Abstract

The population in this study is all employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 64 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, commitment and performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze whether the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior and commitment affect simultaneously on employee performance, 3) To test and analyze the motivation to influence the work performance of employees, 4) To test and analyze the effect of OCB partially on employee performance, 5) To test and analyze the effect of commitment partially on employee performance. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, OCB and commitment had significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, OCB and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. OCB variables have a dominant influence on employee performance in the general section of the district secretariat pamekasan. Keywords: motivation, OCB, commitment, job performance

Abstract

This research is to understand and describe the ability of school principals, the work environment, and the ability of teachers at the Sub Rayon 10 Middle School in the Probolinggo District Education Office. Then to understand and analyze the simultaneous and partial between managerial and school abilities to improve the performance of the teachers of the Sub-Rayon 10 Public Middle School Probolinggo District Education Office. This research is a quantitative explanatory research with 109 participants. The results of the study showed that simultaneous related to the principal's managerial ability and work environment that was significant to the teacher's ability. Partially, there is an influence on managerial principals on teacher performance as well as a significant relationship with the work environment on teacher performance Keywords: managerial ability, work environment, teacher performance

Abstract

One of the significant things which is very important in providing educational services is the teaching staff (teacher) which in this study emphasizes to the work contract teaching staff so that their performance is increasing.The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze significantly and simultaneously, influence directly competence, motivation and discipline on performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sumberasih, Probolinggo. In order to analyze the causal relationships between variables and test hypotheses, the analysis used is multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of descriptive analyzes known that competency, motivation, discipline and performance have good values: and based on multiple linear regression analysis known that competence is not positive effect and not significant to performance; motivation have positive and significant influence for performance; discipline have positive and significant influence toward performance and competence, motivation and discipline are influence simultaneously to the performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kedungdung Sub-District Police, Sampang Regency. with a total sample of 33 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out and describe communication competencies, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and performance of Kedungdung police officers in Sampang District, 2) to find out and analyze whether communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of Kedungdung police officers in Sampang District, 3) to find out and analyze whether communication skills, emotional intelligence and organizational culture partially influence the performance of the Kedungdung police officers in Sampang Regency. The results showed that 1). Simultaneously, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture had a very significant effect on employee performance. 2). Partially, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of Kedungdung Police officers in Sampang Regency. Thus, it can be said that all independent variables partially have a significant influence on the performance of the Sampang District Police officers; 3) organizational culture variable has a dominant influence to the performance of the apparatus in the Kedungdung Police Sector in Sampang Regency. Abstract

The Raskin program is actually part of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of poverty. The location of this research is in the Village of Kuala Lahang, Gaung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim of describing the process of implementing a program of rice assistance for poor families, to describe the effectiveness of the rice assistance program for poor families and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the family rice assistance program poor. Data sources were obtained that relate to the RASKIN distribution and distribution process, mainly sourced from beneficiary households (RTS) beneficiaries and RASKIN management teams at the village and sub-district levels using the method of observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the rice assistance program for poor families in Gaung District had not been carried out effectively in accordance with the applicable provisions and procedures. Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of employee performance, especially career development of employees consisting of; (1) forms of career coaching; (2) obstacles in career coaching; (3) solutions made to overcome obstacles. The results of the study: 1) The forms of career guidance in RSUD Puri Husada include: providing general orientation on employee duties and functions, facilitating routine employee needs, socializing technical guidance to the executive level, involving employees in the technical guidance and training relevant to tupoksi, holding coordination meetings scope of internal and cross-sectoral (provincial) and planned promotion, lateral, and mutation processes. 2) Obstacles in employee career development, namely: limited funds in the addition of facilities and infrastructure. 3) Solutions made to overcome obstacles are: maintaining and utilizing existing facilities and infrastructure optimally, coordinating meetings to synchronize central government regulations and the work program of RSUD Puri Husada, socializing technical guidelines to the executive level through seminars and workshops, motivating employees practice and study independently, hold internal and cross-sectoral coordination meetings, disseminate work performance measurements based on SKP in order to assess objective performance, and send structural officials to follow DIKLATPIM. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Indragiri Hilir District Regulation No. 5 of 2016 concerning No-Smoking Areas. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. Research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, researchers obtained information that the application of the No Smoking Area in the Indragiri Hilir District Health Office has been going well, but several obstacles were still found, namely from the socialization, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of the No Smoking Area policy in several other government offices is still not going well, there are still many cigarette butts and cigarette ashtrays found in government offices. The lack of compliance is due to the absence of strict sanctions and the absence of committees or oversight teams for the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Financial Board of Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 62 people. The research objective was to see, describe and test the influence both partially and simultaneously on leadership style, work discipline, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance of the Regional Financial Board in Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The results showed that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior have a very significant influence on employee performance. Partially, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Finance Agency employees, thus all independent variables partially have a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Finance Agency employees. The variable of work discipline has an influence on the performance of the employees of the Regional Finance Agency in Pamekasan Regency. Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the principal's leadership function on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study population included all 35 Tembilahan Junior High School teachers, who were also the study sample. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the principal's leadership function consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influence teacher performance. The motivator function is the dominant variable influencing the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Simultaneously the leadership function of the principal consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influences the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Furthermore, to read and analyze the governance of communication, emotional intelligence and organizational culture, both simultaneously have an effect on the performance of the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency. The results showed that simultaneously, communication intelligence, intelligence and organizational culture had a very significant influence on employee performance. Partially, communication competence, emotional intelligence and organizational organization have a significant influence on the personnel performance of the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency. Organizational culture has a dominant influence in influencing the performance of officers in the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency.
