Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the motivation, work discipline and organizational climate of their influence on the performance of village officials in the District of Mandah, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 48 respondents. The results showed that motivation had a partial effect on the performance of village officials. Work discipline has a partial effect on the performance of village officials. F test results of motivation, work discipline and organizational climate simultaneously influence on the performance of village officials in the District of Mandah, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the influence of motivation, work discipline and organizational climate on the performance of village officials in Mandah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency is 95.5%, while the remaining 4.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the work culture and climate of the organization's influence on the performance of medical personnel in the Inpatient Unit of Raja Musa Sungai Guntung Hospital. This research approach is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The total sample of 42 respondents, namely all medical personnel in the RSUD Raja Musa Sungai Guntung were used as respondents in the study. The results showed that work culture partially influenced the performance of medical personnel. Organizational climate has a partial effect on the performance of medical personnel. F test results of work culture and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical personnel. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the influence of work culture and organizational climate on the performance of medical personnel by 75.5%, while the remaining 24.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures and constraints that occur in the preparation of the school income and expenditure budget plan (RAPBS) at SD Negeri 014 Karya Tunas Jaya, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The process of preparing the RAPBS at SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District includes; identification of activities or needs to be implemented during the budget period; identification of sources of funds; Formulate a budget in a format that has been approved and used by SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District, Propose a draft that has been prepared by the principal and teachers to the school committee; revise the proposed budget; The school is assisted by the School Committee in conducting socialization to all parents and guardians of students; and finally make sufficient revisions and endorsements. Sources of education budget at SD Negeri 014 Tempuling District are funds from the government and BOS funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the performance of Babinkamtibmas, Pelangiran Village, Pelangiran District in maintaining Kamtibmas and to know and describe what factors affect the performance of Babinkamtibmas, Pelangiran Village, Pelangiran District in maintaining kamtibmas. Research activities are always carried out as an effort to understand and solve problems scientifically based on empirical facts. This research is a descriptive analytical study. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing and giving questionnaires to the pelangiran community. The data obtained through this study were processed and analyzed using qualitative normative analysis methods. The results of the study explain that the functions of Bhabinkamtibmas are counseling in the field of law and community service, community service on social security issues, fostering public order against prevailing norms, mediation and facilitation of problem-solving efforts and coordination of community service efforts. Some of the obstacles in creating kamtibmas are public knowledge about the implementation of Polri duties, especially Bhabinkamtibmas, the low level of community legal understanding, the actions of unprofessional police members so that public trust in Polri is still relatively low. The efforts that need to be made by the National Police in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of Bhabinkamtibmas In maintaining Kamtibmas include: Preemptive, preventive, repressive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the teaching quality of productive teachers through the academic supervision of the head of the expertise program at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City. The results showed that the academic supervision delegation system from the principal to the head of the expertise program at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City. The head of SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City has formed a supervisory team consisting of the Head of the Study Program and senior teachers. Academic supervision carried out by the head of the expertise program to the expertise program teacher (productive) at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City, the principal has prepared an academic supervision program plan, requested a report from the head of the program, and followed up on the results of supervision as it should be. The teaching quality of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City has improved both in terms of administrative and process. The factors that support the implementation of academic supervision of the principal of SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City are the high professionalism of the principal, high supervisor competence (through the head of the program), teachers who on average are ready to be supervised, especially productive teachers, principals are able to create a good relationship pattern with the principal. all components of the school, the principal is able to overcome obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the head of the program, and the school infrastructure is sufficient and representative for teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of budget planning, budget evaluation and cost standards on organizational performance in the Regional Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with a causal research approach. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis based on the t test show that budget planning has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, budget evaluation has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and standard costs have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and self-eficacy on employee performance of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center which is mediated by targeting employee. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center employees. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center's employees. Targeting has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center's employees. Reward has a negative and insignificant effect on targeting employees of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on targeting employees of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center. Rewards can mediate the performance of Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center employees. Self-efficacy cannot mediate the performance of Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanism for providing compensation certificates (SKGR) at the Tembilahan Hulu District Office. To achieve this goal, a quantitative descriptive analysis technique is used for services according to the MENPAN Decree Number 63 of 2003 concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Services.The results of the research from the ten service mechanisms, most of the respondents' answers were in line with expectations. Simplicity in process requirements, very clear technical and administrative requirements, certainty of letter completion time, service products are very important, process and service products are very safe, very quick to respond, infrastructure very adequate, the location is very strategic so it is very easy to access, the officers are very friendly in providing services, the environment is very beautiful and healthy.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that someone has achieved in carrying out work activities. High performance officer called an employee or employees who are productive, vice versa officers who do not meet the standards are said to be unproductive. The performance of the officer's medical record can be measured from a patient's rekmed document preparation of promptness, thoroughness of medical record document and complete the task with the right time which is already specified. Some of the factors that affect the working environment i.e. kinera both physical and non-physical, the officer's competence, as well as adequate compensation given to employees is in compliance. This research aims to analyze the influence of work environment, competence and compensation on performance Clerk medical record RSU Haji Surabaya. This research using medical record clerk 46 outpatient units working in RSU Haji Surabaya. The source data used using the questionnaire then analyzed with the SPSS data processing. The variables used in this study is the work environment, Competence & compensation as free variables, the performance of the officer's medical record as a variable. The results of this research show that the working environment variables do not affect performance significantly to outpatient medical record officers partially or simultaneous.
