Abstract

Kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, sebagaimana data PISA 2018 yang menempatkan Indonesia pada posisi ke-74 dari 79 negara. Rendahnya kemampuan ini dipengaruhi oleh metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan kurang memperhatikan struktur serta fungsi sosial teks. Pendekatan Genre Based (GB) hadir sebagai solusi dengan memberikan kerangka pembelajaran yang sistematis untuk memahami berbagai jenis teks secara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Sudirman Makassar yang menerapkan pendekatan GB dalam pembelajaran membaca. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan empat tahap pendekatan GB Building Knowledge of the Field, Modeling of the Text, Joint Construction, dan Independent Construction berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami struktur dan fungsi sosial teks. Selain aspek kognitif, pendekatan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan emosional siswa sehingga mereka lebih percaya diri dan aktif dalam membaca. Pendekatan ini juga membantu menciptakan pembelajaran inklusif, kolaboratif, dan reflektif, serta membentuk budaya literasi kritis yang esensial bagi literasi abad ke-21. Dengan demikian, Genre Based efektif sebagai strategi pembelajaran membaca yang kontekstual dan berorientasi sosial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen pendidikan serta mengidentifikasi studi kasus dan praktik terbaik (best practice) yang telah terbukti efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah kritis terhadap artikel ilmiah, laporan studi kasus, buku, dan publikasi terpercaya terkait pemanfaatan AI di sektor pendidikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk menyaring pola dan prinsip utama. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima pilar strategi implementasi yang krusial: (1) kesiapan infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia, (2) integrasi AI yang berpusat pada pedagogi, (3) tata kelola data dan etika yang ketat, (4) pengembangan kapasitas guru (upskilling), dan (5) evaluasi berkelanjutan. Studi kasus dari berbagai institusi menunjukkan bahwa AI berhasil diimplementasikan untuk optimalisasi administrasi (e.g., admission otomatis, penjadwalan), personalisasi pembelajaran adaptif, serta analitik prediktif untuk mendukung keputusan pimpinan dan mencegah drop out. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan implementasi AI tidak bergantung pada teknologi semata, tetapi pada strategi holistik yang mengintegr asikan aspek teknis, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan visioner, dan keberlanjutan. Analisis tematik terhadap literatur dan studi kasus terkini mengungkap bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen pendidikan tidak bersifat insidental, tetapi merupakan hasil dari penerapan strategi holistik yang terstruktur.

Abstract

Technological development Academic integrity is the main foundation in the development of science, but cases of plagiarism in scientific articles remain a serious challenge among students, especially during the transition period of higher education. This scientific article aims to develop and implement an artificial intelligence (AI)-based training program for new students to improve their understanding and skills in detecting and reducing plagiarism practices, and measure the effectiveness of the training in increasing students' awareness, knowledge, and technical abilities in producing original scientific works. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The results showed significant improvements in all measured aspects: conceptual knowledge of plagiarism increased by 45%, the ability to identify potential plagiarism in text increased by 62%, and the similarity index in student assignment articles decreased on average from 32% to 11%. The study's conclusions confirm that structured AI training effectively improves the academic integrity of freshmen by equipping them not merely as passive users of detection tools, but as intelligent and ethical writers capable of leveraging AI to strengthen the originality of their work.

Abstract

This community service program aims to optimize new students' mastery of reference management using IEEE Style through training on the use of Mendeley Reference Manager. The activity involved three stages: preparation (identifying student needs and developing training modules), implementation (presentation of material, demonstration of Mendeley usage, and hands-on practice of IEEE Style reference management and citations), and evaluation (pre- and post-tests to measure understanding and participant response questionnaires). The results showed a significant improvement in new students' ability to manage references and apply IEEE Style, with an average post-test score 35% higher than the pre-test, and a participant satisfaction rate of 88% with the applicable and interactive training method. Therefore, Mendeley training is effective as a medium for optimizing new students' mastery of IEEE-standard reference management.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out how the Organizational Learning Culture, Technology Readiness, and Late Support can affect the Organizational Resilience in Indonesia’s higher education institutions. Quantitative research will be conducted through surveys, with question responses collected from 190 respondents consisting of lecturers and other educational personnel using purposive sampling (only those picked as part of this group). Criteria for inclusion in this sample are as follows, all included must have been employed in their current position for at least two years, work in both Academic and Administrative areas and have some experience using Digitial systems at work Therefore the chosen method to analyse this data will be by employing Multiple Linear Regression techniques. The data analysis will be tempered by conducting preliminary testing upon completion including Validity and Reliability tests, as well as tests for Normality, Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity assumptions. The research produced evidence that showed a significant, positive relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Technology Readiness, and Institutional Support with respect to Organizational Resilience. Therefore, one could say that enhancing the resilient nature of an organisation is dependent upon enhancing an organization’s learning culture, increasing technology readiness, and enhancing Institutional Support. This research seeks to support the creation of sustainable management models for higher education institutions that are more adaptable in the present and future.
