Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' perception and expectation values regarding the quality of academic services, the level of student satisfaction with academic services, as well as the cumulative influence of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and the quality of academic services on student satisfaction at the FKIP Sriwijaya University. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. Questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies were used in data collection. 360 students from the FKIP Faculty of Education at Sriwijaya University were used as samples in this study. The SPSS 26 software was used in the data analysis of this research. The findings of the study indicate that tangibility and responsiveness do not have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. Meanwhile, reliability, assurance, empathy, and service quality cumulatively have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. The service quality variable has an influence of 67.50% on student satisfaction. FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya is expected to continue improving the quality of service and maintaining the already good service to always ensure student satisfaction at FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Pendidikan global dapat mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi manusia yang otonom, dan bertanggung jawab. Pendidikan global merupakan proses pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik dengan kemampuan dasar intelektual dan tanggung jawab, pendidikan global memegang peranaan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkwalitas. Globalisasi membawa tantangan dan perubahan dalam pengelolaaan hidup dan masyarakat termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Sebagai seorang pendidik yang mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam mencerdaskan peserta didik harus dapat membuka diri untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan serta melek terhadap perkembangan tekonologi sehingga dapat bersaing dengan Negara lain. Kepedulian terhadap kelestarian lingkungan dan budaya serta kearifan lokal harus tetap dijaga sebagai pondasi agara tidak terkikisannya kebudaya yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

Nilai-nilai budaya memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk gaya dan praktik kepemimpinan, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan global yang semakin kompleks. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan global dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan, dengan fokus pada strategi implementasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pemimpin pendidikan dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggabungkan studi literatur dan analisis kasus dari berbagai institusi pendidikan multikultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya lokal, seperti musyawarah, keadilan, dan solidaritas, dapat memperkuat fondasi kepemimpinan berbasis komunitas. Sementara itu, nilai-nilai global seperti inklusi, keberlanjutan, dan inovasi menjadi elemen kunci untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Namun, integrasi nilai-nilai ini sering kali dihadapkan pada perbedaan persepsi, konflik budaya, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

The Oil to Gas Fuel Conversion Program aims to make it easier for fishermen to obtain fuel at affordable prices, hence they can increase their income. Program implementation is declared effective if it runs smoothly and produces the expected results. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program, analyze the income of program recipients and non-program recipients, and analyze the relationship between program effectiveness and income. Interviews using questionnaires were conducted with research subjects, namely 51 members of the Joint Business Group who received the program and 30 members who did not receive the program. Data in the form of attitudes or opinions of program recipient respondents are analyzed based on the achievement of effectiveness scores, income data from two groups of respondents were analyzed based on the difference between two means tests, and the relationship between effectiveness and income was analyzed based on the Spearman rank correlation test. The research results showed that the program's effectiveness was 94.20% (very high). The t-count value of 4.816 is greater than the t-table of 1.994, indicating that there is a significant difference between the income of program recipients and non-program recipients. The relationship between program effectiveness and income is very weak and not significant, with a coefficient value of 0.032. The effectiveness of the program does not directly affect income, but the existence of the program increases fishing efforts and the income of program recipients. Abstract

This research starts from the low student learning outcomes which is reflected in the value of 52.38% the average daily students are below the minimum completeness of learning that is 70. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in the material of Regional Autonomy through the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning for students of class IX-B in semester I of Junior High School 5 Kerinci academic year 2017/2018. Subjects in this study were students of class IX-B Kerinci Senior High School 5 Kerinci Regency with a total of 21 students, 5 male students and 16 female students. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was held two meetings with 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection analysis. Data analysis techniques in PTK are descriptive analytical. The results of classroom action research using a two-cycle pattern, apparently can test the action hypothesis proposed in this study. The results are; the results of the learning evaluation in the first cycle which only reached an average score of 72.47 increased in the second cycle which reached 75.86. In the second cycle students have achieved the expected mastery of learning that is 90.48% compared to the first cycle which is only 66.67%. This means that at the end of the second cycle all target criteria can be met, therefore the submitted can be accepted

