives on work morale at the Head Office of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire.The sampling technique in this research used non- probability sampling or saturated samples with a total research population of 60 employees at the Wroeng Special Sambal "SS" Yogyakarta Head Office. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis.The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work morale, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work morale, incentives have a positive and significant effect on work morale. So it can be concluded that transformational leadership, work environment and incentives simultaneously influence work morale.

Abstract

Background: The high transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesia requires serious handling. The public is also required to be involved in preventing the transmission of Covid-19, through discipline in carrying out health protocols. From the beginning of 2020 until the middle of 2021, the COVID-19 outbreak has claimed many lives and severely hampered human activities in many sectors. The economic and education sectors have felt the negative impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, so it is necessary to conduct research related to strategic prevention efforts. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can improve the discipline of health protocols, through efforts to increase the self-awareness of the younger generation, especially among students. Methods: Samples were taken from the student population of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) as many as 148 samples. Meanwhile, to get the data we used a questionnaire distributed online. Furthermore, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the proposed hypothesis. Results: Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure positively affect Self-Awareness. Self-Awareness has a positive effect on the Health Protocol Discipline. Meanwhile, Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure do not directly affect the Health Protocol Discipline. Level of Readiness: In particular, research results become strategic inputs related to government policies to create protocol discipline, especially among students. Meanwhile, in general, our research tries to provide a research model in the form of the Empirical Research Model (ERM), which is a strategic mindset in finding the right policy footing, in critical situations

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja personel dan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel Kepolisian Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dengan sampel berjumlah 221, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan alat bantu WarpPLS versi 8. Ditemukan hasil bahwa kinerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja dipengaruhi signifikan oleh kompetensi. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, pengaruh lingkungan kerja, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika Kabupaten Bantul yang berjumlah 80 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan R², uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bukit Palem, Singkup District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In the research carried out using a quantitative approach with a survey method and the population used was 320 permanent employees and the sample size was purposive sampling and regression data techniques which the researchers took were 76 working respondents. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, besides that the work environment and work motivation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with survey methods. Quantitative methods are used in this research because the data obtained in this research is in the form of numbers which have scores from the hypothesis results for the data. The survey method is a method where samples are taken from a population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. In survey research, information is obtained from respondents using a questionnaire (Sugiyono, 2019). In this research, the population used is permanent employees who work in PT. Bukit Palem, Singkup District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, numbering 320 employees. The number of samples taken by researchers were permanent employees who worked, namely 76 respondents. Sample technique, regression data analysis using questionnaire data.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BMT 071 Sampit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data dari 65 partisipan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan dengan menggunakan metode sederhana. Untuk memahami validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi, dan regresi linier data, maka digunakan SPSS sebagai olah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun fasilitas internal tidak. Secara simultan, terdapat koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,8% antara motivasi karyawan, fasilitas kerja internal, dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan ditekankan dalam topik ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh leader member exchange, perceived organizational support dan employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Kantor Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Yogyakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di TVRI Jogja dengan menggunakan sampel karyawan sebanyak 138 responden menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) leader member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. 2) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. 3) dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in an organization, impacting its performance and success. Strategic HR management is essential for optimal employee placement, development, and utilization, enabling organizations to harness human resources for achieving company goals. This study analyzes the relationship between organizational commitment, work stress, and the work environment concerning Turnover Intention. Researchers aim to understand how organizational commitment levels, job stress, and work environment quality contribute to employees' inclination to leave. Using a quantitative approach, data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Analysis using the SPSS program provided deeper insights into the relationship between organizational commitment, work stress, and the work environment in the context of Turnover Intention. Findings indicate that organizational commitment (KO) lacks a significant effect on job change intention (IT). Work stress (SK) shows a positive but nonsignificant impact on intention to move, while the work environment (LK) has a positive and significant effect on changing job intentions. The study suggests that attention to organizational commitment, work stress, and work environment can potentially reduce job change desires. These insights guide management in developing strategies to enhance employee well-being and retention, contributing to organizational stability.

Abstract

Perilaku kewargaan organisasi di PT Putra Bongan Jaya Kalimantan Timur menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana pengaruh ekstrinsik insentif, komunikasi interpersonal, dan kepemimpinan transaksional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan 86 responden survei yang dipilih menggunakan algoritma slovin. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji f. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, kontak interpersonal dan insentif ekstrinsik secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku anggota organisasi dengan cara yang baik. Perilaku sipil organisasi tidak ditingkatkan secara signifikan oleh kepemimpinan transaksional. Insentif ekstrinsik, dialog manusia, dan kepemimpinan transaksional semuanya berperan dalam membentuk keterlibatan sipil karyawan di tempat kerja.
