Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Dalam Mempertahankan Awareness Jasa Rental Mobil CV. Jasa Saudagar di Kota Makassar. Adapun pokok masalah adalah Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Dalam Mempertahankan Awareness Jasa Rental Mobil CV. Jasa Saudagar di Kota Makassar. Dari pokok masalah tersebut, penulis merumuskan sub masalah yaitu Bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh CV. Jasa Saudagar dalam mempertahankan Awareness di Kota Makassar dan Faktor-faktor apa yang mendukung dan menghambat CV. Jasa Saudagar dalam mempertahankan Awareness di Kota di kota Makassar Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber data primer dan sekunder yang dimana data primer adalah sumber data yang diperoleh secara langsung menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara, jejak pendapat dari individu atau sekelompok sedangkan sekunder adalah sumber data yang diperoleh melalui perantara media atau secara tidak langsung berupa buku. metode yang digunakan adalah metode Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentsi. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan jasa rental mobil CV. Jasa Saudagar secara efektif dilakukan melalui pemasaran langsung dan alat komunikasi personal. Sampai saat ini CV. Jasa Saudagar selalu memberikan layanan terbaik untuk calon komsumen dengan terus berkomitmen dengan kepercayaan kepada konsumen yang telah memakai jasanya, memperbaharui unit mobil yang akan direntalkan dan memberikan harga yang tetap berkualitas walaupun banyak saingan tapi tetap dengan komitmen perusahaan.

Abstract

Podcasts have gained popularity as a flexible medium for delivering information across diverse genres, including news, entertainment, personal development, and education. This study investigates the integration of podcast-assisted media and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance English-speaking skills among third-semester students enrolled in the Public Speaking and Presentation course at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The research addresses challenges in traditional language instruction, such as limited speaking opportunities and student anxiety, by leveraging the flexibility and authenticity of podcasts. Employing a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, the study examines the impact of this method on students' speaking abilities. Data analysis was conducted using a paired sample t-test, revealing a significant improvement in speaking skills, as indicated by the pretest and posttest score comparison (t = -34.997, p = 0.000). The findings demonstrate that integrating podcast-assisted media with Project-Based Learning (PjBL) provides an effective approach to enhancing students' English-speaking skill, offering opportunities for active participation and authentic listening experiences.

Abstract

This study investigates the development, feasibility, and effectiveness of instructional media utilizing Movie Maker software to support the teaching of drama material for eleventh-grade students at SMK Madani Marindal I. Employing the ADDIE development model—comprising Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—the research involved a total population of 46 students, with a purposive sample of 22 participants. The findings indicate that the developed media was deemed suitable for instructional use. Evaluations by media experts revealed a "Very Feasible" score of 89% and a "Feasible" score of 81.3%. Assessments by material experts yielded "Feasible" ratings of 83.3% and 78.6%, respectively. Additionally, feedback from an Indonesian language teacher rated the product as "Very Feasible" with a score of 93.3%. Field trials involving 22 students from the XI TBSM and OTKP classes reported a "Feasible" result with an overall percentage of 77.36%. These results affirm the practicality and relevance of Movie Maker-assisted learning media in enhancing student engagement and comprehension in drama instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development process, feasibility, and effectiveness of Android-based mobile interactive learning media designed to enhance students’ comprehension of scientific writing materials among grade XI students at SMA Negeri 16 Medan. Employing the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—the research involved a total population of 384 students, with a sample of 35 participants. The findings revealed that the developed product achieved a “highly feasible” category based on evaluations from media experts I and II, obtaining scores of 94% and 95%, respectively. Material experts I and II rated the media at 92% and 94%, while assessments from teachers I and II both yielded 94%. Field trials conducted with 35 students of class XI Draco at SMA Negeri 16 Medan showed a “highly feasible” rating of 88%. Furthermore, effectiveness testing through integrated evaluation instruments demonstrated significant improvement in students’ understanding of scientific writing materials, achieving a “highly effective” rating of 90%. These results indicate that the developed Android-based interactive media is both pedagogically sound and effective in supporting students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

The integration of literature into English language teaching (ELT) is increasingly recognized for its ability to enhance linguistic skills and cultural awareness. This literature review aims to provide valuable insights and recommendations for best practices in applying literature within ELT across various educational contexts. Employing a literature review methodology, the study examines both primary and secondary sources, including recent articles, conference papers, and other relevant documents obtained from academic databases and online search engines such as Google Scholar and ERIC. The review process involves selecting pertinent publications, collecting and analyzing data, discussing related topics, integrating supporting information, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that while integrating literature into ELT presents certain challenges, such as selecting appropriate texts and addressing varied student proficiency levels, it also offers significant opportunities for enriching language instruction. Additionally, various effective strategies for integrating literature into ELT across different countries are identified. The study highlights the potential of literature to improve English language teaching and provides recommendations for leveraging literary resources to maximize educational benefits.

Abstract

This literature review explores the evolving landscape of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and examines how traditional methods can be integrated with modern educational needs to enhance language instruction. Initially, ESP focused on specialized vocabulary and discourse practices within specific professional fields, relying heavily on textbook-based instruction and rigid methodologies. These traditional approaches, while foundational, have been critiqued for their limited flexibility, engagement, and broader communicative development. Recent advancements in educational technology have introduced new opportunities for ESP, including interactive learning platforms, personalized instruction, and increased accessibility. These innovations address several limitations of traditional ESP methods by making learning more engaging and adaptable to diverse learner needs. The review highlights the benefits of integrating technology into ESP instruction, such as enhanced student engagement and personalized learning experiences. To bridge the gap between traditional and modern approaches, a balanced method combining face-to-face instruction with digital tools is proposed. Blended learning models and collaborative online platforms offer a more holistic and effective ESP education. However, challenges such as resource constraints, digital literacy, and appropriate assessment methods remain. The review concludes by emphasizing the importance of adopting a balanced approach that incorporates both traditional and modern methods to meet the evolving needs of ESP learners. Future research should focus on overcoming existing challenges and developing innovative solutions to further enhance ESP instruction in a rapidly changing educational environment. Abstract

Di era yang tengah mengalami pengembangan teknologi yang pesat seperti sekarang ini, telah mendorong terjadi efisiensi produksi, perluasan pasar, serta difersifikasi barang dan jasa dalam berbagai jenis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Walaupun demikian permasalahan yang mendasar yang membuat pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup menjadi sulit ialah kemampuan masyarakat memperoleh berbagai barang dan jasa yang direpresentasi oleh kuat lemahnya daya beli masyarakat. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis daya beli masyarakat dengan menggunakan data pengeluaran perkapita rata-rata bulanan masyarakat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Strategi pemecahan masalah yang diterapkan ialah mensimulasikan pengaruh dari pasar barang dan jasa yakni variabel inflasi, pengaruh dari pasar tenaga kerja yakni variabel kesempatan kerja dan upah terhadap daya beli masyarakat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan kesempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli masyarakat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, secara parsial upah minimum berpengaruh terhadap daya beli masyarakat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Luaran penelitian yang direncanakan ialah publikasi pada jurnal terindeks sinta.