Abstract

Technological developments provide convenience in daily activities and cause negative impacts, such as social conflicts. In South Sumatra Province, this problem has the potential to threaten the achievement of Zero Conflict that has been achieved. This study aims to analyze the government's strategy in preventing conflicts with technoculture-based information technology. The theories used include Conflict Theory as a grand theory, New Public Administration Theory as a middle theory, conflict prevention strategies, and digital technology interaction in creating conflicts as a theoretical application. A qualitative approach is applied to analyze written material from various sources. The findings show that the potential for disruption to Zero Conflict is quite significant. The South Sumatra government has made preventive efforts through three strategies: early warning and system response, confidence-building actions, and diplomatic missions. To maintain Zero Conflict, it is necessary to search, study, and diagnose to detect the negative impact of technoculture-based conflicts to maintain harmony and balance between information technology and culture.

Abstract

The restorative justice approach has been applied in Indonesia, especially in the settlement of juvenile criminal cases and complaints, based on Law Number 11 of 2012 and the Criminal Code. This study analyzes the Actor Capability Model in the Implementation of Restorative Justice Policy at the Ogan Ilir District Attorney's Office, referring to the Attorney General's Regulation No. 15 of 2020. The theory used includes the concept of restorative justice, the capability model, and the relationship between the prosecutor's ability to apply the concept. The research method is qualitative descriptive, with data obtained through interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through collection, reduction, presentation, and the drawing of conclusions. The results show that the ability of the Ogan Ilir District Prosecutor's Office to implement restorative justice is quite good, covering technical, social, and conceptual aspects. However, there are challenges in the dimension of idealized policy, especially in the pattern of interaction between policymakers and target groups. The importance of the role of law enforcement officials—the police, prosecutors, and courts—in the implementation of this policy emphasizes the need for a dedicated organizational unit to focus on the tasks and objectives of restorative justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mendorong penerapan Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM) dalam konteks Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan MBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran kunci dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang mendukung PAIKEM melalui beberapa strategi, seperti pengembangan kapasitas guru, penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif, dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk orang tua dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi PAIKEM, seperti kurangnya sumber daya dan dukungan dari pihak terkait. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi praktisi pendidikan dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah melalui penerapan PAIKEM. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

One of the industries that has a function to meet the needs of domestic agricultural inputs and has great market potential to reach the international market is the urea fertilizer industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the sales performance of commercial urea fertilizer carried out through PT Pusri Palembang's export activities. This research was conducted at PT Pusri Palembang in November 2024. The research method used is a case study using secondary data on urea fertilizer exports in the 2009-2023 period. The result of this study is that the factor that has a significant influence on the export volume of PT Pusri Palembang is the production of urea fertilizer with a positive influence. Meanwhile, the factors of international urea prices, the exchange rate of the Rupiah against the USD, Indonesia's subsidized urea consumption, world urea production and potential countries' urea consumption have no significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh sosialisasi politik yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Pagar Alam terhadap partisipasi politik pemilih pemula pada Pemilu 2024. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif, studi ini menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara sosialisasi politik sebagai variabel independen dan partisipasi politik sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 394 responden pemilih pemula dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi politik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi politik pemilih pemula, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,144 dan nilai signifikansi 0,004. Meskipun nilai determinasi (R²) hanya sebesar 0,021, temuan ini tetap substansial karena menunjukkan adanya kontribusi nyata meskipun terbatas dari kegiatan sosialisasi terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan politik generasi muda. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkap bahwa dimensi intensitas kegiatan dan relevansi materi memiliki pengaruh paling besar dalam mendorong partisipasi pemilih pemula dibandingkan dimensi lain seperti media sosialisasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar KPU memperluas cakupan dan frekuensi sosialisasi secara berkelanjutan, dengan pendekatan yang komunikatif dan berbasis kebutuhan generasi muda. Kolaborasi dengan institusi pendidikan dan dukungan dari pemerintah daerah juga dinilai krusial dalam membentuk literasi dan kesadaran politik sejak dini. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dianjurkan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi partisipasi politik serta menggunakan pendekatan campuran untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam.
