Abstract

This study aims to determine: accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability with liquidity as an intervening variable in Regional Owned Enterprises and Regional Public Service Agencies of Gresik Regency. The data used is secondary data by means of documentation, both financial reports and profiles of Regional Owned Enterprises and Regional Public Service Agencies in Gresik Regency. Data processing using path analysis. The results showed that cash turnover had no effect on liquidity. Accounts receivable turnover has an effect on liquidity. Inventory turnover has no effect on liquidity. Cash turnover has an effect on profitability. Accounts receivable turnover has an effect on profitability. Inventory turnover has an effect on profitability. Liquidity has no effect on profitability. Cash turnover has no significant effect through liquidity. Accounts receivable turnover has no significant effect through liquidity. Inventory turnover has no significant effect through liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education and training on the performance of members of the Military Basic Training and Education Center (Puslatdiksarmil) in Sidoarjo through competence variables. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out to 129 members of the Puslatdiksarmil in Sidoarjo. The results show that directly the education variable, training variable and competence variable have a significant effect on performance, education variable has no significant effect on performance through competence, training variable has a significant effect on performance through competence, so the role of leadership is needed in efforts to improve education, training and competence. all members of the Puslatdiksarmil periodically to improve their performance. The implication of this research is that education and competence play an important role in improving the performance of members directly, training through competence plays a very important role in improving the performance of members so that organizational goals are expected to be achieved.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the work environment, incentives finacial, non financial incentives simultaneously or partially to the employee job satisfaction, knowing the dominant variables affecting employee satisfaction as well as to know the conditions work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives and job satisfaction employees from Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. In this research, the data collected comes from the sample data so that the data studied is the data from the sample. The method used is the survey method with the aim to find the relationship and influence between the free variable with dependent variable, and describe the variables- variables studied. The population in this study is all employees that exist in Departement of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Bojonegoro. Sampling technique using census technique that is from whole population taken as sample, leader and researcher not included in sample. The results of this research are simultaneous work environment, financial incentives, non financial incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially work environment, financial incentives and non financial Incentives have an effect on the significance of job satisfaction. Among the working environment, financial incentives and non-financial incentives, non-financial incentives have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find and describe the condition of the 2013 curriculum, educator's ability, educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. To test and analyze curriculum variables, educators and facilities either partially or simultaneously to the quality of education in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. The number of population in this research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro which guilty 37 people. In this research the analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of tool using SPSS program. The results of the 2013 curriculum data analysis, the ability of educators and practical facilities in general and simultaneously for education at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of existing factors, the role of individuals, career development and job relations partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was in the Food Security Department of Bojonegoro Regency, which lived 31 people. The sampling technique uses a sampling census, that is, all members of the population are used as sample research, namely 30 independent researchers. The results showed partially the variables that significantly influence job satisfaction are individual individuals, career development, and relationships, while the intrinsic factor variable is not significant to job satisfaction at the Bojonegoro Regency Food Security Department. Keywords: intrinsic, individual role, career development, and significant relationship to the performance of employees of the Bojonegoro Food Security Department. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, work, and job satisfaction of teachers and employees at SDN 005 Penajam and to find out the contents of work for teacher job satisfaction, the influence of the work environment on teacher satisfaction, and the effect of work on teacher performance. teacher work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN 005 Penajam. The research sample was played by 30 teachers. The results of this study indicate that work and work environment are significant towards teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment are significant towards teacher performance at SDN 005 Penajam. Performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on job satisfaction through teachers at SDN 005 Penajam. Keywords: work, work environment, performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the most important elements that can support the running of a company is human resources (employees). Making a company that is the choice for employees and job seekers can be said to answer a question whether it motivates employees to remain full and engage with the company. One of the steps that the company can take is through a program engagement program. This must be managed and measured to ensure that employees are not only effective in their roles and in meeting organizational goals, but also that they are involved and motivated to play a role in the company's progress. This can be done by using several tools to measure and manage employee effectiveness PT Agel Langgeng, has made major changes in the organization's strategy through human resource development, as well as organizational change, based on the results of the 2016 and 2017 Employe Engangement Survey (EES), which revealed an increase in engagement rates from 56% to 87%. This research is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that PT Agel Langgeng Pasuruan has implemented a strategy to create employee effectiveness. This is indicated by the opinions of employees on the company both in terms of dimensions of engagement and dimensions of enablement. Keywords: employee effectiveness, company strategy

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat with total sample of 64 respondents. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 2) To know the style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment partially have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 3) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment which has a dominant influence Employee Work Achievement. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a very significant influence on the performance of members, 2) Partially, Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement in General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan, 3) job commitment variables have a dominant influence in affecting Employee Work Achievement In General Section Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the teacher's commitment, interpersonal communication, and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo; second, to know a significant influence on the commitment of teachers to teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo city. Third, to know a significant influence on interpersonal communication on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo. Fourth, to know simultaneous influence of commitment and interpersonal communication on the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Probolinggo. The population in this study are all teachers who teach at SMPN 3 Probolinggo. While the sample taken is the entire teacher population except researchers, amounting to 40 people. The data in this study were analyzed by multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneous commitment and interpersonal communication had a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMPN 3 Probolinggo. Partially Interpersonal commitment and communication also have a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMPN 3 Kota Probolinggo. And between the two variables that are more dominant in influencing the performance of Probolinggo SMPN 3 teachers is the Interpersonal communication variable.
