Abstract

Devi Rahmawati 2023. Research on "Language Ability of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Mekar Kindergarten, Sukamulya Village, Parindu District, Sanggau Regency Psycholinguistic Studies". This study uses qualitative methods in obtaining and analyzing data. The language skills of children aged 5-6 years basically begin with the acquisition of phonology and syntax. In this study, data analysis was based on phonology and syntax. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years who were in Mekar Kindergarten in Sukamulya Village. This study observes the language skills of children aged 5-6 years who have language skills in pronouncing vowel phonemes, consonant phonemes, and sentence patterns. Research resulting from this study shows that children aged 5-6 years are able to speak the pronunciation of vowel phonemes, consonant phonemes, and sentence patterns. However, even though children are already capable of acquiring phonology there are children who experience changes in the sounds that are voiced. In the pronunciation of the word "first" to "daholo", the child (research subject) changed the vowel [u] to [o]. In consonant phonemes children (research subjects) are already able to pronounce consonant phonemes. However, there are children who do discharge in the pronunciation of consonants. In the pronunciation of the word "because" becomes "because" the child (research subject) releases the consonant phoneme [r]. In the acquisition of syntax, children (research subjects) are able to use sentences grammatically.

Abstract

The writing of this scientific paper discusses how the correlation between justice in the Mahabharata film and the concept of justice by Murtadho Muthahhari. Justice has become a topic of discussion by philosophers, religious scholars, politicians, and of course legal experts such as Murtadho Muthahhari. The purpose of this study is to find out the situation in the Mahabharata film, the concept of justice of Murtadho Muthahhari, and how it correlates with each other. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data sources obtained from the Mahabharata film, as well as books, and scientific works that support the research. After conducting this research, it can be found that there are similarities between justice in the Mahabharata film and the concept of justice by Murtadho Muthahhari. Murtadho Muthahhari explained that a person's good and bad deeds will not be separated from the judgment of God Almighty. In the story of Mahabharata which describes a person who does good, there will be a reward for his deeds. Likewise with evil deeds. Conclusion As in his story, the Pandavas who always do good will get a good reward from God, as well as Kaurawa who always does evil, will always get misfortune. This belief has been embraced by every religion, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam as the religion that the author follows.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan partisipasi masyarakat dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui UMKM Susu Kedelai dan faktor penghambatnya di Desa Kutagandok. Teori yang digunakan adalah bentuk partisipasi masyarakat menurut Yadav dalam Totok Mardikanto, terbagi dalam empat proses, yaitu partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, implementasi, pemanfaatan hasil, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah Desa, memberikan aspirasi untuk UMKM susu kedelai, serta kesediaan memberikan sumbangan ide, tenaga kerja, uang tunai, dan dukungan lainnya. Pengorganisasian sumber daya lokal dan pemeliharaan hasil masih belum optimal, terutama biaya mandiri untuk produksi. Program UMKM susu kedelai mengandalkan kontribusi lebih banyak dari segi tenaga daripada dukungan finansial. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam partisipasi masyarakat belum berjalan baik, terutama karena kontribusi finansial dari masyarakat belum optimal. Masyarakat Desa Kutagandok menikmati manfaat dari hasil pembangunan program ketahanan UMKM susu kedelai, tetapi sebagian hanya sebagai penikmat program. Seharusnya, mereka juga turun ke lapangan untuk berpartisipasi dan bekerja sama mengatasi masalah. Meskipun tujuan program ini meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, implementasinya belum optimal. Pelaku UMKM susu kedelai perlu meningkatkan kompetensi dalam pengelolaan usaha agar program berjalan lebih efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, dan motivasi kerja berdampak pada kinerja pekerja PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sebagai pendekatan kuantitatif kausal. Sebuah survei dilakukan terhadap lima puluh pekerja Perwakilan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) di Kediri. dan dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS for Windows versi 23. Dari penelittian ini menghasilkan seebagai berikut: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Kediri; (2) Disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Kediri; dan (3) Motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Kediri. (4) Gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, dan motivasi untuk bekerja sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Perwakilan Kediri.
